I stopped by after feeling a bit peckish and having a drink. It had been a while since I had the classic God Tiger ramen. I tried to resist ordering extra noodles, but after one bite I couldn't help it - the ramen was delicious. The price was reasonable, and the chashu was substantial. The flavor change with the garlic chive kimchi was also tasty. What I thought would be a light snack turned into a hearty dinner. Thank you for the meal!

"Backfat simmered dried noodle" for 850 yen. No free parking available. Ticket vending machine system. [Soup] The soup is filled with fine backfat, with a prominent soy sauce flavor and a subtle dried fish taste. [Noodles] The slightly thick, slightly crinkly flat noodles have an interesting texture, perfect for a first-time try. [Toppings] Tender chashu pork, bamboo shoots, and onions. I was drawn to the "backfat" option on the ticket vending machine, and the dish arrived quickly. The soy sauce flavor hits you hard! The broth is quite strong, but the noodles do a good job of soaking it up. Adding some kimchi halfway through enhances the dish, and the onions also add a nice touch. I almost finished the soup completely. It was delicious, but I didn't quite enjoy the smell of the chashu pork, which was a bit medicinal or had a unique smell. Thank you for the meal."

Tonkotsu ramen? It was delicious!! I ate it on my way back from drinking, so I was already full, but I want to go again with an empty stomach next time. The noodles were thin, the soup was rich, and the chashu was soft and very tasty!! I highly recommend this ramen!!

[Order] Cold soba noodles set with highball [Impression] I visited the nearby "Jinko Minamimachi" last year because the cold Chinese noodles were delicious, so I had high expectations for this year's cold soba. The noodles were crispy with a rich seasoning, and they were delicious being served piping hot. Personally, this is one of my favorite fried rice restaurants in Osaka. The noodle set comes with half-fried rice and dumplings, and I often order it with a highball. The menu no longer includes Tianjin rice, which was delicious, but the cold soba, which looks cute, is soy sauce-based with flat, slightly thick curly noodles that are well-coated and delicious. The block of char siu also has a satisfying texture and is delicious. This year's cold soba is just as good as last year's. Truly a great job, Jinko-san. Thank you for the meal!

I recommend trying the limited tonkotsu ramen at "Kamitora" on the 15th and 30th of each month. The ultimate tonkotsu ramen was delicious. I love the Kurotora Ramen from Kamitora, especially the Charred Garlic Ramen. I was so hungry, so I ordered the Special Set with Fried Rice that just started recently. I stopped by the usual supermarket and decided to have ramen for lunch at "Kanko Minamimachi"! I love tonkotsu ramen, so I have visited many times. I ordered the "Kanko Ramen with Ajitama" for 920 yen at the ticket vending machine. Normally, I would also order gyoza, rice, and beer, but I plan to enjoy "Raw Lamb Jingisukan" for dinner at home today, so I kept my lunch light. I was seated at the counter in front of the kitchen, requested firm noodles and normal amount of pork fat, and waited 6 minutes for my bowl to arrive. The soup is a creamy blend of Hakata tonkotsu and Kansai dashi, topped with thick slices of chashu, wood ear mushrooms, chopped green onions, and a half-boiled seasoned egg. I added plenty of pickled ginger, spicy mustard greens, kimchi with garlic chives, and white sesame as table condiments, almost hiding the noodles (lol). The toppings made it a bit spicy, but I quickly finished the whole bowl, including all the soup. It was just after the 11 am opening, but the place was already bustling with customers. I visited for dinner! I tried the specialty God Tiger Ramen, which combines Hakata pork bone and Kansai dashi flavors. You can customize the firmness of the noodles and the amount of pork fat. I chose firm noodles and less pork fat! Lately, when I have ramen for dinner, I often have it with bottled beer, and here, they serve Menma as a snack! You can enjoy condiments like karashi takana, garlic chives with chili, and pickled ginger. You can even get extra noodles! Next time, I want to try the Black Tiger or Red Tiger!

The soup, flavored with burnt garlic, is paired with straight thin noodles with a good bite. The chewy roasted pork and wood ear mushrooms add to the experience. I arrived at the ramen shop Kamitora in Minamisenju on a cold spring night craving ramen. It was just before 9 pm on the weekend and the restaurant was not crowded, so I was able to enter right away. The lantern at the storefront had the words "a shop that loves tonkotsu" written on it, which was nice. I ordered the regular ramen and gyoza. The price was reasonable at 820 yen, especially with ramen prices increasing lately. The ramen arrived in less than 10 minutes. I ordered extra pork fat in my ramen, and the slightly rich tonkotsu soup was just right, not too heavy on the tonkotsu flavor. It seemed like a soup that would appeal to everyone. Adding grated garlic made it even better! It was a perfect way to end a night of drinking. I didn't know that this was a sister restaurant of Zasou. Thank you for the meal!

