I visited the newly opened "Sanrinsha" on April 4th and tried their "Black Noodle (850 yen)" dish. This restaurant is a new brand store of "Sodaisho" located in Tenroku, with the nearest station being Osaka Metro Tenjinbashisuji Rokuchome Station. The menu includes Black Noodle for 850 yen, boiled egg for +100 yen, bamboo shoot for +100 yen, medium rare chashu for +100 yen, and extra noodles for +150 yen. The soup is made from chicken and seafood broth with a low viscosity soy sauce base, creating a rich and balanced flavor with a slight acidity. The noodles are medium thickness straight noodles from "Menya Teiaku," with a good chewy texture. The chashu is tender with a delicious seasoning, allowing you to fully enjoy the flavor of the meat.

On Friday at 12:15, the weather was sunny. I was seated immediately, and it took 5 minutes for the food to be served. The restaurant was not too crowded, with 2 empty seats when I arrived and plenty of space when I left. I ordered the noodle and half portion set for 1000 yen, with an additional noodle refill for 150 yen. The restaurant had a delayed opening due to the soup not meeting their standards, but when they finally opened last spring, the soy sauce ramen was exceptional with a unique flavor from the Kagawa "Kamebishi soy sauce." The chashu was delicious, and the salted butter fried rice was a standout. The only downside was that sometimes the saltiness was too strong. Overall, I recommend this place, especially on weekdays or during less busy times on weekends. Just be aware that they are only open for lunch.

I visited a sister store of the famous ramen shop "Sodaijo" located in Tenroku, and tried their salt butter fried rice and black ramen made with Yuzawa soy sauce. The fried rice was delicious, while the ramen was the only choice available. They offer a variety of rice bowl dishes such as moroheiya bowl, truffle bowl, and salt butter spinach bowl, which I would like to try without the ramen next time if they allow it.

Today is another hot day, and my body is craving fluids and salt. When I feel like this, I go for ramen, specifically soy sauce ramen. First, I gulp down some cold water to rehydrate. Next, the soy sauce ramen arrives, with a strong soy sauce flavor that satisfies my salt cravings. However, be careful as it may raise your blood pressure. The fried rice is piping hot, so watch out for mouth burns. There's a bus stop to the Carb Kingdom in front of the restaurant, but the bus never seems to come!

Travel is finally on the last day. After a long time, I headed to Osaka. The perfect way to end a trip is with ramen, haha. I decided to go to Men to Meshi Sanrinsha near Tenroku in Osaka. The origin of the name is unknown, but it is a new brand from the Sodaijo group. The Noodle + Fried Rice set costs 1300 yen, the Black Noodle costs 850 yen, and the subtly salted butter fried rice costs 550 yen. If you get the set, you save 100 yen. This group is known for both ramen and fried rice, and the sound of the wok sizzling while you wait only increases your appetite. The Black Noodle seems to be inspired by Koiwada Black, with a rich and addictive flavor. The noodles are slightly firm with a good chew, and the large slices of chashu pork are full of meaty flavor. The fried rice is on the slightly moist side, with an excellent balance of butter and salt. I savored every bite, thinking I must come back here again.

While moving around Tenroku area, I felt like having soy sauce flavor so I visited "Men to Meshi Sanrinsha" (*´-`). I understand that it's part of the Sodai Shoyu group, so I know their fried rice is delicious, but considering my full stomach, I ordered "Black Noodle with boiled egg". The aroma of the crispy fried rice tickled my nose as I savored the feeling, and in about 10 minutes, the boiled egg in a separate dish arrived with the noodles (*´ω`*). The jet-black soup was shining, with a strong impact, but the saltiness was well-balanced, and the rich soy sauce flavor gently wafted through my nose. The moist and tender rare-style chashu was quite large and the slightly intense seasoning was pleasing (о´∀`о). The noodles from Menya Teioku had a firm texture, absorbing plenty of soup and resulting in a high slurping rate. I look forward to trying the green onions topping next time! This was my 199th bowl of MEN this year☆☆★ (Soup 137, Noodles 52, Others 10)

When I was younger, I was all about tonkotsu ramen, but this new brand, Soudaishou, made me a soy sauce lover. So, even though it's a bit late, I decided to go check it out. They only have one type of ramen, the Black Noodle (850 yen), with options to add toppings like soft-boiled egg (100 yen) or extra chashu (100 yen). They also have a variety of rice dishes like salted butter fried rice, spinach butter bowl, moroheiya bowl, leek and egg bowl, and plain rice - all five options. If you go on a weekday, the plain rice is actually free! I ordered the Noodle + Half Chashu set (1000 yen). The ramen was served first. It had a jet-black appearance with two large shoulder roast chashu slices, menma, and green onions. I started by sipping the soup - it was dark but not too salty, with a chicken umami flavor and a hint of black pepper for a fragrant and rich broth. The noodles were medium thickness and had a nice firm texture that paired well with the soup. The chashu slices were large and moist, simple yet delicious. The salted butter fried rice had a subtle buttery aroma and just the right amount of saltiness, complementing the ramen perfectly. It's important for the ramen to be the star of the show, as both dishes have strong flavors. The other rice dishes would probably pair well with this ramen too. This soy sauce ramen from Soudaishou was tasty. It made me crave the rich tonkotsu ramen from Soudaishou as well. Thanks for the meal!

