The restaurant is located about a 2-3 minute walk southwest from Exit 13 of Osaka Metro Tenjinbashisuji Rokuchome Station. Upon entering the restaurant, you will be guided to the counter seats on the 1st floor. There are private rooms on the 2nd floor. I enjoyed a bottled beer to quench my thirst. The alcoholic beverages I had included highball, sparkling sake Junmai Daiginjo, unfiltered rice sake, special Junmai Daiginjo sake, and special Junmai sake. Beer, soft drinks, highball, sake, and shochu are all-you-can-drink. The food was omakase style, with 14 dishes served, including 3 closing dishes. The dishes included fugu shirako and matsutake mushroom in a thin kudzu stew, Saga beef tenderloin topped with caviar and quail eggs, and sashimi of tuna belly-like medium fatty tuna. The meal was satisfying and I look forward to visiting again.

I visited the restaurant I had high expectations for because it was getting a lot of attention. Honestly, I didn't get anything more than I had expected. Since I don't drink alcohol, the menu didn't offer much value for me. The steamed rice was a disappointment, which is why I gave this rating.

A new concept by a famous izakaya in the Temma area. I was invited and visited. The 15000 yen course, including drinks, offers quality beyond the all-you-can-drink limit. Premium shochu like Maou and Sato, and sake like Nabeshima and Kokuryu. I ended up drinking too much. The dishes featured seasonal ingredients served in small portions. Enjoying delicious food and drinks little by little was a bliss. The meat dish before dessert was a pork cutlet sandwich, and the finale was mackerel rice. Unconventional but well-crafted. It was a delightful and tasty experience. I will definitely visit again if I have the chance.

I was able to visit because they accommodated the late start time of 8:30 pm. Overall, I was able to enjoy the meal very much. They provided a balanced selection of seasonal fish, which were delicious. I was finally able to visit Kurubushi-san, a place I had always wanted to go. The course costs 15,000 yen, including drinks. The dishes were all delicious, including swordtip squid, hand-rolled sushi with Biwa trout, conger eel soup, flounder sashimi, grilled gizzard shad, grilled saury, snow goat sōmen with sea urchin, Kaga lotus root, oak-seated beef, saury rice stew, and pomegranate monaka ice cream. The Biwa trout, gizzard shad, and Kaga lotus root mochi were especially exquisite. I enjoyed unlimited drinks, starting with beer and then switching to sake. The experience of selecting a beautiful Tenmantsukikko glass was also wonderful. The sake was paired with the dishes, starting with a refreshing sake, followed by a dry sake, and ending with sweet Eiko and Tatenokawa. The sake paired perfectly with the food, so I ended up drinking around 10 cups and got quite drunk. The focus on fish and the use of quality ingredients in the delicious dishes, along with the unlimited sake, made this 15,000 yen meal incredibly cost-effective. The atmosphere was cozy and I enjoyed a luxurious time. This was the best Japanese cuisine experience for me. I would love to visit again in a different season.

