I went to have dinner at Gurumebuta Kitansan, a gourmet pork yakiniku restaurant, every day. This is a newly opened store in June this year. It is located a 5-minute walk from Shinsaibashi Station. The restaurant is located on the basement floor of a building. The interior of the restaurant consists of private rooms. It is a stylish and luxurious yakiniku restaurant. Drinks we had: - Master's Dream 670 yen - Yamazaki Highball 800 yen - Glass of white wine 700 yen - Glass of red wine 700 yen - Makgeolli (shared by 2 people) 2200 yen Food we had: - Assorted appetizers: various kimchi, namul, and marinated dishes - Assorted sashimi: yukhoe, sea urchin-topped chicken egg, white beef tripe with spicy vinegar miso - Seared sushi - Thick-cut tongue: raw and aged - Special Ichibo meat shabu-shabu with grated daikon and ponzu sauce - Hiuchi salt-grilled meat with wasabi - Hiuchi grilled sukiyaki with rich egg yolk - Sagari - Chateaubriand: wagyu fillet steak - Gyudon with egg yolk - Whole melon sherbet - White peach sherbet - Warabi mochi and matcha ice cream with black honey All the meats had good quality. Especially the raw tongue was incredibly tender and delicious! The owner personally cut and cooked the meat in front of the customers. They also regularly changed the hotplates, which was a plus point. The bill came out to a little over 10,000 yen per person. Considering the location near Shinsaibashi Station and the private rooms, the content was satisfying. We had plenty of drinks and left full and slightly tipsy.

I visited the restaurant alone on a certain night in January. I had made a reservation for two people, but due to circumstances, I ended up going alone. When I arrived, I asked if I could change it to a solo reservation, and they kindly accommodated my request. I was prepared to pay for two people, but I was grateful for their understanding. I dined in a private room that can accommodate up to four people, and I ordered the most popular course, the Extreme Course, for 1,100 yen. The course included vegetable appetizers, recommended sashimi with three types of wagyu beef, chorogi salad, three types of aged salted tongue, seared beef with aged salted sauce, grilled vegetables, grilled A5 rank wagyu beef fillet, freshly cooked rice, Korean seaweed, napa cabbage kimchi, wagyu beef miso stew, two types of aged marinated meat, one bite beef tendon curry, and almond tofu for dessert. The sashimi included wagyu beef tongue, wagyu beef tartare with raw egg, and wagyu beef negitoro sushi roll. The aged salted tongue included select aged upper tongue, thick cut tongue, and marinated tongue ribs. The variety of delicious meats and rice dishes were enjoyed and I left the plate clean. I also had three Premium Malt's draft beers for 600 yen each. I am used to drinking alone, but being alone in a private room was a bit unsettling (laughs). I visited for a ramen showdown, but they only offer ramen as a set with sukiyaki donburi. As a ramen enthusiast, I found this disappointing. The service was average, the atmosphere was okay, and the seating area was very clean. The ramen was labeled as beef bone, but the beef flavor was too light and lacked depth, making it too light for my taste. The ultra-thin noodles were to my liking, and the addition of chili oil for flavor variation was a nice touch. However, the dish did not come as it was pictured, and the presentation was lacking. I was surprised to find cilantro in the ramen, which I dislike, and had to remove it. It would have been better if they had mentioned the cilantro in the menu or confirmed it during ordering. This lack of consideration left a negative impression. The Hozoji branch allows ordering ramen as a single item, which is convenient for ramen lovers.

I arrived at the highly anticipated Kitan, which I had been wanting to visit for a long time, before 10:30 am when the store opened at 11:00 am. It was a Sunday, so I made sure to arrive early, and it turned out to be a good decision as I was the first in line. After a while, more people started lining up, and by the time the store opened, there was a line all the way up the stairs. We were seated in a private room that could accommodate about six people, and we decided on the sukiyaki and ribeye tataki set after much deliberation. On this day, there was a special option available, so we added sushi, yukhoe (Korean beef tartare), and sashimi for an additional 1500 yen. The option was fantastic. The meat was so tender and sweet, it melted in my mouth. The sukiyaki and tataki were also delicious. I was very satisfied and would love to visit again.

