Last week, I requested hot pot because it was cold, but when I got off at Iidabashi Station on the Tozai Line, the B3 exit was the farthest one and I was in a hurry. When I climbed the stairs, there was a slope and I was sweating (;´Д`) When I arrived at the restaurant, I was guided to a private room. I had the following courses: *Black Wagyu beef lean shabu-shabu course* ¥6500 and *all-you-can-drink course* ¥?. At first, I chose a regular menu and toasted with a Dewar's highball♪(*^^)o∀*∀o(^^*)♪ Later, I switched to the all-you-can-drink option and was surprised to find Ichiro's Malt available Σ(゚д゚;) From the second drink onwards, of course, I chose that, and I even had the largest beer glass in the restaurant. ☆Yamafugu somen made from konjac. Yes, it was a firm konjac somen. ☆Black Wagyu beef lean The sauces were sesame sauce and ponzu. The sesame sauce had chili oil and garlic, while the ponzu had scallions and grated daikon. It was so good!! I thought there was marbling in the lean meat, but it was tender and melted without feeling heavy, so I ate about five boxes of it! I used to prefer sesame sauce, but now I definitely prefer ponzu with scallions and grated daikon. ☆Vegetables Shiitake mushrooms, greens, enoki mushrooms, and leeks. I wrapped them in meat and ate a lot ← praised ☆Kuzukiri, cotton tofu Be careful not to let the kuzukiri fall through the net used for draining. ☆Pork loin Is this pork belly!? It had so much fat, I was surprised, but when I ate it shabu-shabu style, it wasn't heavy at all! It's thinly sliced, so you can keep eating. The sauce for pork was a salty broth, and it was so delicious that I wanted to drink it straight, so I tried dipping the beef in it, but pork definitely goes better with it. ☆Service mushrooms Bunapi, maitake, brown enoki, white maitake-like mushrooms, eringi, abalone mushrooms? The texture was good. ☆Shime's kishimen It had seaweed in it, making it slightly green and colorful. It was flat and slippery, and before I knew it, it was gone. You can also get rice if you ask for it. The staff constantly asked, "Do you have enough meat?" so it was stress-free. I usually don't eat beef willingly because it's heavy, but the black Wagyu beef here was so delicious, even better than pork! Thank you for the meal!
