This is another gift I received. Just seeing the paper bag from T.YOKOGAWA made me smile and feel nostalgic. It reminded me of when my children were young and we used to shop at Akachan Honpo or Fusen Usagi and then buy snacks at this store. The last time we went was when my son was in kindergarten, buying cookies for Valentine's Day return gifts. It still seems to be a popular store. I feel like going there to buy something after a long time. The semi-sweet cookies can last for about two weeks if stored in the refrigerator. I love their almond galette, six varieties of cookies, Madeline with a lemon scent, rich Financier, and three types of fruit cakes with a strong adult taste. The boxes are also impressive, making me wonder what to put in them. Oh, I didn't know there was a second store! There's one in Kishiwada! I checked the location of the Izumi Chuo main store and realized... it used to be near Fusen Usagi or Akachan Honpo, right? Has it been relocated? It opened in 2007, so it's been 15 years ago? My child was in kindergarten... Hmm? The calculation doesn't seem to add up... Was it a different store? When I asked my friend, she said yes, the first store used to be there, and then this one was also opened here! But my friend didn't know that the first store had disappeared... maybe it moved. Kishiwada store in 2017... the third store? Since I didn't know about either store, I'll go check them out.

I visited after several years. It was during the Bon festival season, so the shop was crowded, but I was able to make my purchase relatively smoothly. This time, I bought the following items:
- Fruit tart (500 yen)
- Blueberry tart (500 yen)
- Baked goods (assorted cookies) *for souvenirs
- Roll cake *for souvenirs
Overall, the prices seemed to have gone up compared to before, but considering the taste, it was not a problem at all. The balance between the acidity of the fruits and the sweetness of the tart and cream was amazing, and I was completely satisfied with the lightness of the flavors. Next time, I want to buy a roll cake for home.

I purchased the decoration cake that I had reserved (^o^) It was a classic strawberry decoration cake (^o^) Although I decided not to buy it this time, the seasonal cakes looked really delicious, so I want to go back soon to buy them (^o^)

I went to Yokoyama in the east, Yokogawa in the west! I don't know, though. I feel like eating Yokoyama's food. Chiba is far away. It is a universal, ordinary, monotonous, ubiquitous cake. The strawberries are sour. The fruit gratin had lots of fruit.

I think everyone in the local area knows about this place. The parking lot is spacious and the appearance is beautiful. I've probably visited this cake shop more than any other. It's not so much that the products are popular, but rather the shop itself is popular.

I'm Kana, a tiramisu enthusiast (*^^*). I received macarons as a gift from a customer at the shop ѱ(❁´ч`❁)ѱ. On my monthly reward day... ♡ I'm debating which one to eat first from the assorted flavors ♡ (I'm the type who saves my favorite flavor for last haha). I plan to enjoy them when I indulge in sweets after a long time ♡

Located just past the Chuo Line Street from Izumi Chuo Station, next to Don Quijote, is a Western confectionery shop. The owner is a popular shop with experience winning on TV Tokyo's TV Champion. Visited around 1 pm on a weekday. The store is spacious in an L-shape and seems to offer shipping services. They handle a wide range of products from cakes to baked goods, chocolates, etc. You can see through the glass front that they make them in the workshop. Cooling packs are free for 1 hour, but bags are charged, so I used my own bag. Purchased items include: - "T・YOKOGAWA Mont Blanc (¥432)" 3.5★★★☆ - "Apple Pie Slice (¥432)" 3.5★★★☆ - "Chocolate Parfait (¥810)" 3.0★★★ "Mont Blanc" seems to be a specialty named after a pastry chef. It is a small tart with a crispy thin cookie base. Inside, there is a Mont Blanc paste made from Japanese chestnuts with custard. The combination of whipped cream, chestnuts, and custard is delicious. It's simple without sponge cake, no rough texture, and no miscellaneous flavors. "Apple Pie" is made with Aomori apples marinated in Calvados and cinnamon. The large cut is moist and soft but with a slightly textured stewed texture. The cake crumb part is moist and fluffy with a good texture. The pie crust is thin, crispy, with some chewy parts, providing a satisfying bite. It's sweet but not overly so, a high-quality item. "Chocolate Parfait" is a huge cake in a plastic cup. It has layers of whipped cream, pistachio cream, cocoa sponge, etc. The bottom mousse chocolat is airy but substantial, giving a great volume. The raspberries add a sweet and sour accent. Overall, it's heavy, and more pistachio flavor would have been nice. Despite its simple appearance, it has a sophisticated and modern feel.