Visited for Sunday lunch. Since reservations were only available for courses, I lined up before the opening. Arrived 45 minutes before opening and was first in line. Other people started lining up 30 minutes before opening. Even though it was before opening time, the curtain was out and open, can we go in? Do we wait in line here? I didn't know what to do. No guidance at all. I just waited in front, which seemed to be the right thing to do. It felt like people were lining up more and more on the stairs without handrails, going down to the basement. The menu was distributed shortly before opening, so we ordered first. They had a weekend special where you could get a 3-item platter with yukhoe, beef sashimi, and sushi for 1500 yen, so we of course got that. For the main, we got a set where you could enjoy both Ichibo steak and sukiyaki! The seats were all private rooms, and we were seated in the farthest room. Since it was underground, the signal was weak. The 3-item platter came out first! The meat was so delicious!! The beef sashimi had a sweet taste the more you chewed it! The yukhoe was sticky with the dark egg yolk, making your mouth happy. The main bento box. The Ichibo steak was tender and sweet. The sukiyaki had a not too strong sauce, allowing you to taste the meat properly. The tofu was crumbly and delicious. I thought there was little rice, but I was quite full. The simmered dish in the bento box was also delicious, with the meat being tender. Every bite of meat was so flavorful and delicious. I will definitely come back!

I visited the restaurant for lunch on Sunday after seeing it featured on TV. I arrived about 45 minutes before opening time to find no line yet. The staff mentioned that there were fewer people waiting today. I decided to go for the combination of aged Ichibo steak and sukiyaki on rice as it was my first visit. They had a special menu today where you could add yukhoe, Wagyu beef sashimi, and Wagyu fatty tuna sushi for an additional 1500 yen, so I went for the luxurious lunch option. The yukhoe, sashimi, and fatty tuna sushi were all incredibly flavorful and delicious. The main dish of the combination was a refreshing Ichibo steak and a rich sukiyaki. The tofu and shirataki noodles were also delicious. Personally, I love yukhoe, so I wish they had a yukhoe bowl on the menu. I will definitely be back again!

The meat is extremely delicious. The private rooms create a good atmosphere. In terms of value, it seems like the best deal is to choose the Gokumori course with all-you-can-drink, or the Kitani course without it. Both options are delicious. The combination of yukke meat and egg is especially amazing.

The highlight was the first picture: today's recommended assorted wagyu sashimi platter! The yukke under the egg yolk was amazing... After that, we had various meats, horumon, white rice, cold noodles, dessert, all of which were delicious! The portions were generous and we were very full! I think even men will find the portions satisfying. There were various ways of eating, flavors, and thoughtful touches, so we didn't get tired of it until the end. At the popular yakiniku restaurant, you can enjoy a steak bento lunch. The interior is stylish with all seats in private rooms. I visited around 11:30 am on a weekday. There was no wait, and I entered smoothly. I had the black wagyu aged Ichibo meat tataki steak bento for ¥2080. When I opened the lid, there was sparkling Ichibo meat and egg. The meat was tender and full of flavor when chewed. Even though it had a strong sauce, the meat's flavor was still clear, and the rich egg was irresistible. The spiciness of the pepper also became addictive. When I added the broth, it had a gentle flavor, but I still prefer to eat it as it is. By the time I left, there were four groups waiting outside, so it might be smooth to enter right after opening!

If you go around noon on a regular day (after 11), you will be guided to a private room without waiting~‍♀️ It's great that all the seats are private rooms. We were told that the seating is for a one-hour limit, so we quickly decided on our menu. We ordered Negi Shio Tan (green onion salted beef tongue) and everyone's favorite Ichibo (ribeye). They were both delicious. We had about 40% of the Ichibo as hittsumabushi. The broth was also delicious. The green onions had a strong visual impact, but they were not spicy or bitter, just delicious. If I had to say... there is a lot so it can make you feel a bit full. But of course, there is also a lot of happiness♪

Next year will be my second visit, having visited this place 3 or 4 years ago. The restaurant has a luxurious appearance both inside and out. The all-you-can-drink option costs 13,000 yen, which may be considered reasonable. The meat is delicious, but I can't help but think that expensive meat should be tasty. The flavors are safe, and there is nothing particularly unique or memorable about the food. There doesn't seem to be a standout dish that you must try when you visit. While it may not be bad, it lacks that special taste that sticks in your memory. During my first visit, my friend who loves meat praised the skirt steak, which I vaguely remember. Perhaps the flavors cater more to those with different preferences than mine.

