黒毛和牛太
This is a Chinese restaurant in Kanamachi! Today's lunch special was salt wonton noodles for 550 yen, which was so cheap that even though I had just eaten lunch, I couldn't resist stopping by. I had already decided on my order, so as soon as I sat down, I eagerly placed my order and waited for a while until it arrived. Now, how did it taste... Visually, it was full of ingredients and didn't seem like it would only cost 550 yen. First, the soup. Hmm, it was quite salty for a salt ramen. The flavor was so salty that it overwhelmed any other taste information in my brain. The noodles were thin straight noodles, and it seemed like there was quite a lot of them. They had a unique chewy texture of Chinese noodles and a smooth throat feel. The toppings included chashu, half a soft-boiled egg, wontons, corn, menma, bean sprouts, wakame, and green onions. They were all surprisingly abundant. The chashu and soft-boiled egg were delicious, but there was a pitfall waiting for me with the menma—it was extremely salty and spicy. When consumed with the soup, it was a real challenge. I usually don't like corn, but its sweetness was much appreciated. The wontons looked like wontons, but the filling was undoubtedly the same as dumplings. In other words, it was a water dumpling wearing wonton skin. Therefore, it had a very punchy flavor. Overall, this ramen was quite stimulating and surprising for a 550 yen meal. If the taste suits you, there's no other ramen place with such a generous amount of ingredients at such a low price. Next time, I'll try a different flavor of ramen. Of course, when it's on special for lunch again!
