Akatora Ramen is very spicy but quite delicious. I visited the restaurant God Tiger Ramen Maido! Yamadera in Osaka Station Building on this day! There are quite a few ramen shops in Osaka Station Building, so I was unsure where to go, but I decided to visit the shop I had been curious about. The shop is called "God Tiger". First, I purchased meal tickets at the ticket machine at the entrance of the shop. I bought a ticket for Akatora (spicy) Ramen for 790 yen, 4 pieces of pan-fried dumplings for 220 yen, and a weekday limited special Chahan (fried rice) for 150 yen. When I entered the shop, I handed the meal ticket to the staff and was asked about the firmness of the noodles and the amount of lard. I chose normal firmness for the noodles and extra lard. There are pickled vegetables, red pickled ginger, chives, sesame, etc. on the table. While waiting for the ramen to be ready, I ate some pickled vegetables. The soup was based on pork bone and was quite rich! Above all, it was very spicy and really stimulated my appetite. It is labeled as very spicy, but for me, it was a manageable level of spiciness, although I started sweating from my head as I continued eating. I also ate the fried rice, which had a good volume for 150 yen and went well with the ramen. Next, I had the dumplings, which had chewy skin and juicy meat filling, making them delicious. I initially ate them with the dumpling sauce, but they tasted even better with yuzu pepper. I highly recommend yuzu pepper! It was my first time eating at God Tiger, and I was very satisfied! There used to be a shop in Namba, but I forgot the taste so I visited. I walked and it was hot, so I ordered a cold mixed noodle dish and fried rice. It was exactly 1000 yen for both, which is a good deal. The noodles here are usually thin, but the cold noodles were flat. They were good with the dipping sauce, but a bit too salty. On the other hand, the fried rice was light, so they went well together. The fried rice is light on its own, but paired with ramen, it's just right. When it gets cooler, spicy ramen might be good too.

I ordered the God Tiger Ramen with firm noodles and regular amount of back fat! It was rich but easy to eat and very delicious. I wanted to get an extra serving of noodles but I was too full to do so. The restaurant is clean and has a nice atmosphere, making it easy to enter. I visited God Tiger while waiting for my afternoon hospital appointment. I arrived a little after 12 o'clock and the restaurant was not crowded. I ordered the standard ramen and also added a half fried rice set without really understanding what it was. I also purchased extra green onions as a topping. The staff asked me about the firmness of the noodles and the amount of lard, so I requested firm noodles and a little extra lard. The ramen arrived in about 5 minutes. The surface, cloudy with lard, looked very beautiful for a ramen. The taste was a light and clean pork bone aroma. The thin straight noodles were well coated in the soup. Just then, the half fried rice and dumplings were served. I realized that the noodle's set also included dumplings, which I didn't notice on the ticket machine. The dumplings were decent. The fried rice had large pieces of pork, and it was a classic and satisfying dish. However, I felt that besides the pork bone aroma, the ramen lacked flavor, tasting mostly of salt. I wonder if it would be different with black garlic oil. Overall, it was a good meal.

Chilled noodles for 750 yen. The soy sauce flavor is strong, with plenty of sliced chashu, onions, green onions, and seaweed. The curly noodles are excellent, especially when mixed with the soup and egg yolk. Perfect for when you want something hearty but not too heavy on a hot day when you don't feel like eating ramen.

I thought they had cold Chinese noodles, but they weren't available, so I had cold soba instead. It's not as oily as abura soba, and it doesn't come with vinegar. I was hoping for some acidity, so I was personally disappointed, but it was delicious.

It was a typhoon day, but they were energetically open for business. I remembered that the fried rice was delicious when I came before, so when I looked at the menu, I saw that there was a set with ramen for 180 yen extra during lunchtime. I decided to order that. I chose the Black Tiger ramen. It had a punchy flavor with burnt garlic and ma oil. The soup was quite strong, but personally, I preferred the milder flavor of the God Tiger ramen I had before. The thickly sliced chashu was delicious, and the wood ear mushrooms added a nice touch. And then the fried rice, which was consistently delicious. I topped it with tableside pickled mustard greens, pickled ginger, and garlic chive kimchi for added flavor. This set for exactly 1,000 yen was a great deal. Next time, I might go back to the God Tiger ramen.

