I rushed in at the last minute, so many items were sold out and there were few things to eat. However, I was interested in the assorted fish skewers and pork kimchi, so I tried them. The fish skewer shop is very rare to begin with, and if you're lost on where to eat in Temma, I recommend this shop. The skewers were just right for a casual drink, and they were delicious!!!

I passed by the shop before 8 o'clock and happened to encounter 2 people coming out of the shop, so we decided to enter this shop as we couldn't decide on a shop. The inside of the shop was full except for the seats for 2 people! We could tell that the shop was popular. Besides the classic pork cutlet, there were also unique items such as beef tendon curry and pork kimura, which I ordered. I ate the beef tendon curry and pork kimura as they were, and both were delicious. After that, I tried the classic pork cutlet, which was also delicious! Next, I had a rare fish skewer set of 5 types, and I think the salmon with rich flavor was the most delicious among them. I would like to visit again when I am in the Tenroku area. The fish skewers might seem rare, but it was a coincidence that the customers kept coming in non-stop. There were many reservations. Even though it wasn't late, popular dishes were sold out, and it took about 20 minutes for the food to come out after the first beer. The taste wasn't particularly amazing.

I went to explore Tenma with a friend who loves drinking. We decided to start by eating some skewers. The menu had a variety of grilled and fried skewers, including grilled Kinmedai and Anago which were quite delicious. We enjoyed our skewers with beer and highballs. We had to stop eating before going to the next restaurant, as we couldn't eat anymore due to our full stomachs. It was a fun experience, and we look forward to the next time.

I'm sorry for not having good photos! Haha, iQOS is allowed. The fish skewers are also quite delicious, and it's a reliable go-to place in Temma. I'm happy that they are always open! I always eat the same things, so I asked the fishmonger to make a 6-kind sashimi platter instead of the usual 3-kind one for 1380 yen, and it was very satisfying and delicious. Their fish skewers for 330 yen have a wide variety to choose from, and it's always fun to pick while standing in front of the showcase. The skewer platter is definitely a great deal, and although most people go for the chef's choice, I like to select my own and can easily eat about 10 skewers. Everyone is happy and satisfied with the delicious food. The only downside is the salad with fried items and bacon for 680 yen, the dressing is too heavy and lacks freshness. Apart from the salad, everything from the skewers to the individual dishes is delicious.

I have visited this shop several times. Five skewers of fish cost 1,100 yen. This alone can get you quite drunk! The grilling is done very skillfully, not too tough or smoky, allowing the flavors of the ingredients to shine through. I want to order this again! They also have deep-fried skewers, making it hard to decide which to get. The back of the shop is cramped and tight, but the deliciousness surpasses that. Highly recommended!

I was recommended to this restaurant and it was quite popular with full reservations, but they managed to seat us before our reserved time. I thought the food might be expensive, but the quality was great for the price! The skewers were all delicious and of high quality, both grilled and fried dishes were tasty! The drinks were a bit pricey, so it could get expensive if you're serious about dining, but it's a great place for bar hopping. The atmosphere was nice and stylish, with a lot of young couples.

In June 2020, after work, I stopped by "Ramen Jinsei JET" in Fukushima for a bowl of ramen before meeting up with a friend at Temma Station. We went to "Kushimon Nishiya" for dinner - we had made a reservation for 7:00 pm and were seated at a table. We started with a tomato chu-hi for a toast. Since it was my first time there, I let my friend order the dishes (but we each ordered our own skewers and skewer cutlets). - Edamame 380 yen - Smoked potato salad 380 yen - Mackerel sushi 580 yen - Grilled dried young sardines 380 yen - Grilled eggplant 380 yen - Seasonal skewers (individually ordered) - Grilled sea bream with salt 300 yen - Grilled mackerel to finish 250 yen - Young corn with skin 250 yen - Seasonal skewer cutlets (individually ordered) - Eel cutlet with wasabi and salt 250 yen - Sand borer fry with lemon and salt 250 yen - Yokoyama Natsujun Gin Fire (Nagasaki, Shigeie Sake Brewery) 700 yen The skewer cutlets and skewers were delicious! I usually do thorough research when choosing a restaurant, but this time I happened to come across a place with a nice atmosphere. While there are many yakitori and kushikatsu places, fish skewers like the ones here are rare, so seeing them on the menu raised my expectations. Upon further investigation, I found out that this place has a high rating of 3.5 or above on Tabelog. The dishes that were brought to us exceeded our expectations by far! The shishamo shiso roll and sawara miso yuzu dish were especially to my liking. The seasoning for each type of fish was well thought out, allowing us to enjoy various types of fish and flavors. I could eat as many skewers as I wanted! Despite being a small establishment, we were not made to wait or feel uncomfortable, and our orders were quickly taken. I will definitely visit again.

