The grilled fish, sashimi, and boiled fish in the photo for 1,300 yen were decent. The taste was quite ordinary. Compared to the snapper, the bone processing could have been done more finely. The rice was served in a large portion for free, and the meal ended with a delicious boiled fish soup.

I went to Uo-sei for a daytime drinking session. I reserved a course with all-you-can-drink option. I also used a coupon to upgrade the sashimi platter, but the portion was smaller than expected. The menu mainly focuses on fish dishes, and they offer a wide variety of drinks at a very reasonable price. I was pleasantly surprised to see Kabosu ponzu sauce on the table for the first time. The sesame and sesame sauce for the sashimi were also unique and fresh. It was a great place for daytime drinking! Thank you for the meal!

When my son, who had just started living on his own, and I were having a lively meal together, I forgot to take a photo of my own lunch. The photo shows my son's lunch and a peace sign. The restaurant has a friendly pricing for salarymen, a spacious interior, and I think it would be fun to come here for drinks at night too. ^_^

The taste is top-notch! There were other options like simmered fish set meal and sashimi set meal, but I ordered the item in the picture after looking at the menu. The menu may have been a bit exaggerated, but the portion was satisfying. It's a bit on the expensive side for lunch, so it's more like a special treat.

Tokyo night. I've been working since 3 in the morning, so I'm exhausted. But my colleague really wanted to go, so I had no choice. The restaurant is located inside the hotel where I'm staying. I thought I could go back right away! We ordered a few dishes, and I was surprised at how affordable it was for Tokyo. The taste was decent.

Today, in preparation for work in the capital during the Ming Dynasty, I stayed at "Hours Inn Hankyu" in front of Oimachi Station using the "National Travel Support" and "Now Tokyo Plus" services. For dinner, I went to "Toyosu Market Sakana Sakaba Uotaru" on the 3rd floor of the Hankyu Oimachi Garden. The appetizer was "melting hot tofu", which was incredibly sweet! Then I indulged in a course of dishes that may lead to gout - shirako, ankimo, oysters, and sashimi, all fresh and delicious. I nibbled on "salted rakkyo" while waiting for the finale, the "crab fried rice". Served on a hot plate, it had a slightly burnt and fragrant taste, which was delicious! I thought the portion was too much, but I finished it all. I will use the 2,000 yen from "Now Tokyo Plus". Thank you for the meal.

Had lunch at the 2nd floor of Hankyu Oimachi Garden, at Toyosu Market Sakana Sakaba Uozuki. Both my husband and I ordered the "Bukkake! Toyosu Fresh Fish Bowl". Tea and water are self-service. Orders are placed by scanning the QR code on the table. By adding the restaurant as a friend on LINE, we got a free drink, so I ordered a draft beer. The bowl was piled high with various slices of fish, with two pieces of tamagoyaki underneath. The portion was generous and satisfying, with delicious fish and tamagoyaki. It also came with various condiments like miso with fu, wasabi, ginger, green onions, sesame seeds, and nori. The staff's hats were cute, resembling those worn by fish market auctioneers. The restaurant is spacious and can accommodate large groups. Located right by JR Oimachi Station. The dish is called "Bukkake! Toyosu Fresh Fish Bowl" and it is piled up in two or three layers, giving a generous amount of seafood at first glance. The taste is just a regular marinated bowl. The ingredients might be a bit too much. It's a bit plain, and it would have been better with more seaweed and condiments. Overall, it might be more suitable for younger people.

I made a reservation for 11:30 on a weekday for my first visit. The restaurant opens at 11:00, so there was only one customer before me. It was not crowded. I ordered the sashimi set meal for 1100 yen including tax, and the sashimi was delicious! It was served in about 5 minutes. Fast! From 11:30, a few customers started coming in. The restaurant is spacious, so I don't think you need to wait. They have Wi-Fi. You can also order using a QR code, but most of us, including myself, called the staff, which seemed quicker.

I went to Uozuki at Awours Inn Hankyu, located a 2-minute walk from Oimachi in Tokyo. As soon as I entered, the place was full of customers and the staff, dressed as fish auctioneers, greeted us energetically. We ordered sashimi from Toyosu Market, grilled crab shell, rolled omelette, firefly squid marinated in vinegar, grilled saury, closing soba noodles, Saikyo-style grilled fish, fried dumplings, and crab fried rice. The grilled crab shell was particularly delicious and surprisingly affordable. Is it really this price in Tokyo? I seriously thought. I want to go back to this restaurant again!

I visited a large izakaya located at the back of the second floor of Oimachi Hankyu for lunch. They offer set meals with sashimi, mackerel, and seasonal saury. The staple seems to be grilled mackerel with salt. The tea is self-service and the mackerel half body is quite large and satisfying to eat.

I ordered grilled collar of yellowtail, fresh fish with grated yam and kelp, a comparison of fresh oysters, addictive peppers, and mentaiko cheese tamagoyaki. The fish menu was abundant and felt fresh. I wish they had more variety in the meat dishes to complement the fish.

I was drawn in by the sign advertising Highball for 190 yen and draft beer for 290 yen, and decided to try out this newly opened restaurant. - Appetizer: Tofu for 350 yen The tofu had a rich broth and was quite delicious. Impressed! - Live-caught mackerel sashimi for 1,980 yen Freshly prepared mackerel sashimi, very tasty. Used a coupon from a friend on LINE, so it was half price at 3,960 yen. A must-order! - Seared oysters with ponzu sauce for 540 yen The oysters were large, but the taste was just okay. - Squid tempura for 760 yen The batter was a bit hard. The fried chicken might have been tastier (laughs). - Crab risotto for 420 yen Couldn't really taste the crab... but considering the price, it's understandable! (laughs) I think this restaurant specializes in simple fish dishes. Next time, I want to try their sashimi with a draft beer at a second location. The tofu hot pot appetizer was delightful. The broth was delicious. I couldn't resist getting seconds of the steamed clams with sake. The sake flavor was quite strong after the refill, but the initial serving was a bit weak.

I used to think that lunch at izakayas was the same everywhere, but after having lunch here, that idea completely disappeared (laughs). The portions are generous and the food is delicious. It was quite empty during lunchtime. In terms of hidden gems, I highly recommend it.