Akahot Ramen 3.2, Fried Rice 4.5, Gyoza 3.5. The fried rice had the perfect match of sweetness from the onions and diced chashu. I can't think of a better fried rice I've had before. The ramen was decent. The gyoza was delicious and a great side dish. I might try the Kurohot next time.

In between work, I felt like eating noodles, so I decided to visit God Tiger, a place I had been curious about for a while. I arrived just before lunchtime and waited in line for a bit. It was hot outside, so I wasn't in the mood for ramen. I ordered cold noodles and the daily special fried rice. The cold noodles were refreshing and perfect for the hot summer weather. The fried rice with pork was not a full portion but still very filling and delicious.

Tora Osaka Station Building Store! Kurotora! Lunch Special Fried Rice! Terimayo Fried Rice! Probably the first visit in about 6 years lol. It seems that if it's too close, you won't go lol. And it seems like I might have gone while drunk and slurping before lol. Well, it's almost like I haven't been there lol. So, I went during my lunch break (´▽`)/ I ordered Kurotora! I like Ma-yu, so I ordered that (´▽`)/ The classic Hakata tonkotsu with thin noodles! This is it! Easy to slurp! The seafood broth comes out strong, so the soup is not too thick, making it surprisingly easy to drink (´▽`)/ The black garlic in the Ma-yu packs a punch and gives a strong richness and umami that spreads in your mouth! The black garlic punches your mouth and nasal cavity! Motivation! Energy! It's Kenji Moriwaki (´▽`)/ lol Also, the Terimayo lunch special fried rice! It has a good umami taste and the richness of the mayo is great! The combination of Kurotora and Terimayo was quite strong later lol. Visited the ramen shop Kamitora on B1F of Osaka Station Building No. 4. First, purchased a meal ticket at the ticket machine for Kamitora (Standard), Akatora (Extra Spicy Fire), or Kokutora (Charred Rich Flavor). Chose the standard Kamitora, and also ordered some gyoza which takes a bit of time to cook. The ramen was served just in time for the gyoza to be ready. Tried the soup first, delicious pork bone soup with no greasy taste. The thin noodles went down smoothly. Toppings like pickled greens, red ginger, and garlic chives were available for flavor customization. Added some pickled greens and enjoyed the delicious combination. The gyoza was seasoned with salt, but there was also gyoza sauce available. Dipped it in the salt and took a bite, tasty with a strong garlic flavor and plenty of filling in the chewy gyoza. Not just a side dish for ramen! A ramen shop that is a gyoza lover's delight. Thank you for the meal.

I tried to go for breakfast but the information on Tabelog was wrong, they open at 11am. So I had breakfast somewhere else and came here for lunch at a weird time, but I'm grateful that they serve food all day. I like spicy food, so I chose the red ramen with firm noodles and normal amount of pork fat. The soup was on the saltier side, but the noodles were delicious. It's also good to eat it as a finishing touch. I wonder if they have extra noodles? If they do, it's probably enough without adding extra sauce. I had the Black Tiger Ramen, which combines tonkotsu ramen with burnt garlic. The thin noodles were just right with the soup, making it easy to eat and delicious. It's been a while since I last visited, but I still love this ramen. The fried rice was also just right.

Cheap, delicious, and fast!! The lunch was outstanding! I chose the Akatora from the three options, and it was just right! I saw it was labeled as super spicy, but it was actually deliciously spicy and amazing! The fried rice during lunchtime was so cheap and great! But the extra noodles were also cheap, so I will definitely order them when I go at other times besides lunchtime!! It was delicious! Thank you for the meal.

On May 28, 2023, around 8:55 PM, I had a strong belief that ramen is only soy sauce-based, so I rarely visit pork bone ramen shops. But amidst this, I visited God Tiger after a long time. Here, I was happy to find red pickled ginger and chives! God Tiger is delicious... this kind of taste can only come from pork bone ramen after all. Delicious food is just delicious!
