Everyone, let's have a blast today! Feel free to comment. In Osaka, while walking on a misty moonlit night, the warm scent of business permeates the air in Kitashinchi, opposite to the bright neon lights. With my daughter and son-in-law playing remotely, we decided to visit a restaurant we had reserved, only to find out that there was no reservation and ended up wandering around. Eventually, we stumbled upon a sign that read "Champagne Dining," offering glasses of champagne starting from 980 yen and bottles from 6,000 yen. Since it was reasonably priced and we were tired from walking, we decided to settle here. The conclusion is, it was incredibly delicious. A fantastic restaurant. When we went downstairs, we were greeted by a jazz-filled, sophisticated atmosphere. We were informed that they only offered a la carte dishes as they couldn't accommodate courses on the same day. This was not an issue for us, so we sat at a table for six people. There were about seven tables in total, with a capacity of around 50 people. The champagne prices ranged from 1,600 yen for Pommery Folatime by the glass to 12,000 yen for Moet & Chandon Imperial Epernay by the bottle. There was also draft beer available, with Premium costing 700 yen and juices priced at 500 yen each. Considering that customers coming for "champagne" are common, the average customer spending is estimated to be around 8,000 to 10,000 yen. The staff consisted of a somewhat assertive young lady, a superbly hospitable young lady, and a chef, making a team of three. The slightly assertive attitude of the young lady might have been due to the expectation of customers coming specifically for champagne. On the other hand, I personally enjoy customer service that displays emotions through facial expressions and tone, and it makes me happy. It makes me want to come back again. If I were to visit the restaurant a second time, the attitude of the slightly assertive young lady would probably change. We were lucky to have stumbled upon such an incredibly delicious restaurant. The food at this restaurant was unbelievably delicious. The seasoning was slightly rich to complement the champagne-drinking clientele, but even without that, it was outstanding. The Roti of Lamb Back Meat with Herb and Juice Sauce was impressive with its beautifully cut lamb and incredibly tasty sauce. The Roasted Chicken Thigh with Mustard Sauce had a crispy skin, a delightful mustard aroma, and a fantastic volume of tender meat that oozed with juices when cut. We also ordered two types of pasta, Carbonara and Squid Ink Pasta, both of which were excellent choices. The Carbonara was rich and the sauce's aroma and richness lingered till the last bite, while the Squid Ink Pasta had a wonderful combination of squid aroma and sauce. All the dishes were refined and had impeccable seasoning. Choosing either pasta was the right decision. Amazing. Since we visited at night, the average spending per person was around 7,000 to 8,000 yen. However, looking at their lunch menu, we were surprised to find that it was even cheaper than a cheese platter, priced at 1,000 to 1,200 yen. The low-priced lunch menu might serve as a way to increase awareness and attract customers for dinner, but the quality of the food in the evening was also exceptional. I believe their lunch menu is well-received, and if I worked in this area, I would definitely visit several times a week. That's how delicious it was. When I checked later, I found out that they were listed in the Tabelog Top 100 Restaurants for 2021. Undoubtedly, it was a delicious restaurant. Especially if such quality meals are served, I would love to go for lunch. At lunch, they offer unlimited bread rolls, and though we were served bread at night, we weren't asked if we wanted more, so that might be a lunchtime service. The thoroughness of seeing us off to the first-floor alleyway was part of their company's operating policy. We will definitely visit again. Thank you very much.