In Tenma, there is a popular creative sake bar called "Nakanaka" and another one called "Sousou", and the owner of these establishments also runs a restaurant called "Kubi". I have visited Nakanaka twice before, and it was very popular with delicious food at reasonable prices. I had heard that Kubi was also great in terms of both quality and cost, so I was eager to visit. And it truly was amazing! The omakase course costs 15,000 yen (including tax and drinks). - Walnut and peanut tofu: The texture was bouncy and chewy, and the broth sauce and fresh wasabi were excellent. I could eat about 5 of these. - Hand-rolled sushi: Made with Toyama white shrimp and Hokkaido sea urchin, the portions were generous, sweet, and had a hint of yuzu fragrance. The vinegar was just right for my taste. - Eel and red snapper: The thinly sliced eel and fatty red snapper were delicious, and the addition of matsutake mushrooms was a nice touch. - Kumamoto bonito tataki: Similar to mackerel, the flesh was moist and flavorful. The homemade ponzu sauce with Awaji onions was gentle and had a perfect balance of acidity and sweetness. - Flounder shirako: The shirako from Shimane Prefecture was served with boiled plum, and it was so good that I wanted to drink sake with it. The texture was amazing. - Miyagi eel: Grilled to perfection, the eel was tender and had a crispy skin. The aroma and richness of the eel were delightful. - Snow crab with cold Arrabbiata: The Kumamoto snow crab somen noodles were thin but chewy, and the crab's gentle flavor paired well with the dish's Japanese-style taste. - Blackthroat seaperch salt-grilled with spicy radish: The fatty fish was elegant and delicious, especially with the spicy radish. - Lake Biwa rainbow trout with salmon roe: The rare rainbow trout was moist and tasty, complemented by cucumber, yam, and Hokkaido cherry tomatoes. The gentle Tosazu vinegar added a summer-like flavor. - Awaji beef: The red meat was moist and tender, releasing a burst of umami when chewed. It paired perfectly with the soy sauce-marinated egg yolk. - Saga asparagus and sansho pepper: A delightful combination that I enjoyed. - Fresh Pacific saury with red sweet potato and Kaga lotus root: The fatty saury was served with sweet potato and lotus root, which had a subtle presence, allowing the gentle flavor of the rice to shine through. The miso soup and pickles were also delicious. - Homemade white peach ice cream: A refreshing gelato-like ice cream that wasn't too heavy, making it easy to finish even when full. Overall, every dish was delicious, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was great. The price, including the pairing with sake and other drinks, was unbelievable for the quality offered. 1. Purple corn mousse → The corn is incredibly sweet. I would love to eat it as it is. 2. Hand-rolled dojoguro from Miyagi Prefecture → The dojoguro is huge. It gives a satisfying eating experience. The crispy texture of the seaweed is irresistible. 3. Hamo and matsutake mushroom soup → The generous portion of hamo fish is luxurious. The aroma of matsutake and sudachi when the lid is lifted fills you with happiness. 4. Bonito tataki from Hokkaido with Awaji onions and ponzu sauce → The pungent flavor of the scallions and myoga is perfect. The Awaji onion ponzu sauce alone is great with sake. Seriously delicious. 5. Red snapper and beltfish sashimi → Squeeze some finger lime on it for the best flavor. 6. Grilled salted bonito → The spicy grated daikon adds a unique flavor. The simple salt-grilled dish is the best. 7. Sea urchin and white shrimp somen capellini → It looks beautiful, but when you eat it, mix it all up to experience the harmony of flavors. Don't hesitate to mix it! 8. Wagyu beef and Niigata-grown maitake mushroom stir-fry → The rich egg yolk is also amazing. The dipping sauce is so delicious you'll want to drink it all up. 9. White harmony with figs from Habikino and walnuts → Mix it well to bring out the unity of flavors. The presence of walnuts is genius. 10. Roast duck with lotus root and sweet potatoes → The duck and the sauce are both outstanding. The lotus root and sweet potatoes are sweet and delicious. 11. Matsutake mushroom clay pot rice with karasumi on top → You'll feel pure happiness in the restaurant. 12. Miso soup *no photo available 13. Peach ice cream → Refreshing yet rich and chewy. Only those who have eaten it will understand its deliciousness. Beer, sake, soft drinks, and highballs are all-you-can-drink. Wine is available for an additional cost. Sake comes in fruity, crisp, and rich varieties, and the communication between the head chef and the sommelier ensures the best pairing with the dishes. I had plenty of sake, but my top 3 favorites were: 1. Hanamizuki (Akita) - Fruity flavor with a refined sweetness like muscat grapes or melons. Delicious and easy to drink with a transparent quality. 2. Hohoemi (Okayama) - Also fruity, with a slight acidity and a perfect match with sweet and savory dishes. 3. Morishima (Ibaraki) - Elegant label like a wine. A beautiful rice wine from Miyamanishiki. It has a fresh taste with a hint of spiciness and sweetness, reminiscent of green apples. This one is addictive. The head chef's personality was great, and the explanation of the dishes was wonderful. The sommelier also did a fantastic job, with perfect pairings with the dishes.

I made a reservation a while ago for the all-you-can-drink course with various dishes for 15,000 yen. I felt like I had tried all the delicious foods of summer. The pike conger and eel were especially delicious. There was a wide variety of drinks available. I was able to relax thanks to the good service. The portion sizes were a bit too much for me.

I reserved a table at a restaurant about 1.5 months ago and enjoyed a lot of summer dishes there. The course included all-you-can-drink alcohol, so I recommend this place to those who like drinking. The portions were huge, so I suggest going on an empty stomach (lol).

