I ordered the abalone namero and a sashimi platter with three types of fish. The portion of abalone namero was quite generous, so I ended up drinking quite a bit of alcohol to finish it all by myself. Because of that, I didn't order much else to eat. The fried Me-hikari fish must be delicious for sure. Also, I was quite surprised by how fast the food was served after ordering. The prices are not too high, so I think it's perfect for stopping by while waiting for a train.

I had plans to have a drinking party with a friend, so we decided to meet at Tokyo Station Gransta. I arrived much earlier than the meeting time, so I decided to have a quick drink while waiting. I found a standing seafood izakaya called "Haneda Market" and went in. Since I was alone, I was able to find a seat easily. They had a quick drink service (alcohol + three types of sashimi = ¥1,100), but I ordered some whitebait with grated daikon, cold tofu, and gyokuro highball. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was lively, with mostly salarymen. The appetizers were priced at ¥390 and up, making it easy to order. It was almost time for the meeting, so I finished up and left. Thank you for the meal!

Visited around 1:30 pm on Sunday. I was worried about sudden heavy rain, so I was looking for a place to have lunch inside the station. The shops in Tokyo Station Gransta are usually crowded on weekends, but there happened to be a vacant seat so I went in. I have been to several shops in the Haneda Market chain, and the freshness is good so it's delicious. I think the cost performance is average now. There were times when I thought, "It's fresh and cost-effective," in the past, but lately, prices have gone up so it can't be helped. Today, I had the "Seafood Hitsumabushi," which costs 1,880 yen including tax. It's hitsumabushi, but it doesn't contain eel. It's a bowl of finely chopped seafood (it doesn't contain horse mackerel, but it's like minced fish). The cucumber did a good job and was deliciously crunchy. When I make seafood bowls at home, I might try adding cucumber too. You can also have it as ochazuke, but I prefer to eat it as it is. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I used this place for a business trip. I warmed up with a Sapporo Black Label beer before boarding the Shinkansen. I was happy to see they had it. I only had one beer and then left. I thought it would cost around 700 yen, but I was able to drink for 500 yen. Recommended for those who want to make good use of their waiting time for the Shinkansen.

On a holiday afternoon, I had some errands to run and ended up at Tokyo Station. I needed to grab a bite to eat, but it was a bit early for lunch. I decided to check out Haneda Ichiba, a seafood izakaya that opens at 10 am. When I arrived at the restaurant right at opening time, there were no other customers yet. I was seated at a table for two, and we placed our orders. I got the natural tuna rice bowl, while my wife ordered the daily special seafood bowl with 10 different types of seafood, along with a sashimi platter of three varieties. The food arrived promptly. The natural tuna rice bowl had half of the tuna placed on the rice, topped with wasabi, chopped seaweed, and sesame dressing. You're supposed to eat about half of the rice with the tuna first, then add the remaining tuna, wasabi, seaweed, and dressing to turn it into a delicious ochazuke. The tuna was more plentiful than it appeared, and it was quite enjoyable. Transitioning to ochazuke made it even more delicious. My wife enjoyed the 10 types of seafood bowl, and the sashimi platter was also delicious. If you're looking to have an early lunch, a seafood bowl at a station restaurant like this one is convenient. Itadakimasu!

One beer and a set of three sashimi pieces cost around 1,000 yen, which was good. The sashimi was a bit lacking though. Later, someone ordered a beer and a set of three sashimi pieces, and I thought, "Wait, the appetizer set is a better deal!" But then I realized the sashimi was different.笑

After returning from a business trip, I decided to have a meal at Tokyo Station, and I wanted to eat a seafood bowl. There were several sushi restaurants, but it was hard to find one that served seafood bowls. Finally, I found a restaurant that offered it. After ordering, I waited for about 10 minutes before the dish arrived. The seafood bowl was delicious with fresh ingredients.

I discovered a restaurant near Tokyo Station with good cost performance while looking for a place with affordable lunch prices. You order by exchanging coins at a vending machine, and I ordered the seafood bowl set for 1,000 yen with extra rice. The bowl had a substantial amount of food, and the rice was seasoned with red vinegar! The sashimi on top was quite fresh and delicious. For this price, amount, and quality, I have no complaints. I would like to visit again for drinks at night next time.

After work, I headed to Haneda Ichiba, a seafood izakaya at Gransta Tokyo in Tokyo Station for a quick drink. The main seating is at the standing counter, but luckily there were some available table seats where I settled in. I started with a toast with a beer, then ordered a sashimi assortment and a generous serving of sweet peeled shrimp. I switched to sake to try something different, but perhaps my expectations were too high for a market known for its fresh seafood, as it didn't quite meet them. To fill up, I had potato salad and fried horse mackerel as a substitute for a proper meal. Thank you for the feast.

From Seoul to Tokyo Station via Narita Airport. I had some time before catching the Shinkansen, so I decided to have a drink set here. Also ordered the raw shellfish. The pickled mackerel was a bit too vinegary. The sweet shrimp was delicious, but there were still shells and legs left on, and the peeling was not done properly. The tuna was average. The raw shellfish was delicious. The alcohol goes down smoothly with this. It would be nice to have more seaweed. Thank you for the meal.