The restaurant is a bit remote from the nearest station, but it's no surprise that the popular soy sauce ramen shop Soudaishou has a long line at noon on weekends. There is no waiting board, but we had to wait for about 35 minutes before being seated. We ordered the Black Noodle for 850 yen, which is the only type of noodle available. Despite thinking that soy sauce ramen is the same everywhere, the soup here was surprisingly delicious - thick, sweet, and hot. The rare chashu disappeared quickly due to the piping hot soup. The noodles from Kyoto Teigaku were overshadowed by the flavorful soup. The side menu only had one option, lightly salted butter fried rice for 550 yen. Watching the cooking process from my seat at the counter, I was impressed by the efficient use of the wok. It's clear that the restaurant has its own unique touch, as seen in the attention to detail in their cooking. It's a shame they don't use the ramen soup to make black fried rice, as it would surely be a hit.

On the way back from Naniwa no Yu, I was worried it might be crowded, but there was only one customer ahead of me. I entered and ordered the half set. First, the black noodles arrived, with a soup that had a unique soy sauce flavor and a light oiliness on top. The noodles were slightly thinner than medium thickness, with a good chewy texture that paired well with the flavorful soup. Then, the half portion of salted butter fried rice arrived. It had a perfect seasoning and the butter added a delicious richness and sweetness to it. The size was just right. I quickly finished the ramen, fried rice, and fried rice ramen. If this place had better access, it would surely become popular in no time. I'm curious about the moroheiya rice bowl as well.

"Noodle to Rice Sanrinsha" It has been a year since my last visit on April 18th last year. Ramen + Half Fried Rice Set for 1000 yen. I arrived around 10:53. There were two groups of customers ahead of me. It took about 5 minutes until the food was served. Toppings included chashu, green onions, and bamboo shoots. The noodles were straight noodles made by Kyoto Teiaku. The soup was a chicken broth-based seafood soy sauce. The second brand of Sodaijo. Of course, fried rice is a must, right? Now, for the taste test. The soy sauce spiciness wasn't as strong as it looked, with a nice soy sauce aroma and a unique sweetness. The chicken flavor was rich and you could feel the richness. The noodles had a nice elasticity, a smooth texture, and were very delicious. The chashu was large, tender, and flavorful. The fresh crunch of the green onions was excellent. The fried rice was moist and slightly dry, with a hint of buttery aroma and a good amount of salt and pepper, making it addictive. I'm so full! It was delicious - thank you for the meal.

I visited in the early afternoon on a holiday. There were 2 groups ahead of me, but I only had to wait about 10 minutes to get a table. This place only serves one type of soy sauce ramen, so I ordered the "Noodle with Spinach Salt Butter Bowl" (1000 yen). The soy sauce ramen was rich and flavorful, comparable to "Sodai Shoyu" ramen. However, the highlight was the spinach salt butter bowl, which was incredibly delicious. It was simple but paired well with the rice. I heard it had a seafood broth in it. The bowl was really good. Getting it as a set for 1000 yen was a great deal. It was very delicious. Thank you for the meal.

Today's lunch was at this small restaurant with an L-shaped counter surrounding the kitchen. I sat down and ordered the weekday set menu, which included noodles and half a bowl of rice. The noodles arrived in about 4-5 minutes, followed by the half bowl of rice. It was delicious and I enjoyed my meal. Thank you!

A little walk from Tenjinbashi-suji 6-chome is the affiliated restaurant of Soudaisho called Sanrinsha! It's always crowded, but I found out they only open for lunchtime now, probably due to the pandemic. I went around 1 pm and there were about 2 groups waiting in line. After a 10-minute wait, I got seated at the L-shaped counter by the cheerful and polite female staff. I ordered the Noodle Fried Rice Set. It was my first time having soy sauce ramen in a while! The soup wasn't too heavy, and the noodles were medium thickness. The subtly refreshing taste had a hint of citrus. The chashu was delicious, not too fatty but tender, and went really well with the soup. The fried rice had a slight buttery flavor. I really enjoyed the chashu and soup! Thank you for the meal!

This is a branch of Soudaisho, which opened last year, located about a 10-minute walk from Temma-bashi Rokuchome Station. The restaurant has a nostalgic exterior with a unique green neon sign. Inside, the white walls and light brown wood interior give a clean and new look. The seating consists of a wooden L-shaped counter with a TV, and the staff are all energetic and friendly. The menu features Black Noodles, lightly salted butter-fried rice, spinach salted butter bowl, creamy egg and onion bowl, rice-friendly medium rare chashu, various toppings, and unique set meals, with only one type of ramen available. Orders can be placed for noodles and fried rice set, which arrives in about 6 minutes. The black color and large chashu slices make for an appealing presentation. The soup has a strong impact from the black soy sauce flavor, with a balance of acidity and richness, and lower salt content compared to regular soy sauce. The noodles are slightly flat and slippery, cooked al dente, with toppings of thinly sliced rare chashu, bamboo shoots, and green onions in a simple style. The chashu is thinly sliced, so it's best to eat before it cooks too much. The fried rice is a generous portion, moist and savory with a subtle salted butter aroma, well-cooked without clumps, and served piping hot. It has a slightly rich flavor due to the additional butter. Both the ramen and fried rice have their own unique qualities, different from Soudaisho, which I found interesting and quite delicious. Thank you for the meal.

