Tenma, Ankle ✨ Tenma's "Nakanaka" and "Sousou" are the third Japanese restaurant created by Mr. Sousou. It is located slightly off the Nakazaki-cho shopping street. This is a time difference post from my visit during Golden Week. The restaurant offers only a 15,000 yen course (about 15 dishes with all-you-can-drink). The course includes: - Tomato sesame tofu - Corn soup made with soy milk - Maizuru sword squid sushi with karasumi and caviar - Whale red meat yukke - Eggplant, Kaga lotus root, firefly squid tataki miso, sea bream roe soup - Golden eye snapper with Hokkaido sea urchin - Kenken bonito - Natural kue from Wakayama, bamboo shoots, clam soup with clam broth - Grilled white sweetfish with Naruto sweet potato - Sakura trout sandwich - Grilled rib meat with spicy radish - Firefly squid clay pot rice - Snow goat somen - Dessert Pick up review ❗️ ● Tomato sesame tofu I had it for the first time, and it was a wonderful dish with a combination of tomato acidity and sesame tofu sweetness. A great dish that goes well with sake from the start. ● Maizuru sword squid sushi Sword squid with karasumi and topped with caviar. The rich karasumi mixed with squid, and the slight change in taste with caviar was very delicious. ● Whale red meat yukke A food ingredient that is not easy to come by these days. It was a yukke with a light taste yet deep umami flavor. ✨ ● Eggplant, Kaga lotus root, firefly squid tataki miso, sea bream roe soup A soup with plenty of vegetables and sea bream roe. The rich taste of tataki miso with firefly squid, and the change in taste when it is dissolved in the broth, was enjoyable. The large Kaga lotus root and eggplant were satisfying. ● Golden eye snapper with Hokkaido sea urchin Grilled golden eye snapper topped with sea urchin. Each item is delicious on its own, but this dish is meant to be eaten together. The grilled aroma and rich sea urchin blend together beautifully. ❗️ ● Sakura trout sandwich A Western-style dish that stands out. The truffle butter is incredibly fragrant, and the sandwich is incredibly delicious. The fact that the cherry trout is fried is amazing. ● Firefly squid clay pot rice Spring firefly squid clay pot rice. It comes out beautifully shaped, but when served, it is all mixed and served in a tea bowl. There is plenty of it, so seconds are allowed. I had seconds once. Finally, finish with dessert ❗️ The alcohol is completely free, so I had a variety of drinks. Shochu includes Maou, Satotora, and sake includes Juyondai, Kokuryu, and more. Sake is generally served according to the meal. In any case, I think 15,000 yen including alcohol is a very cost-effective option. It seems like it will become a difficult-to-reserve restaurant soon.
