Yakiniku restaurant Seiko. Following last week's lunch, today we had dinner! Can't miss the Senmai skewers and liver! Today's kalbi was like a marbled steak! Enjoyed the sweet oil on my tongue! Compared the upper tongue salt with the upper upper tongue salt! The upper upper tongue had more fat and was even softer. It was very delicious.

Yakiniku restaurant Seiko Karubi Lunch for 1200 yen. In addition, there are single items like liver and loin, as well as draft beer. Arrived at 11:35 with no wait. It's Saturday afternoon but the place is packed. By 12 o'clock, it's full. The Karubi for 1200 yen is a great deal. Can't go without draft beer! It was very delicious.

I always visit Yakiniku restaurant Seikou Yakiniku, and today I found out that the owner remembered me from when I first visited 40 years ago! The food is always delicious, and I will continue to visit this restaurant in the future.

Yakiniku Restaurant Seiko
I didn't have dinner, so let's go eat yakiniku! It's before 8 pm, surprisingly not crowded. I ordered loin and tongue salt. I almost forgot to order the hormone sashimi! The draft beer is delicious. The size of the glass is just right! Finished with cold noodles! It was very delicious.

A peaceful and stable yakiniku restaurant! Tokyo, Oizumi Gakuen Yakiniku Restaurant Seikosho Revisited Thursday, 7:00 PM arrival No waiting, parking available A popular local yakiniku restaurant! I first came here when I was in elementary school. That was about 35 years ago! You can eat domestic beef at a reasonable price. I wonder if it's Yamagata beef now? I think it used to be Saga beef before! The meat, side dishes, and rice dishes are all authentic and delicious. Everything was very delicious.

Access from the station is not very convenient, but this shop is loved by locals. As a butcher shop, the freshness of the meat is excellent. I usually order the "jou-tan" and "joujou-tan". It's rare to find such high-quality tan at that price, and Clear Light is one of the few places that offers it.

Whenever I come here, the food is always delicious. The cost performance is also great. The Kalbi lunch for 1000 yen including tax, made with domestic beef, at this price is amazing. I didn't eat here today, but the Roast lunch for 700 yen and Stamina lunch for 700 yen are quite rare. They also have a good portion size. When I feel like eating yakiniku, I will definitely come back here.

Tokyo, Nerima-ku, Oizumi Gakuen Yakiniku Seikou revisit parking available Sunday 7:30 PM arrival No waiting A popular local yakiniku restaurant where you can enjoy delicious yakiniku at a low price. The side menu is also delicious, especially the Yukke Shan Udon (didn't order it today but it's recommended). Be careful as sometimes the oil from the kalbi can be strong on certain days! Enjoyed the meal.

I went to the yakiniku restaurant Seimitsu at Daizen Gakuen. It's quite far from the station, but it's a popular place with long lines at lunchtime. I had the Kalbi lunch set (¥1,000). The Kalbi lunch set includes a mix of Kalbi and loin meat, along with rice, soup, kimchi, and namul. The meat was delicious and the portion of rice was generous (although I personally prefer it a bit softer). The soup, kimchi, and namul were average. For ¥1,000, it's a satisfying lunch that will leave you full. It's great that they've maintained this price point, even though they could probably raise it. Dinner prices are higher (still reasonable for the quality of meat), so I recommend going for lunch. Thank you for the meal.

I visited the yakiniku restaurant Seiko in Nishi-Oizumi for lunch on 21.7.23. Unfortunately, they had a sign saying no lunch available today even though it was a weekday. The restaurant had a retro Showa-era atmosphere with only table seating. I ordered the Wagyu kalbi for 950 yen and rice for 200 yen. It was served in just 5 minutes, and it came with a light soup which was nice. The marbling on the kalbi was decent, and when grilled, it was tender because it's Wagyu. I would rate it 3.4 out of 5. I also added the loin for 850 yen. The color of the loin was not great, maybe because it was marinated. The quality of the meat was decent, so I would rate it 3.2 out of 5. This time, I would recommend the kalbi over the loin. As a bonus, the restaurant offered beef tendon. It was marinated in a sweet and savory miso sauce, and the sweet flavor that came out when chewing really hit the spot for me. It was a nice surprise. I would rate it 3.4 out of 5. Once you know about Gyu Kura in Fujimi-dai, you can't help but feel that the balance between price and meat quality here is not the best. Thank you for the meal!

