I was drawn in by the "Wambo Milk Soft Serve" flag as I passed by. Luckily, there was a seat available inside, so I decided to eat there. It was quite hot outside, so I think it would have melted quickly if I had eaten it outside. The Wambo Milk Soft Serve had just the right amount of sweetness and a smooth texture, making it incredibly delicious. The female staff member was also friendly and kind, which I appreciated. I would definitely like to stop by again when I visit Inokashira Park next time.

July 2023. A coffee shop that opened just 4 days ago. It is located along Nanaihashi Street leading to Inokashira Park. I stopped by while shopping at Marui. It seems to focus on takeout. The interior only has four simple round tables. They also sell bread and baked goods. I usually don't drink lattes, but they had soy latte so I ordered it iced. It cost 680 yen. It came in a paper cup, and although I thought it was a bit pricey for this seating, when I took a sip, I thought, "Oh, this is a good one!" It was delicious, so I quickly finished it and left as there are no seats for lingering. They were offering samples of iced coffee outside, probably for their opening, so I tried it. Since the soy latte was tasty, I wanted to try plain iced coffee. Oh, it's delicious too!! A clear taste, no acidity, and not too bitter. Now I want to try just a regular coffee. It's right near Inokashira Park, so why not stop by when you're passing by.

I will enter Sarutahiko Coffee in Kichijoji because it has opened. The shop is small with four round tables and bench seating. It gets cramped when eight people line up, right? The cafe latte at Sarutahiko is deliciously rich, so I usually stick to black coffee, but I have it occasionally. It's still delicious.

I went to this cafe with the purpose of trying the Champagne and Wasanbon soft serve. Since I'm not very familiar with coffee, I asked the waitress for a recommendation, and she kindly explained the options to me. The Colombian coffee I chose turned out to be a great choice. The Champagne was delicious, especially the fromage, and the ham was from Koenig, which was top-notch. The only thing is that the bread was quite hard, so I might have trouble eating it in another 10 years when I'm in my 60s! The Wasanbon soft serve had a refined sweetness and was delicious too! I had to rush to eat it in the scorching heat because I had another appointment, so I didn't have a chance to take photos. The staff were all very friendly, and it was a great cafe. However, since the seating is limited, it might be best to get takeout on weekends. Thank you for the meal.

I visited the shop right after it opened! This time, I tried the "Jambon Fromage," "Wasanbon Milk Soft Serve," and "New Sarutahiko Cafe Latte." They were all delicious, and I highly recommend trying the limited menu items at the Kichijoji store. "Sarutahiko Coffee Kichijoji Inokashira Park Front Store" is scheduled to open on July 26, 2023 (Wednesday)! The location is a 5-minute walk from the south exit (park exit) of Kichijoji Station, along Nanaihashi Street that leads from Marui to Inokashira Park, between the oden and Japanese restaurant "Toneri" and the crepe shop "Pearl Lady". Located near the entrance of Inokashira Park, this shop seems to focus more on takeout with a few seats inside. I tried their soy latte, which had a different taste from Starbucks but was delicious. As someone who prefers strong flavors, I think I still prefer Starbucks' triple espresso soy drink. Next time, I want to try their straight coffee. The staff's smiles and service were wonderful, and I felt refreshed and soothed. The cute designs on the cups were also a nice touch.