I received it by chance in relation to work on Valentine's Day. It was incredibly delicious. On another occasion, I also received an assortment of baked goods, and the fruit pound cake was surprisingly delicious. The owner, Mr. Yokogawa, seems to have experience studying in France at places like Antenor and Tsumagari, and this taste is very reminiscent of that. This patisserie is a wonderful establishment that can easily compete with top restaurants in the Hanshin area and Tokyo.

I tried Mont Blanc, Fig Tart, and Cream Puff. I'm usually not a fan of Mont Blanc, but I thought the Mont Blanc from this shop was delicious. The Cream Puff was also to my liking with its moderate sweetness. ✨

Tomorrow is my daughter's birthday, so I came here~✨ We usually get a whole cake, but today we chose a la carte items♡ Mont Blanc 400 yen Fig tart 430 yen Fruit tart 420 yen Pudding a la mode 380 yen (excluding tax) Cookie assortment 1620 yen (including tax) The store is cute and lovely. My daughter likes chestnut pies and purple sweet potato desserts, but they weren't available, which was disappointing. I tried a lychee jelly sample and it was delicious♡

Visited in August 2021 ♥ On a hot summer day in August, my daughter's friends are coming over, so I decided to get a cake to take out~♪ It's a bit worrisome to get a cake for takeout in the middle of summer... I brought a cooler bag just in case though... (ᴗ͈ˬᴗ͈) Parked my car with plenty of space in the large parking lot (lol) and headed inside YokoGawa's shop... The inside of the shop is gorgeous with a lovely smell of cakes in the air! It's cool and pleasant inside~♪ The shop is spacious, with lots of cakes and pastries lined up. Trying to find a cake based on my daughter's request, but there are so many options that it's hard to decide ♒♒♒ Oh, I know! If I buy individual cakes one by one, it might lead to a fight!? (lol) Seriously... how old is my daughter!? (ᵔᴥᵔ) I found a delicious-looking roll cake, so I decided on the roll cake! Fruit Roll Cake ¥1,620 Even though it's a roll cake, the price is reasonable (୨୧ ❛ᴗ❛)✧ The fruits on top include melon, pineapple, strawberry, apple, orange, and grapes. The large cut fruits are neatly placed on top of the roll cake ♡ With plenty of whipped cream, the sponge is fluffy and moist ♡ My daughter's friends kept saying "delicious" over and over! Maybe my stock as a mom went up!? (lol) It was delicious~✧*。(ˊ ˋ*)Ⓟ

At T.YOKOGAWA, I enjoyed a cake buffet! Starting tomorrow, my summer vacation will begin. This year, my schedule is a bit off from my husband's, so there will be days when I'll be alone. Not going anywhere in particular, what should I do to pass the time? Reflecting on last year's experience, I'm looking forward to seeing if there are new sweets to try this year. During the Bon holiday, feeling down about not being able to go anywhere, my husband took me to a cake shop. The shop we visited was Kashi Kobo T.YOKOGAWA, a popular local spot. From top left clockwise, we had: 1) T.YOKOGAWA Mont Blanc with cookie dough, rich custard, chestnut cream with a hint of astringency, and light whipped cream (\400), 2) Charlotte Frais with two layers of strawberry and white chocolate mousse and a perfect balance of acidity from strawberry jam (\400), 3) Chocolat Pistache with two layers of chocolate and pistachio mousse coated in shiny chocolate (\430), 4) Hojicha and Chocolate with a perfect match of roasted green tea and chocolate (\430), 5) Cheese Cake, a simple yet delicious souffle-type cake showcasing high-quality ingredients (\280), and 6) Short Cake with fluffy sponge and rich yet light whipped cream (\360). I'm sure the prices have gone up since then, but I would love to indulge in this luxury once a year.

