Kuramae is quite a competitive area for restaurants. I finished my morning plans early and decided to do some desk work at a coffee shop near the south exit. When it was time for lunch, I stumbled upon this place nearby. They offered a special sea bream ramen, which intrigued me as it's not a common choice. The place turned out to be a food court, which surprised me. I ordered the special sea bream ramen for 1,342 yen, paid at the counter, and waited for my order. The ramen arrived with a generous amount of thinly sliced roast beef-like chashu on top, along with what seemed to be orange peel. The soup had a strong sea bream flavor, complemented by a hint of smokiness from grilling the fish. The chashu was perfectly rare and thin, and the seasoned egg was just the right level of runny. The use of green vegetables in the toppings was a thoughtful touch. I was impressed by how delicious and unique the ramen was, and I quickly finished every last bite. It was a pleasant surprise to find such a great meal in a food court without having to wait in line. My enjoyment of exploring Kuramae has now increased with this find.

I had the special Ise Ebi (spiny lobster) ramen and the special cold Tai (sea bream) ramen. The Ise Ebi ramen had a rich lobster flavor in the soup that paired well with the noodles. Personally, I prefer a thicker soup made by crushing the lobster shells into a puree. It's a matter of personal preference, though. As for the cold Tai ramen, it had a jelly-like substance in the soup, but I think a regular hot Tai ramen would have been much better. It was a bit too adventurous, and I regret it. Ramen shops, especially those in malls, need to come up with new ideas to keep customers interested, but this shop's standard Tai ramen is already so delicious that it doesn't need any changes. I think they could stick to what they do best. Despite that, the food was undeniably delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I had the special Ise Ebi (Japanese spiny lobster) ramen! It was quite light and delicious. Whenever a new limited-time menu is available, I can't help but come to try it! (I also come for the regular menu items too) I'm looking forward to the next limited-time menu!

I visited around 2:00 p.m. on Sunday. I was looking forward to trying out this ramen shop that I had heard about before. I ordered the special red snapper ramen. The service was disappointing as the staff was silent when taking my order. However, I received a buzzer and waited for my food. After about 10 minutes, the buzzer went off and I went to pick up my ramen. I was excited to try it, but unfortunately, the soup was not hot enough. The flavor of the soup was good with the red snapper, but it would have been better if it was hotter. The low-temperature cooked chashu was delicious. Overall, I felt that the price of 1430 yen was a bit high.

I went to Kinshicho for a casual errand, so I searched on Google for a place to visit. The flavor of the sea bream was strong and the smell of the grilled fish was nice, but it became a bit overwhelming. It seems like this flavor is not to my liking. The leafy greens on top were too tough and felt out of place. When I mixed in some yuzu pepper halfway through, the taste changed and became delicious. Thank you for the meal.

The food court at Parco has a variety of stylish restaurants. It's easy to enter and convenient to order from your favorite place. Both dishes have a fish-based broth, but they are quite rich. I had the lobster and sea bream ramen with seaweed topping. It was full of lobster flavor, so lobster lovers will be very satisfied. The noodles and pork were also delicious.

It was not crowded on a regular weekday night, but the service was a bit slow. I ordered the red snapper ramen with seasoned egg and garnishes for 1375 yen. The flavor of the red snapper was very prominent. The refreshing taste of yuzu and the green onion topping paired well together. The seasoned egg was smoked. Choosing the simple salt flavor was the right decision!

"The 'Tai Oil Soba' had thick noodles which I thought would be like oil soba, but they were thin like soba noodles. The fish oil flavor was strong. The rare char siu on top was very delicious. The portion was generous and I felt a bit of stomach discomfort. Next time, I want to try something other than oil soba."

There is a popular ramen shop at the 1st floor food court of Kinshicho Parco, known for using 100% of sea bream bones to create a unique soup made only with sea bream and water. It's a delight to be able to enjoy this ramen at the food court. The sea bream ramen costs 950 yen (excluding tax) and the small portion of rice costs 150 yen (excluding tax). The soup extracted from sea bream from Uwajima, Ehime Prefecture, has a rich flavor without any fishy smell. The whole grain flour noodles made from 100% Hokkaido wheat, ground in a stone mill, combine well with the soup and taste delicious. The chashu, resembling roast beef, and the crunchy vegetables add to the overall deliciousness. However, the small portion of rice costing 150 yen (excluding tax) seems a bit pricey for the amount. Overall, it was a satisfying meal.

