I visited the restaurant alone on a certain night in January. I had made a reservation for two people, but due to circumstances, I ended up going alone. When I arrived, I asked if I could change it to a solo reservation, and they kindly accommodated my request. I was prepared to pay for two people, but I was grateful for their understanding. I dined in a private room that can accommodate up to four people, and I ordered the most popular course, the Extreme Course, for 1,100 yen. The course included vegetable appetizers, recommended sashimi with three types of wagyu beef, chorogi salad, three types of aged salted tongue, seared beef with aged salted sauce, grilled vegetables, grilled A5 rank wagyu beef fillet, freshly cooked rice, Korean seaweed, napa cabbage kimchi, wagyu beef miso stew, two types of aged marinated meat, one bite beef tendon curry, and almond tofu for dessert. The sashimi included wagyu beef tongue, wagyu beef tartare with raw egg, and wagyu beef negitoro sushi roll. The aged salted tongue included select aged upper tongue, thick cut tongue, and marinated tongue ribs. The variety of delicious meats and rice dishes were enjoyed and I left the plate clean. I also had three Premium Malt's draft beers for 600 yen each. I am used to drinking alone, but being alone in a private room was a bit unsettling (laughs). Anyway, thank you for your kind consideration and service!