Visited at 7:00 pm on a regular day, there was a wait for 3 people but we were seated within 5 minutes. Tried the "Kamitora Ramen" for 820 yen, with an additional seasoned egg for 100 yen. It's an original tonkotsu ramen that combines Kyushu's tonkotsu broth with Kansai's dashi. The soup is creamy and rich in flavor, without the typical pork bone smell. The noodles set for 380 yen (includes gyoza and fried rice) was also delicious, with the fried rice being cooked right in front of us. Wow, the cherry blossoms at Osaka Castle are in full bloom. I enjoyed them and then walked to JR Osaka Castle North Exit Station. I transferred to JR Osaka Tenmangu Station. I noticed that this restaurant I'm at has a limited menu available only on the 15th and 30th of each month. Today is the 30th, so I have to try it! I walked there and arrived around 10:55, and the restaurant was already open. I used the ticket machine to order the limited menu item, 100% pork ramen, and paid with my phone. I sat at the counter seat in the back. The toppings arrived in about 9 minutes, and then the ramen came a minute later. The pork-based soup was very rich and delicious, and the medium straight noodles were tasty. The chashu was not too soft and had a good texture, making it very tasty. The other toppings were average, but this limited menu item was really good. It might be only available for a limited time, but it was better than some famous ramen shops. Even though it's a chain restaurant, I want to try other items from this same group like God Tiger or regular menu items. Time to head back home.

The standard Shinko noodles are straight, the burnt rich black tiger noodles are straight, the pork back fat anchovy soba noodles are curly noodles, the chashu rice bowl, the noodle S set, and the gyoza set. We visited our favorite ramen shop with our family. I had the pork back fat anchovy soba, and the broth was rich with anchovy flavor and plenty of sweetness and umami from the back fat. The medium curly noodles were perfectly intertwined with the soup, making it incredibly delicious. The fried rice made in a hot iron pot was seasoned perfectly and so addictive. The gyoza had a crispy skin and juicy filling, no need for any additional sauce. Both dishes are part of a great value set, so I recommend ordering them together. The restaurant also has table seating, so it's family-friendly. Definitely worth a visit!

I arrived around 22:30 just before closing time on a national holiday, and the restaurant was full of customers. The staff were very friendly and the service was great. I had the Ramen Standard and a side of gyoza (4 pieces), and they were delicious. The rich soup and thin noodles were tasty, and the gyoza was packed with juicy filling, truly exquisite.

This ramen shop, located about a 5-minute walk from Minami-Morimachi Station, has a large interior with tables and a fast-paced counter. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, making the atmosphere enjoyable. Starting from February, they are promoting their new dried fish ramen. I tried two types of ramen this time: - God Tiger Ramen (820 yen): A tonkotsu-flavored ramen with a strong seafood broth that has been simmered for 12 hours. This is a classic menu item with a reliable taste. - Pork Fat Dried Soba (850 yen): A Tsubame-Sanjo style ramen with medium-thick hand-kneaded noodles that blend well with the soup. Despite its rich appearance, it is surprisingly easy to eat without leaving a greasy feeling in the mouth. I also ordered the Meatball Don and Gyoza Set, which is recommended for those with a big appetite. Mixing the egg with the meat while eating the donburi was delicious. The fried rice was perfectly fluffy. Overall, it was a great meal. The quick turnover, the presence of many female staff, and the bright atmosphere make it a comfortable place to dine. It's a place where even women can easily enjoy a meal alone!

Standard God Tiger Ramen. Thin noodles with a slightly firm pork bone broth. The wood ear mushrooms, seasoned egg, and chashu are all delicious. The soup is not too heavy, and you can easily finish it all. I haven't come across many delicious pork bone ramen in Osaka, but this place serves a proper pork bone ramen that I would like to visit again.

Yesterday (1/30), I went on a food expedition to Emisucho Station on the Osaka Metro Sakaisuji Line, where I had a delicious bowl of Kitakata ramen at a new shop. Afterwards, I headed north on the Sakaisuji Line and spontaneously decided to get off at Minamimorimachi Station to visit this nearby restaurant for a second meal. I arrived just before noon and found only one person waiting inside. I purchased a ticket for the "Black Tiger Ramen (790 yen)" from the ticket machine, then sat down to wait. Before long, I was seated at the counter and my bowl arrived. The appearance of the ramen was somewhat like muddy water, with slices of pork floating in a murky broth topped with chopped green onions and bean sprouts, hiding the noodles underneath. Despite its unimpressive appearance, the tonkotsu soup was surprisingly delicious, with a blend of Hakata tonkotsu and Kansai dashi flavors. The noodles and pork slices were decent, and adding pickled ginger halfway through enhanced the flavor even more. Despite being my second bowl of ramen that day, I managed to finish it all, reminding myself not to judge a dish by its appearance.

Just a 1-minute walk from Minamimori Station, there is a ramen specialty shop facing Sonezaki Street. You can purchase your ramen using the latest touch panel ticket machine, specifying the firmness of the noodles and the amount of back fat. I ordered the God Tiger Ramen with flavored egg (890 yen) and the Lunch Special Fried Rice (180 yen) because they looked delicious. The noodles were thin straight noodles, and suddenly I felt a Fukuoka tonkotsu vibe when the wood ear mushrooms came out from the bottom. It falls into the category of pork bone broth ramen, evolved in Osaka without the strong pork bone smell. The chashu was tender and the ramen had a well-balanced flavor. The fried rice is a special menu item, and each one is cooked in a wok with dedication. The seasoning of the fried rice seems to vary each time, and today it had ginger flavor with ginger pork on top. The seasoning matched the fluffy texture of the fried rice perfectly. This special fried rice is worth it. It may not have a distinct personality, but the balance is really good. Thank you for the delicious meal!

The chashu is large and has a slight chewiness. - Noodle S Set 380: A very cost-effective set, where you can choose from three rice bowl options and I chose fried rice.