In other prefectures, I don't have many opportunities to eat cake, but when I do, I always go to the local Yoko-gawa bakery! This time, I had a banana and chocolate cake, while my wife had a strawberry tart, and they were all delicious. Plus, Yoko-gawa's prices are very reasonable, around 400 yen, which is great.

I tried a different cake other than the birthday cake for the first time, and it was really delicious! The fresh chocolate roll cake seems to be a popular menu item for a long time, so please try it! YOKOGAWA has a wide variety of options inside the store, so it's hard to decide what to buy!

The reviewer visited a local store that was offering to exchange unopened Abenomasks for a 300 yen voucher to use at the store. The store was popular, with rules in place such as limiting customers to two at a time and requiring masks to be worn. The store had a bakery section and a pastry section, each with its own checkout counter. The reviewer chose a pound cake with Valencia oranges, which was even more luxurious than the sample on display. The cake had a rich flavor and was a good match with coffee or tea. The reviewer purchased two cakes, including one as a gift for their parents, and after deducting the 300 yen voucher, the total came to 2616 yen.

When you make a reservation, they will make a three-dimensional cake with your desired character, and although other shops do similar things, this place is by far the best in terms of taste. Since last year, I have been buying birthday cakes for my three children here! The cakes are delicious and exactly as requested. Even though I usually don't like whipped cream, I can eat the one from here. They also give discounts on family birthday cakes, so I highly recommend it! They can make cakes with detailed characters instead of three-dimensional ones.

I had some business to attend to in Izumi Chuo and was looking for a souvenir to bring back home. I found a highly recommended shop and decided to visit. The shop was impressive, with a section for traditional Japanese sweets in the front and a corner for baked goods on the right. Several pastry chefs were working hard. I chose the "Mont Blanc from the 1960s" that I had in mind, as well as the "Bear Cheesecake" recommended by the cashier. I enjoyed them at home. Thank you for the delicious treats.

It only takes a few minutes by car from Izumi Chuo Station. This popular shop gets crowded during every event like Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Hinamatsuri. Today, I suddenly felt like having cake after work. I got a Salted Butter Roll Cake, a Cream Puff, and a Chocolate Cake, all from this place called Makiosan✨ I had the Makiosan Cake and it was delicious! The sponge was fluffy and the nutty aroma was delightful. I can't wait to try the Butter Roll Cake tomorrow. By the way, doesn't the box here remind you of a luxury brand like Tiffany & Co.? Or is it just me? (laughs)

CUORE (Cuore) is a chocolate cookie from the patisserie "Kashi Kobo T.YOKOGAWA" located in Izumi City, Osaka. CUORE means "heart" in Italian. CUORE is a proud creation of the owner patissier, made with the motto of the founding philosophy in winter 2018. It is made with carefully selected hazelnuts and almonds, with a simple focus and using top-quality ingredients and techniques tailored to each. CUORE comes in a cute box with a design that makes your heart flutter. So, the box is cute. It's chocolatey.

T.YOKOGAWA Mont Blanc has a crispy sablé base with plenty of chestnut paste and custard cream on top of a tart crust cake. They also offer a chocolate cake with chocolate sponge and rich chocolate cream filling. They have a variety of cakes and baked goods, perfect for the Halloween season. The whole store was decorated in a Halloween theme.

A shop rumored to have long lines at opening. Even on a weekday afternoon, there were many customers! The parking lot is spacious and easy to park in, located next to the shop across the road, indicating its popularity. This time, I bought a pound cake - I chose the "fig" flavor out of the four options. The size was small, about 4x4x20cm, but it was dense and moist with a sweet taste and a hint of alcohol. When you eat it, there is a crunchy texture, probably from the fig seeds. It was very delicious. They have a variety of perfect gifts lined up! I definitely want to try their cakes next time.
