Located about a 2-minute walk from Kitashinchi Station. This restaurant offers a fusion of Japanese and French cuisine created by a chef with over 30 years of experience in hotels (a bit unfriendly, haha). It has a high rating of 3.52 on Tabelog. We arrived a little before 12 pm on a Saturday without a reservation. The restaurant has a small setting with one private room and around 8 counter seats. There were already 2 groups of customers when we arrived, and the restaurant was full. It might be difficult to get a table without a reservation or arriving early. We opted for the "Healthy Lunch with 32 Items" priced at 1,100 yen, without even being asked for our order. The tea served was dokudami tea, a healthy choice. The soup was packed with beans and vegetables, very healthy. The large plate was filled with plenty of vegetables, topped with salad chicken and small fried fish. The dressing was delicious. The plate also included 4 small dishes with vegetable-centered items, which was a nice variety. The rice was like a buttery red rice, similar to Western-style takikomi gohan. Overall, the vegetable-centric and variety of dishes were great. Each dish was delicious and deserving of the high rating. A wonderful restaurant and chef that I would definitely visit again. This was my first time visiting this restaurant. I thought it was a private room, but it turned out to be a counter for four people, which was a bit surprising at first. However, the food and the owner's conversation made it a great experience, and it turned out to be a very nice restaurant. They have a detailed focus on Japanese-style fish dishes, French cuisine, meat dishes, and delicious sauces. The appetizers were great with drinks, and the red chili peppers were a nice touch. The fish dishes had amazing sauces and the meat was easy to eat with a high-quality fat content and a sauce that made you want more. The green powder on top added a visual appeal and made the food even more delicious. The French cooking techniques used here were really tasty. The most surprising dish was the grilled rice balls, they were incredibly delicious. I wanted to eat more than just one. The owner explained the dishes and their attention to detail very well, and despite their intimidating appearance, they were actually very kind. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

After a long time, I went to lunch with my friends in Kitashinchi! I finally decided to try out "Shokusai Hanakiraku," a place I had always been curious about but never got the chance to visit. It was a stroke of luck that there were only 2 seats left when we arrived, perfect timing. The 32-item healthy lunch set for 1100 yen included soup, rice, stir-fried burdock, cold tofu, hijiki tofu hamburger, salad, salad chicken, carpaccio, fritters, pickles, pumpkin gratin, and more. The colorful dishes on the plate were all delicious. The salad chicken was perfectly cooked and tender, the sea bream carpaccio and fish fritters provided a good source of protein. The hijiki tofu hamburger was surprisingly flavorful and satisfying. The pumpkin gratin was soft and tasty, and it was great to have so many different vegetables. The rice was like a Western-style mixed rice with a slightly sticky texture and a buttery aroma. It was a lucky day for me as the chef mentioned that the counter was full but then got a full cancellation, allowing me to enjoy the meal. I feel sorry for those who couldn't make it, but I was fortunate. Girls really love this kind of dining experience. I would love to visit again!

After a long time, I visited Shokusai Hanakiraku in Kitashinchi for a delicious meal. It was my first visit and the atmosphere was great for business meals and entertaining. I visited "Shokusai Hanakiraku" in Kita-Shinchi, Kita-ku, Osaka City. It is located just a 1-minute walk south from JR Tozai Line Kita-Shinchi Station. I had made a reservation in advance for their "Healthy Special Lunch 4-course" (2200 yen including tax). The restaurant has a cozy and clean atmosphere, offering a blend of Japanese and Western cuisine. The lunch menu consisted of five dishes featuring vegetables from Okayama Prefecture. Each dish was meticulously prepared and full of healthy ingredients. The owner kindly explained unfamiliar ingredients, allowing me to fully appreciate the flavors. The seafood carpaccio, shrimp gratin, healthy hamburger, and coffee jelly dessert were all delicious. The restaurant's fusion of French culinary techniques with Japanese ingredients and tableware truly impressed me. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience worth recommending.

I visited the restaurant with a friend. We sat at the counter seats. We had some trouble finding a place to put our belongings. The restaurant seemed to have mostly regular customers. We ordered the lunch course which included 32 healthy dishes and dessert for an amazing price of 1400 yen including tax! The restaurant is small, so it felt like we should leave promptly after finishing our meal. The menu seems to change regularly, and considering the cost performance, it's no wonder there are many regular customers. The food was delicious. Thank you for the meal! ♡

I got a seat for an early lunch. Healthy vegetable lunch for 1100 yen. - Mushroom cold soup - Moromi tofu, hamachi, shima aji steamed chicken, tsurumurasaki, manjūji pepper, macaroni bacon gratin style healthy hamburger - Mushroom western-style rice (sticky rice). The master who had been cooking Western food at the hotel for 30 years. Oh, it was really delicious. But for me, the portion was a bit small. Can I get a refill? I visited the restaurant after seeing the sign in Kitashinchi. There was a male chef working alone, and the interior had a cute atmosphere. They offer a healthy lunch set with 32 items for 1100 yen. The warm soup, kinpira, ohitashi, and warabi salad with firefly squid, chicken ham gratin, and hamburger were all delicious. The hot black bean rice ball was especially tasty. The chef, who trained at a hotel for 30 years, explained each dish carefully. I also received a refill of cold tea. This is a lunch I would want to eat every day.