I ordered the seafood bakudan from the "Choi Drinking Menu" series at the station's ticket gate, as I had a short transfer time for the Shinkansen. What came out was a dish the size of an appetizer. It was misleading as it was advertised as a large portion. Even the dashimaki tamago was questionable. The staff were chatting amongst themselves a lot, so I left soon after.

I went to a seafood izakaya in Haneda Market by myself after work. I entered with high expectations, but honestly, I was disappointed. The tables were too close together, and even though it wasn't crowded in the 5 pm hour, I was told there was a time limit. When I tried to order sake, they were out of stock. I tried ordering a different sake, but that was also sold out. It made me think, why put it on the menu then? The menu had a variety of options, with many fresh seafood dishes, so I placed my order with hope. However, the scallops still had shells on them. Hmm... I felt like I wouldn't want to come back. The drink selection was extensive, but some were priced on the higher side, making it feel like the cost performance was poor. The prices were also quite high, so I regretted feeling so uncomfortable. If I was going to feel this bad, I should have gone to a different restaurant.

Haneda Market's rotating sushi restaurant has an izakaya version. I love seafood izakayas, so my heart danced with joy at the fresh shrimp and scallop fry. They also have a good selection of alcohol. I was able to enjoy a happy moment before my trip. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal!

【Sashimi Trio Set & 1 Drink Set】This sashimi is so fresh and delicious!! The Negitoro Maki is a delight with red vinegar. The half-dried Hokke is a hit! Even though it's only half, it's quite satisfying. This one is highly recommended!! ⭐️Instagram 【y.catherine.y】 has exceeded 3400 followers❣️

Tuna pickled rice bowl set for 1000 yen, and a separate pot for tea pickles is also included. Enjoy the pickled tuna and then finish with tea pickles. The amount of tuna is equivalent to 5-6 pieces of standard sushi. It was so delicious that I thought I should have ordered extra rice.

Before heading to Haneda, I stopped by Tokyo Station. The tuna shop I was looking for was closed, so I ended up here instead. I was drawn in by the delicious-looking signboard. The restaurant was not crowded, but the seats were a bit cramped. I had some sake and a tuna bowl. The prices were reasonable. The tuna had a sesame dressing-like sauce, so I couldn't really taste the tuna well.

At Tokyo Station, there is a revolving sushi restaurant nearby, but it always has a long line. For a quick bite, I recommend this place instead. The sesame soy sauce marinated fresh fish for 630 yen was delicious. I also tried the salted squid guts and liver soy sauce marinated dishes, both were really good! The drinks were also served promptly. I would like to try other fish dishes when I have more time. This restaurant is perfect for adjusting your train schedule or for meeting up with others. Thank you for the meal!

On March 4, 2023, I stayed overnight in preparation for participating in the Tokyo Marathon the next day. After traveling from Nagaoka before the reception on the previous day, I had lunch here. I searched several places inside Tokyo Station for lunch, but they were all crowded. However, there were multiple seafood shops from Haneda Market, and this one had no line. I entered without hesitation with my luggage. I entered at 1:30 pm, with about 70% of the seats taken by other customers. At the entrance, there was disinfectant spray, no temperature checks, and all the doors were open for ventilation. There were partitions between the counter and tables, but it was unclear how the seating was different from normal. I was guided to a counter facing the wall on the left. For lunch, I had a combination of a seafood bowl and a tuna bowl. I chose the raw tuna bowl for 1,680 yen. A pot of broth for ochazuke was served immediately. The dish was served in about 3 minutes. The container with the tuna was dipped in sesame sauce and came with seaweed, pickled vegetables, and wasabi. The tuna was delicious, although it had some sinew. I finished the meal with ochazuke. I didn't quite understand why pickled vegetables were included. Overall, I was satisfied and full. Thank you for the meal.

Seafood bowls continue. Following the heat of "Takezushi," let's compare and contrast! In Tokyo Station's underground Gransta (inside the station), there is "Haneda Market" in front, and also a "Rotating Sushi Haneda Market." It was not crowded in the early afternoon on weekdays.
Daily special 10 kinds of seafood bowl ¥1,880
Shrimp, scallop, sea urchin, salmon roe, tuna, whitebait, squid, flounder, salmon
Soup is at an additional cost of ¥300
[Impression] Delicious! The ingredients and sushi rice are of high quality.
[Rice and Topping Ratio] 95%
The toppings are packed to the extent that a little bit of rice can be seen through the gaps.
[Amount of Sushi Rice] Slightly less
Since the bowl has a raised bottom, the amount of sushi rice was less than expected, making me want to order a side dish. Overall, it's a satisfying dish. It may look a bit lonely without soup or small dishes. There is a decent selection of alcohol, making it an effective place for a casual drink!

Tuna lunch! The tuna is marinated in a sesame miso-like sauce, making it delicious to eat as is or to turn into a tea soup dish later. I personally found the tea soup a bit too bland, so I'm not sure if it's necessary. I ordered the fish broth for about 300 yen extra, and I wish it came with the meal!