I was drawn to the limited edition dish at this restaurant and ended up ordering the sesame red snapper ramen. Even though I knew that adding sesame would overpower the flavor of the red snapper, I couldn't resist and hoped for a miracle. I had tried the red snapper ramen before and was impressed by it, but this time I made a wrong choice. Next time, I will go for the extra large red snapper ramen. To make excuses, it's not that it's not delicious, it's actually tasty, but sesame is just too delicious, making the red snapper flavor disappear. Please forgive my personal opinion.

The Tai Ramen here is so rich that the fat floats on top of the soup. The flakes of roasted Tai meat sprinkled on top are a nice touch. The flavor of the Tai is intense! If you like fish-based soups, you can really savor this one. The soup is quite strong, so it would be nice if you could get extra yuzu for topping. I'm not a big fan of Tai, but I was able to finish it all. It's convenient to stop by as it's located on the first floor of PARCO right after getting off at Kinshicho Station. I would like to try a different type of ramen next time.

Located in the food court of PARCO in Kinshicho. Although the main store is just a short walk away, I decided to eat here. I tried the red snapper ramen, expecting a seafood aroma, but was surprised by a fragrant scent even before taking a bite! The dish featured thinly sliced colorful chashu, greens, flavored egg, seaweed, and a hint of yuzu on top. The soup had a strong red snapper flavor and was delicious. The temptation to mix the remaining soup with rice was irresistible. It was a high-quality bowl of ramen, as expected from a famous restaurant.

Sesame sea bream cold Chinese noodles PARCO version. The toppings included seared sea bream flakes, char siu, eggplant, raw onions, tomatoes, and seaweed. The noodles were firm, thin straight noodles. The rich sesame sauce paired well with the seared sea bream flakes, and the spiciness of the raw onions added a nice touch. It was delicious. Noodle Fish, a branch located in the food court at the back of the first floor of Kinshicho Parco. I was in a hurry, so I decided to stop by this nearby branch. Unlike the main store, this branch does not have a ticket machine, and you can choose your payment method directly. This time, I ordered the regular special sea bream ramen instead of the rich one. The price is significantly higher than the main store, probably due to the tenant fees. I received a buzzer and waited for it to ring to pick up my order. Even before eating, there was a nice aroma of grilled sea bream. The soup is lighter compared to the rich version. However, I prefer the rich one with sea bream oil if I'm going to eat it anyway. The noodles feel a bit soft, but it's within an acceptable range. The sous-vide chashu pork is delicious as always. The seasoned egg is also well-flavored. Although the cost performance is lower, I think it's best to enjoy the experience, including the mixed egg, when you have time at the main store.

Today, I visited this restaurant located in the food court of Kinshicho Parco. The food court here gathers various famous shops from the Koto and Sumida areas, and I always have a hard time deciding what to eat. I ordered the red snapper ramen and the Chashu rice bowl with plenty of Chashu (small). The ramen with the fragrant taste of red snapper was very delicious, and I ended up finishing the soup as well. The Chashu rice bowl with lots of sweetly seasoned Chashu went well with the rice. This ramen shop has many delicious limited-time menu items, so I often find myself coming back.

First visit. Located on the first floor of a commercial facility near Kinshicho Station, it is like a food court floor. The main store is also nearby, but today I came here. Sea bream ramen. It felt a bit salty. The chashu is cooked at a low temperature and flavored, and it's delicious! I want to eat it as a single item. The noodles are made from whole wheat. It seems that ingredients are carefully selected, but one bowl costs 990 yen. Maybe the location cost is included, but it feels a bit expensive. It was good to be able to eat without waiting in line. Men'gyo is closer to the main store, a bit cheaper, and has a nice atmosphere, but I visited this branch for the first time because I am collecting stamps on the Rakuten Gourmet Gallery. There was no line, so I was able to order smoothly. I ordered the classic red snapper ramen for 990 yen and a small red snapper porridge for 275 yen, totaling 1265 yen. They accept PayPay, but it's quite pricey. I was given a buzzer and waited a bit at a nearby table. When they called me, I noticed that I could ask for yuzu pepper, so I got some for the porridge. The red snapper soup, which has a unique flavor, is better than Tonkotsu (I've only been to the Chiba Perrier store). There are flakes of grilled red snapper at the bottom, so the porridge is a must for enjoying it to the end. The ramen is delicious, but the porridge might be even better haha.

I tried a famous restaurant in Kinshicho in PARCO before noon on the weekend, so I decided to eat there. I arrived around 11:30 am and didn't have to wait to order. The prices were similar to the street-side store. I ordered the classic ramen for 990 yen. The ramen was full of seafood flavor and served quickly. The atmosphere was a bit weaker than the street-side store (since it was in a food court), but the taste was excellent as always!