I decided to treat my body to a healthy lunch and make a reservation even though I was starving. Even though we were three people having lunch, each dish had a different color combination, so I couldn't line them up for a photo. The dishes looked beautiful even before eating, making me excited. The healthy lunch set (1,100 yen) consisted mainly of vegetables with a fusion of Japanese and French cuisine. It had a well-balanced composition with a variety of colorful vegetables, making it not boring. The meal did not include meat, and even the hamburger was made with tofu, making it a healthy option. The salad was packed with plenty of seaweed and the seasoning was made with natural dashi without any additives, so it was safe to eat. The set also included one onigiri, which was a French-style twist on the Japanese "okowa" with a mushroom flavor and a crispy exterior when heated in a frying pan. The texture and flavor were excellent and gentle on the body. Despite usually eating large portions of rice, I surprisingly felt satisfied with the vegetable-rich and low-carb healthy lunch. My companion and I were exploring lunch options in Kita-Shinchi when we stumbled upon this newly opened establishment. Located on one of the main streets, the restaurant is situated on the second floor of a mixed-use building. We ordered the "Healthy Lunch with 32 Items." As you get older, you tend to crave dishes like this over meat or ramen. Food & Taste: 3.6 The "Healthy Lunch with 32 Items" comes on a single plate with soup and onigiri. As the name suggests, the dishes are mostly centered around vegetables. There isn't one standout dish, but they are all reasonably tasty. If I had to pick one, the macaroni gratin with a different category from other dishes serves as an accent. The balance of flavors and nutrients is well-maintained with no room for improvement. Service: 3.3 Presumably, the lunch service is handled by the owner alone. The service is polite, and they even confirm if you have any food preferences or dislikes when you are seated. Despite being busy with cooking, there was thoughtfulness in dealing with other customers as well. Atmosphere: 3.2 The interior of the restaurant is adorned with a somewhat glittering decoration. Even the partitions for the current situation have beautiful patterns. It doesn't feel like a typical restaurant where office workers in Dojima have lunch. There were about four customers before us and five after us, all of whom were female. Some customers may have had to turn back due to the restaurant being full. It's a popular spot. First up, the onion soup was delicious! It's so tasty and you can really taste the French culinary skills of the owner who used to work at a hotel. The dishes are definitely something to look forward to. The healthy tofu and hijiki seaweed hamburger with cream gratin, simmered dish, and salad were all delicious and super healthy. The burnt rice in the grilled rice dish was amazing. It's incredibly healthy and tasty. Oh no, I suddenly really want to try the curry made by this master. However, everything from the interior, tableware, to the presentation of the dishes... isn't it all just so feminine? The food is delicious and in a way, it's amazing. It was delicious. I had been bookmarking this place where the owner, who had trained in hotels for 30 years, has created exquisite dishes that combine French techniques with Japanese cuisine. The restaurant is located a 2-minute walk from Kitashinchi Station on the 2nd floor of the Sachi Building. First, they served me Rooibos tea, a caffeine-free herbal tea with health benefits. It felt like I was getting healthier just by drinking it! I tried the "32 Healthy Lunch Options" which was amazing! The cold edamame potage was delicious and soothing. The main dish included purple yam from Okayama, homemade menma made with bamboo shoots, a variety of seasonal vegetables, macaroni gratin with a fried egg, tofu-filled healthy hamburger, salad with pickled conger eel, marinated salmon, lemon-flavored chicken, and more. The black rice in a teacup was a unique touch. Each dish was meticulously prepared and delicious, with a perfect balance of flavors. It is located on Honmachi in Kitashinchi. This restaurant is always full during lunchtime and often sells out. I have only seen sold out signs every time I pass by. This time, I was able to go for lunch a little earlier, so I decided to go. It has a counter and about four private rooms. I ordered the healthy lunch set. On this day, they served Jerusalem artichoke potage soup. It was creamy, hot, and delicious. It's nice to have warm soup on these still cold days. And it's not pre-made, they make it fresh when you order. The set included fuki miso, fried eggplant, herring, nanohana mustard salad, taro and konjac gratin, salmon marinade, conger eel, steamed chicken salad, and okowa. It was an amazing spring dish. The fuki miso was delicious. The tofu underneath adds a perfect touch to the flavor. The meal also came with grilled rice balls. The okowa was grilled in a frying pan, giving it a crispy surface. I had a little chat with the chef as well. Thank you for the delicious meal!!!

The lunch menu, not displayed inside the restaurant, offers a healthy lunch set for 1,100 yen (tax included), with 32 different options available until sold out. For an additional 300 yen, you can add dessert curry for 1,000 yen. Upon entering the restaurant, you will find a counter in the shape of a "く" where the chef, who runs the place alone, will greet you. There are also private rooms available, making it suitable for small gatherings or dates. The seasonal soup served first is based on fish bone broth with Aosa from the Shimanto River, bacon, and root vegetables, offering a gentle richness and satisfying texture. Konira is also one of my favorite restaurants. You can enjoy a vibrant and exciting lunch as soon as you see it. The shop is run by the owner alone. My satisfaction level was significantly higher than the last time I visited, so I reflected that in my rating. They don't offer refills or extra large portions, so it might not be enough for big eaters, but the visual and taste are top-notch, so I highly recommend it. The owner silently cooks alone. ■ Daily Healthy Lunch ¥1,100 First, a hot soup with plenty of ingredients. This is so comforting. Let's sip it slowly while it's hot. Cooking progresses with efficient movements due to being a one-man operation. In the meantime, guests sit at the counter one after another. The long-awaited moment has arrived. A colorful array of dishes on a round plate with a crimson border. Oh, this is beautiful. A small side dish on a separate plate. This is grilled okowa. The outside has a soy sauce flavor, and inside there are plenty of black beans. It's fragrant and delicious. The small hamburger is tofu-filled, in other words, healthy. The salad, made with a variety of ingredients, is topped with marinated sake and sardines. These sardines from Sukumo, Kochi Prefecture are deep-fried and incredibly delicious. Perfect for sake. The bite-sized cold tofu is topped with cucumber and yam. That's definitely healthy. The stir-fried Mangetout and bitter melon is undoubtedly healthy.
