Located just a 1-minute walk from JR Mizukaido Bridge, this izakaya with private rooms is very convenient for both businessmen and women who enjoy drinking. And guess what? They also serve sushi! How exciting! Cheers with a beer♪ The appetizer of ganmo is exquisite! It's so delicious! We ordered edamame and fried potatoes for the kids first. The fried potatoes were not the usual thin type, but thick-cut and crispy, very tasty. The soy butter powder was served separately, which was a nice touch. The sashimi platter included tuna, sweet shrimp, salmon, sea bream, and squid. The fatty tuna and tender squid were delicious. The platter also came with green onions, which was a nice touch. We discovered the sake "Hirosugi" and ordered it to accompany the sashimi. The chicken nanban had a crispy texture and the tartar sauce was generous and tasty. The assorted skewers included pork, shrimp, eggplant, quail, and lotus root, each bite-sized and easy to eat, with a sweet sauce that was great. The salmon in dashi tea was a favorite of the kids. For adults, we finished with sushi! We asked them to plate together overflowing negitoro, conger eel, medium fatty tuna, salmon roe, and sea urchin. They were small in size, so we could easily eat as many as we wanted. We paired them with a rare shochu, "Hyakunen no Kodoku," on the rocks. The food was carefully selected, the drink menu was extensive with a focus on sake. They had a variety of Dassai sake, including rare ones! They also had rare shochu like "Maou" and "Yamazaki 12 Years." It was a unique izakaya with a lot of attention to detail, and we had a great time.
