The fragrant bean sprouts and ground meat are good, the chashu is lightly seared with a burner, the flavored egg is well-marinated, and the bamboo shoots with green onions. The medium-thick noodles are cooked just right, and the chili oil is gradually mixed in to enjoy a gradual spiciness. Enjoying the unique soup refills from Hyden Cocco, today's soup refill is "Tomato Soup". It's the second flavor change at the right timing, miso goes well with tomato. Despite being an orthodox miso, it has a rich and flavorful animal flavor. It's a miso with a stable and balanced taste different from Central. Congratulations on the opening of the new store.
