I always go to the popular restaurant just after opening at around 11:30 am because it gets crowded after 12 pm. There are seats available for solo diners, so I can relax without worrying about the surroundings. I usually order meat dishes, but the pasta looks delicious too, so I want to try it next time. The dessert of the day was strawberry pudding, and it was a hit! ^_^

To my second daughter and the Baruttoria Brothers, we ordered today's meat dishes "Tomato Sauce Grilled Miosakura Chicken with Cheddar Cheese" and "Colorful Summer Vegetables and Bacon Alfredo Cream Fettuccine". There was a generous amount of cheddar cheese on top, and my cheese-loving daughter's eyes widened in delight after the first bite. The chicken was quite large and thick, so my daughter didn't have the confidence to cut it herself without splattering the sauce, so I cut it into bite-sized pieces for her. She placed the chicken on top of the rice, generously poured tomato sauce and cheddar cheese with a spoon. It was very delicious, and we were both very satisfied. The fresh fettuccine pasta was also delicious and chewy. We enjoyed the summer vegetables and bacon mixed with the fettuccine and cream sauce. Both the meat and pasta were delicious. It's amazing that the pasta with various side dishes costs only 1000 yen, and the meat dish costs 1200 yen. It's truly a great deal. The all-you-can-drink wine for 90 minutes option is a great deal for those who enjoy drinking, with a selection of 15 types of sparkling, red, and white wines from France, Italy, Chile, and more available for self-service. The quality of the wine is decent considering the price, making it a good value for money. The food, including appetizer platters, oven-baked dishes, and grilled seafood, was of good quality as well, just like I had experienced during lunch. However, it seems that popular items like spare ribs and pizza tend to sell out early, so I recommend going early next time to try them.

The all-you-can-drink option, which includes sparkling wine, for 90 minutes at 1500 yen is the best value for money. As for the food, personally, I found the overall flavors to be strong. The impression is that salt is more dominant than umami. The creamy sea urchin spaghetti is recommended and delicious, but there is a slight hint of sea urchin smell. However, considering the price of 1500 yen, it is also good value for money.

This restaurant is located near the station and is highly rated in the shopping street. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is truly Italian. I felt excited with high expectations. First, I ordered a Messina, an Italian beer. It was a light beer with a foreign taste, and it went well with the fried pasta appetizer. For snacks, we had liver paste and an assorted appetizer platter. The portions were generous, and it was enough for two people. The liver paste had a rich creaminess that paired well with bread. I went inside and even though I didn't have a reservation, the staff treated me kindly, which left a good impression on me. After being seated, they explained a bit about the restaurant. I glanced at the menu and decided on my order while looking at the recommended dishes of the day. I chose a refreshing blood orange juice as my drink, while my friend went for wine. We ordered a mixed appetizer platter for two and also my favorite liver pate. The appetizer was a great choice! It had zucchini, broccoli, carrots, eggplant, corn, pastrami, quiche, and more, all beautifully presented and delicious! The liver pate came with bread, which was very much appreciated. The taste was delightful and smooth on the palate. We also ordered a Margherita pizza from the menu. The cheese was tasty, and the acidity of the tomato sauce was just right. The bread was quite thick, making it perfect to enjoy with dishes like aioli. The restaurant "Bar Italia Fratelli" has moved from its previous location near Hachinari along the old Tokaido road to a spot along the Geneva Heiwadori street. I ordered a lunch set which included an appetizer plate, soup, lasagna, and coffee with dessert for a flat fee of 1,000 yen. The lasagna was served in individual portions, with layers of pasta, meat sauce, and plenty of mozzarella cheese. After finishing the meal, I enjoyed the coffee and dessert. Overall, it was a satisfying and affordable lunch experience.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is very stylish and I would love to come back at night. The evening menu looked delicious with various options posted around the restaurant. I definitely want to try the evening menu while enjoying wine. For lunch, I had the mentaiko doria salad, soup, and a soft drink set for 1000 yen, which was surprisingly a large portion! I was surprised that the salad came with bread, and I really liked the bread here. The doria was also a generous portion and I couldn't finish it all. The cost performance for 1000 yen is great. It's delicious and I will definitely come back again at night!

There is no way the food at a restaurant where the staff kneels down to adjust the height of the table for the customers could be anything but delicious!!