I searched for a yakiniku restaurant near me to celebrate my 5-year-old child's birthday. There are few yakiniku restaurants in Oizumi Gakuen. I had been here for lunch a couple of times before and it was delicious, so I made a reservation and visited. It was incredibly popular. Our reservation was from 5:00 pm, so we went to a nearby batting center to move around before heading to the restaurant. Even though it was just before 5:10 pm, half of the seats were already filled. It seemed busy, but the service was quick and all the meat was delicious. The rice that my child ordered was a huge portion. There was only sauce on the table, but if you ask the staff, they will bring you gochujang and garlic, etc. It was so delicious that I will visit again. Thank you for the meal.

【Visit Motive】My wife and I were searching for a place where she could have lunch while sticking to her low-carb diet, and we came across this restaurant that we hadn't visited before. So, I decided to do some research on it.
【Atmosphere】The restaurant is a 26-minute walk from the station, with the name of the restaurant displayed prominently on the ceiling outside. Inside, it's a medium-sized place with mainly tables and some raised seating areas, and it was quite busy during lunchtime.
【Taste】We ordered the following items for lunch:
- Kalbi Lunch (¥1000): A plate of meat with rice, soup, and salad. The meat came with kimchi, bean sprout salad, cabbage, and daikon. The meat was tender if not overcooked, and the marinade was good. The rice was well-cooked, and the soup was made with beef broth and seaweed. The salad was average.
- Roast Lunch (¥700): Similar to the Kalbi Lunch but with a different cut of meat. The meat was tender, but lacked flavor compared to the Kalbi Lunch. The rice, soup, and salad were similar to the Kalbi Lunch.
【Miscellaneous】The generous portion sizes at reasonable prices are likely due to the restaurant being operated by a beef wholesaler.
【Overall】Decent taste, good value for money.

■ Preliminary Information
I had passed by the restaurant several times before and it seemed to be thriving, so I was curious about it. This was my first visit. It was almost full around 7 pm on Sunday.
■ Atmosphere and Service
I called the restaurant just before going to check if there were seats available, and the response was, "There are seats available. We can't guarantee, but we'll take your name just in case." It seems like they don't take reservations. The atmosphere is exactly like a "yakiniku restaurant," as the name suggests. It's not a place for a date, more family-oriented. The restaurant seems old, with worn-out menus.
Order:
- Beef tongue (thick sliced) ¥1,200
- Harami (skirt steak) ¥800
- Kalbi (short rib) ¥950
- Liver ¥650
- Pork kalbi ¥750
- Seikou salad ¥550
- Nagaimo kimchi ¥390
- Rice ¥200
- Kuppa (soup) ¥650
Drink Order:
- Draft beer x3 ¥1,650
- Lemon sour ¥400
- Oolong highball ¥400
etc...
Total bill: around ¥9,449
Approximately ¥4,725 per person
Received a service voucher "Gold 100 yen voucher" for the next visit.
■ Taste and Cost Performance
- Harami was the most delicious among the dishes ordered. Thick and satisfying.
- Beef tongue: It was thick, but the taste was mediocre. It was disappointing that only lemon was provided, and not the salt sauce that usually comes with beef tongue.
- Pork kalbi: Ordered late, so it felt a bit greasy. Pork is naturally fatty, but the timing of the order was not ideal.
- Nagaimo kimchi: Unusual, but watery. Cabbage or radish would have been better.
- Rice: Priced at ¥200, but served in a small bowl with a generous portion. It was definitely a medium size, as the neighboring customer ordered a large size, which was even bigger.
- Kalbi and liver were nothing special.
Drink Order:
- Draft beer and lemon sour were medium-sized, with a satisfying amount.
■ Overall
The staff's interactions and greetings made it seem like there were many regular customers. As it is a bit far from Oizumi Gakuen Station, it gives off a vibe of being loved by locals rather than casual visitors. I would consider revisiting if given the chance.

In Japan, there is a unique flavor of BBQ Namul that is different from Korea. I wonder which country it is from?

I had the lunch set with kalbi. The kalbi was delicious, but the loin had a really good flavor, and I was satisfied to have eaten such good meat after a long time. The regular rice portion is actually a large portion (close to a manga-sized portion), so be careful. You may find that you have leftover rice compared to the amount of meat. I personally enjoyed eating it by letting the meat soak up plenty of sauce and having it on top of the rice until it was finished.
