About a 7-minute walk from Keikyu Kamata Station, this small café is located in a residential area. The friendly young owner runs the café by himself. The name of the café, "汝", is an old English word meaning "you" often seen in the Old Testament. It is meant to convey the message of "coffee made just for you". The owner used to be a math teacher, but at 28 years old, he decided to pursue his interest in coffee roasting. He mentioned that roasting coffee is similar to managing data, which he showed me. The owner is very pleasant. On this day, I had an iced latte for 650 yen and a cream pudding for 650 yen, which he makes himself. The pudding was creamy. They also offer light meals and about 4 types of sweets. They have a variety of roasts from light to dark, and the owner is still experimenting with them. It's nice to see someone so dedicated to something they love.

Arrived at the shop a little after 13:00 on Sunday. It is located in a residential area about a 15-minute walk from Kamata Station. There were two groups of customers before us, but one group left just as we arrived. The interior of the shop is mainly white and light gray. The curtains are white, and dried flowers in a pale yellow color, along with a latte machine and coffee beans, serve as accents. It's a sophisticated space. There are only about four counter seats in this small shop. - Ordered: Drip Coffee (Iced) 500 yen, Pudding - Unfortunately, the Cold Brew was sold out. The pudding was slightly firm with a hint of bitterness and a strong richness. It was to my liking. The coffee was made from beans from Mexico and Peru, with a strong bitterness but a fruity flavor that comes through afterwards, making it not too harsh. Delicious!! I really like this, so I want to go back again. Although it's small and not really a place for lingering, the atmosphere is nice, the staff are friendly, and both the coffee and sweets are delicious, so I'd like to visit again. Thank you for the meal!

Arrived at 11:50 am on the weekend. It seems that the usual business hours start at exactly 12:00, so you have to wait outside in the hot sun until then. It's a small shop with only 4 counter seats. You can watch the owner carefully prepare the food right in front of you. The sunlight filters through, creating a gentle atmosphere inside the shop. It was a quiet and relaxed space to spend time in. ◆Plate Set (tax included 2000 yen) - Granola - Yogurt - Buttered toast, salad, prosciutto, poached egg, fruit - Drink (orange glace) - Dessert after the meal First, the spiced granola and yogurt. It had a hint of cinnamon - I love granola, so I was happy! The almonds and walnuts were crunchy too! The yogurt itself wasn't very sweet, it had a slight salty taste! The salad was simply seasoned, but I quite like that. The saltiness of the prosciutto was just right. The carrots and pumpkin were simply seasoned with salt and oil. The carrots were sweet! The pumpkin was tender and delicious. The toast was crispy with a runny poached egg on top. The runny yolk was irresistible! The refreshing orange was sweet and delicious. For the drink, you could choose your favorite from the menu. I chose the cute orange glace, slightly sweet and delicious! The dessert after the meal was a Basque cheesecake! I love cheesecake, so I was happy!! It was creamy, rich, and velvety. Served with a lightly sweet whipped cream. Everything was delicious, and the overall plate set conveyed a sense of kindness and warmth.

A shop that roasts their own coffee beans. The business days are limited and irregular, so it's best to check on Instagram. The interior, predominantly white, is a minimal space with a counter seating for four. The iced coffee is served in whiskey or wine glasses, showing a sense of style. The hand drip coffee for ¥500 comes in single origin or blend, and I tried the Nortel Premier. Made from beans from Mexico and Peru, it's a deep roast but still refreshing. The Basque cheesecake for ¥700 has a rich flavor with a hint of Parmesan, making it a good match for wine. They also offer craft beer and coffee cocktails in the evening, which seemed interesting. The owner is calm and very friendly, making it a comfortable place to be. It's not easy to visit due to the location, but I hope to stop by again in the future.

Kamata "thy coffee Atelier" ¥1000〜 A small shop with only 4 seats located in a residential area. The atmosphere is great and it was the perfect morning. The toast was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside with a runny poached egg, so good. The granola had a hint of cinnamon and was delicious. I had an iced latte, which was just right, not too sweet and perfect for summer! They also make the drinks right in front of you, which is nice to see. They seem to be taking reservations now, so check their Instagram for more information. When you open the door of Atelier Cafe Tobu Tamagawa in Ota, a lovely space unified in white awaits you. With only 3 seats available, it feels like a private setting, allowing you to enjoy a special experience. I ordered a coffee tasting set of 3 varieties and 3 small sweets. The coffee is roasted in-house and prepared with great care right in front of you. The waiting time is also a delightful experience. The tasting set includes medium-dark roast (Mexican), light roast (Ethiopian), and a latte. It's a rare opportunity to compare and enjoy different flavors. Each coffee has a distinct intensity. It's amazing how the flavor and aroma can vary just by changing the roasting level. The medium-dark roast pairs well with the rich Gâteau au Chocolat, while the light roast goes perfectly with the fragrant Earl Grey pound cake. The latte is paired with granola. The Gâteau au Chocolat is incredibly rich, the Earl Grey pound cake is aromatic, and the granola has a perfect mix of sweet and salty flavors. The handmade sweets are a nice touch. To cleanse the palate, I tried the Coffee Cherry Tea, made from dried coffee fruit pulp. It has a sweet and sour taste that is quite enjoyable. It was a delightful experience in a charming space, and I look forward to visiting again.