The second stop in the Temma series is "Kushimon Nishiya." I actually made a reservation thinking it was for the first stop, but when I arrived early, it was unexpectedly full. It's quite popular to be fully booked by 6pm. I didn't realize it was this place when I made the reservation, but I've been here once before. I remember the fish skewers being somewhat mediocre... Well, I'm sure it will be much better this time since I'm going with a hungry stomach after visiting 3-4 other places! The menu offers a variety of options including kushikatsu, fish skewers, and more! We ordered the standard kushikatsu, a kushikatsu with a touch of green perilla added to horse mackerel, and fried oysters. For the fish skewers, we ordered grilled cod with miso paste and grilled conger eel. Unlike my previous visit, all the dishes were quite delicious. I mentioned that the fish skewers were mediocre before, but both skewers were tasty this time. The prices are also reasonable, with most skewers costing under 300 yen each. This time, with each person having 1-2 drinks, the total bill was around 5000 yen. You can enjoy a hearty meal or a light snack here. The restaurant is relatively clean and would be suitable for a date. Since it was quite crowded, it might be a good idea to make a reservation.

I want to eat kushikatsu again, so I went for the second time during my trip. I called ahead to check if they had availability, then visited the restaurant. I ordered some kushikatsu and started with a cheers with fruit tomatoes and edamame. The fruit tomatoes were sweet and delicious. I also added grilled eggplant. Among the kushikatsu, I especially liked the zucchini wrapped in pork. Also, the eel and scallop were amazing! The eel was soft and tender, while the scallop was fresh and chewy. I ordered more! My husband was enjoying his drinks. It was a wonderful restaurant experience.

A popular grilled fish skewer restaurant in Temma that is always fully booked whenever I try to visit, but finally got the chance to dine in this time. The Coro Dai with grated salt ponzu was incredibly delicious, refreshing with the combination of grated radish. The salt-grilled nodoguro was fresh and tender with just salt seasoning. The salt-grilled kiss with shiso leaf wrap had a nice aroma and light flavor. The Suzuki with mozzarella cheese didn't seem to match well, lacking in deliciousness. The salt-grilled large shrimp was enjoyed by others, described as plump and tasty. The grilled Den Suke conger eel with wasabi and salt was perfectly delicious with firm texture and no fishy smell, but could use a bit more salt. The grilled hamo with plum paste was also firm and well-seasoned. The mushroom and cheese cutlet was small but tasty with a great combination. The fried kiss with lemon and salt was decent but nothing special. Overall, the grilled skewers and cutlets were really delicious, with fresh fish, no fishy smell, and good texture. The drinks may be a bit pricey, but the skewers are mostly priced at 250 yen each, making it affordable. The menu includes seasonal items as well as other basic dishes not shown in the photos, such as rice soup and salad. The service may be a bit slow due to the crowdedness, but not excessively so. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere with a main counter seating area.

Gathering around a large plate is nice, but I chose this restaurant because they serve various dishes on small plates, which makes me very happy. They offer fish skewers!!! They provide various types of fish in bite-sized portions. This is great!!! We had to wait a little bit because we didn't make a reservation. Orders are placed by writing them on paper! They also serve fried food. I originally planned to order fish skewers, but ended up also ordering skewers of deep-fried items. Fish skewers are really good!!! It's a bit pricey, but being able to try various types of fish on skewers is really nice. Thank you for the meal. I will definitely visit again.