On August 26, 2023 (Saturday) from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm, my husband and I made a reservation for seats a week in advance through Tabelog. We forgot to take photos, so here is a picture of the rice we had as the last dish. We enjoyed dishes such as assorted beef tongue, Chateaubriand sukiyaki-style, sirloin sukiyaki-style, sirloin steak, and a small sukiyaki rice bowl. The meat melted in our mouths and was so tender that it didn't require much chewing. Even the sirloin had a surprisingly rich flavor!

I used it to celebrate my friend's birthday! It was really good, but I felt like there was a lack of information sharing among the staff. The food was delicious and satisfying. Everything was tasty, and the plates were lovely. My friend was also happy, which was great.

I thoroughly enjoyed the premium course. The explanations of the various cuts of meat provided and the recommended cooking levels for each cut were very helpful, and the food was delicious. We also had wine, but unfortunately, they were out of the cheaper options and only had the more expensive ones available.

I made a reservation for the Kitan course. Since it was a private room, we were able to enjoy our meal without worrying about the surroundings. The meat was delicious and we were very satisfied. The restaurant was clean, the dishes were explained well, and when I informed them that I would be 30 minutes late, they accommodated us nicely. We had a great time dining there.

This is a restaurant with a perfect balance of flavors. The seasoning is varied and creative, making each dish exciting to anticipate. The timing of the dishes being served was just right. I had the "Goku Course" this time, and the only thing I personally felt was that I wished there was a bit more volume. However, it is a wonderful restaurant that I would love to visit again.

I wanted to enter the store on the first round, so I lined up 30 minutes before opening, but since it was a weekday, I was able to wait at the front. I was seated and immediately ordered the Ichibo beef bento. It was served in less than 10 minutes, very smoothly. It was so delicious that I thought there wasn't enough rice! The amount of meat is quite generous. I finished it quickly! Next time, I want to try the cold noodles lunch. Thank you for the meal.

Private rooms for every table is great. The strict 2-hour time limit for dining may have its pros and cons... The quality of the meat is top-notch as expected. This place is a refined and excellent yakiniku restaurant. This time, I tried the course menu for the first time and it was quite satisfying. You can also order additional items, so it's best to start with the course menu and then order more of what you liked from it.

All private rooms. There were rooms with sunken kotatsu tables and regular tables. I thought there might be a long line for lunch, but I was seated almost immediately with little wait. When I left around 1 pm, there were 2-3 groups waiting. For customers with children, a white rice set is provided for free. It includes white rice, Korean seaweed, furikake, and even toys! I had the aged ribeye tataki donburi, and it was delicious. The sauce was a bit strong, but when you mix in the raw egg on top or eat it with the broth, it's just right. The private rooms were quite cold, so it's a good idea to bring something to wear.笑

A must-reserve restaurant! I made a reservation for lunch at 11:00 on Sunday. There was already a line of customers outside the restaurant! The lunch reservation seems to be for a set course only, and at 6,000 yen per person, I thought it might be a bit expensive, but it was worth it! The meat dishes that kept coming one after another were incredibly delicious! I'm so glad I came and got to eat here! The private rooms were also nice for relaxing. It was really great! Delicious meat and beer from noon were the best. Thank you for the meal!

I had made a reservation at the Hozoji store by mistake, but this time I came to the Shinsaibashi location. The atmosphere of the store is more modern here compared to the old folk house style of the Hozoji store. I had the Kitan course with all-you-can-drink for 11,000 yen. The quantity and taste were both great for entertaining clients. I would like to visit this restaurant again. I was so engrossed in eating that I forgot to take photos.

I was finally able to make a reservation at a popular yakiniku restaurant in Osaka, where reservations are usually hard to come by. We ordered a course menu, but felt it wasn't enough so we added more. The meat was delicious and we were very satisfied! It was a bit rushed because of the two-hour time limit, which was a shame.