I am a man who thinks even a few hundred yen for a meal is expensive (laughs). But this amazing restaurant makes me feel like it's cheap. You can enjoy a variety of luxurious dishes and delicious all-you-can-drink alcohol for 15,000 yen including tax! Even if they charge a little over 20,000 yen, I would still think, "Wow, it was a great restaurant!" It's such a fantastic deal at this price. Last time, the regular customers reserved the second floor, and this time, after seeing their post, Mr./Ms. ○○ reserved the first floor, so I just showed up without any effort. It was awesome. I had always been curious about this restaurant, and I finally got invited to go there. I tried the chef's special course (with all-you-can-drink) for ¥15,000. The menu included: - Chilled soup: white corn, kabocha pumpkin somen, tea beans - Nagasaki prefecture nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch), red vinegar sushi rice - Whale bowl: mizuna, spicy hot pot style, fish bones and bonito broth - Assorted sashimi: bluefin tuna near the belly, Akashi horse mackerel, Maizuru swordtip squid, Hokkaido sea urchin, caviar, Chiba black mutsu - Tokyo Bay cutlassfish: rice cracker tempura, onion sauce, asparagus bavarois - Chawanmushi (savory egg custard): red eggplant, bonito broth sauce, yuzu, Awaji conger eel - Unagi ham cutlet sandwich - Uni (sea urchin) soup: yuzu pepper, spicy grated radish ponzu - Clay pot rice: eel, butter - Dessert with all-you-can-drink included at this price! The first dish was delicious, a great start for the meal. The Nagasaki red-eyed fish, a premium brand, was wrapped in seaweed with red vinegar rice. The combination of red-eyed fish fat and red vinegar rice was superb. The clear soup with white sea bream and chewy Miwa somen noodles was excellent. The main dish was Kumamoto Wagyu beef steak. And to pair it with sea urchin was just too luxurious. Moreover, there was a selection of beer and premium Japanese sake for all-you-can-drink. With a sommelier present, you could enjoy drinks that complemented the dishes. The variety of Japanese sake was outstanding. The food was delicious, and with all-you-can-drink for ¥15,000, it was great value for money. A paradise for those who enjoy drinking. Definitely worth a visit!

Tenma, Ankle ✨ Tenma's "Nakanaka" and "Sousou" are the third Japanese restaurant created by Mr. Sousou. It is located slightly off the Nakazaki-cho shopping street. This is a time difference post from my visit during Golden Week. The restaurant offers only a 15,000 yen course (about 15 dishes with all-you-can-drink). The course includes: - Tomato sesame tofu - Corn soup made with soy milk - Maizuru sword squid sushi with karasumi and caviar - Whale red meat yukke - Eggplant, Kaga lotus root, firefly squid tataki miso, sea bream roe soup - Golden eye snapper with Hokkaido sea urchin - Kenken bonito - Natural kue from Wakayama, bamboo shoots, clam soup with clam broth - Grilled white sweetfish with Naruto sweet potato - Sakura trout sandwich - Grilled rib meat with spicy radish - Firefly squid clay pot rice - Snow goat somen - Dessert Pick up review ❗️ ● Tomato sesame tofu I had it for the first time, and it was a wonderful dish with a combination of tomato acidity and sesame tofu sweetness. A great dish that goes well with sake from the start. ● Maizuru sword squid sushi Sword squid with karasumi and topped with caviar. The rich karasumi mixed with squid, and the slight change in taste with caviar was very delicious. ● Whale red meat yukke A food ingredient that is not easy to come by these days. It was a yukke with a light taste yet deep umami flavor. ✨ ● Eggplant, Kaga lotus root, firefly squid tataki miso, sea bream roe soup A soup with plenty of vegetables and sea bream roe. The rich taste of tataki miso with firefly squid, and the change in taste when it is dissolved in the broth, was enjoyable. Each item is delicious on its own, but this dish is meant to be eaten together. The truffle butter is incredibly fragrant, and the sandwich is incredibly delicious. The fact that the cherry trout is fried is amazing. ● Firefly squid clay pot rice Spring firefly squid clay pot rice. It comes out beautifully shaped, but when served, it is all mixed and served in a tea bowl. There is plenty of it, so seconds are allowed. I had seconds once. Finally, finish with dessert ❗️ The alcohol is completely free, so I had a variety of drinks. Shochu includes Maou, Satotora, and sake includes Juyondai, Kokuryu, and more. Sake is generally served according to the meal. In any case, I think 15,000 yen including alcohol is a very cost-effective option. It seems like it will become a difficult-to-reserve restaurant soon. It was really great! The sake went down smoothly. Many dishes that seemed to have been carefully prepared were served! I was able to relax and enjoy sitting at the counter. The firefly squid was delicious, but I thought it was from Toyama, not Hyogo prefecture because it was so small! That was the only thing that bothered me!笑