Visited the popular ramen restaurant "Soudai Shou" in Osaka Metro Tanimachi Line "Tenjinbashi Rokuchome Station" from exit 2, about a 4-minute walk away, is a new brand called "Men to Meshi Sanrinsha". I ordered: - "Black Noodle" for ¥850 - "Slightly Salted Butter Fried Rice" for ¥550 The soup is a chicken-based seafood soy sauce flavor, with medium straight noodles. Toppings include shoulder loin chashu, sliced Kujyo green onions, and pointed bamboo shoots. The soup is made from whole chicken and seafood, with fragrant oil and a hidden flavor of Kamebishi soy sauce. It has a savory and sweet taste of soy sauce, bringing out the richness and depth of chicken broth. The noodles are from "Menya Teiotsu", with a glossy surface and a firm elasticity that is satisfying to the palate. If you want to taste soy sauce flavors, your choices near Tenjinbashi Rokuchome Station will likely be between "Soudai Shou" and "Sanrinsha". Thank you for the meal!

Located in the popular Tenjinbashi-suji Rokuchome area, this new branch of the well-known ramen restaurant Soudaishou is called Men to Meshi Sanrinsha. Situated at the intersection of Miyakojima-dori and Temma Hashi-suji, a little north of the Hino-kuchi-machi intersection, the restaurant features a bright and clean interior with only counter seating. The standout menu item is the Black Noodle (850 yen), which is truly outstanding. In addition, the appetizers are also impressive, leaving high expectations. The restaurant's specialty is buttery fried rice and dishes like Moroheiya rice bowl, all of which I was eager to try. However, being a first-timer, I opted for just the ramen with a seasoned soft-boiled egg topping. The soup, with a chicken base and hints of seafood, paired perfectly with the rich soy sauce, and the balance with the noodles was excellent—I couldn't resist getting an extra serving of noodles. I look forward to trying the fried rice or Moroheiya bowl on my next visit.

I saw this place on TV before and decided to check it out. It's a ramen shop recommended by Tetsuji from Shampoo Hat, known for his love of ramen, and it's the independent shop of a famous head chef. The ramen was delicious with a rich soy-based soup that reminded me of the head chef's style. The butter fried rice was also amazing, a surprising combination that worked really well. It's definitely worth visiting just for that dish!

The restaurant is part of the same group as the head store! They offer a variety of rice dishes, and you can have a rice and ramen set for 1000 yen. The rich soy sauce and seafood broth soup may not be for everyone, but I personally like it! The medium rare chashu was particularly delicious. The fried rice had a hint of butter which was appetizing. The quality of the food makes me want to come back to try other dishes. Even on weekdays, there were a few people lining up.

It is a well-known restaurant affiliated with "Sodai Shou". They are only open for lunch, and there were already two people waiting before they opened on Sunday. The only noodle menu available is the "Black Noodle", but they have various side menu options. I decided to try the lightly salted butter fried rice, which they highly recommend. The soup has a dark color but is not too salty, it has a delicious taste with a rich flavor and goes well with the noodles. The fried rice has a buttery aroma and is so tasty that you could keep eating it. It's no wonder they are not overshadowed by the main restaurant, their skills are top-notch. It was delicious, thank you for the meal!

An acquaintance recommended me to a fantastic ramen shop. They said they use vegetables to extract the broth, which is light yet full of flavor. The noodles are delicious, and the shop is clean and welcoming. But most importantly, the rice bowls are incredibly tasty! While the ramen is great, I was blown away by the rice bowls. Whenever I have ramen, I must also have a rice bowl! I will definitely be going back. Thank you for the meal.

"Noodles and Rice Sanrinsha @ Tenroku, Osaka City" offers a noodle and half-fried rice set for 1000 yen. This new brand store of "Sodaisho," opened in April last year, features a soy sauce broth aged for 4 years, which is aromatic and rich in depth. The flavor is bold but well-balanced with a solid dashi base, creating a sharp and addictive taste. The noodles are medium-thick straight noodles with a smooth and firm texture that complements the rich soup well. Toppings include green onions, menma, and chashu. The rare chashu is surprisingly meaty, and it is recommended to let it cook in the hot soup for better taste. The fried rice is meticulously cooked with a generous amount of liquid butter drizzled on top, giving it a subtly buttery aroma and a fluffy texture that pairs perfectly with the soup. It is highly recommended to try the full-size portion for a satisfying meal.
