I feel like it said recommended, a cheese mentaiko cream spring roll. I wonder if the mentaiko is kneaded into the spring roll skin? It had a slight spicy kick, but the cheese and cream flavors stood out more than the mentaiko.

I stopped by Summit on my way to work because I was feeling a bit hungry. Summit is one of my favorite places to go. They have a variety of options and the selection is quite different from other places. As soon as I walked in, I headed straight for the bread section. Summit offers freshly baked bread that you can eat warm. I wonder if they make it in the store? The display in the window always looks so appetizing! They have a wide range of items from sweet treats to savory snacks. The curry bread looks delicious too! The names are so creative, like "Mochi Mochi" or "Hokuhoku." The Long Sandwich Italy & New York also caught my eye. I ended up buying the Cheese Ham Bread, which was on sale for 100 yen today. I enjoyed it in the car and it was so tasty! The crunchy texture of the onions, the sweet and sour tomato sauce, and the crispy cheese in the bread - it was delicious! I thought it would go perfectly with a beer. I regret not buying another one for later. I'll definitely come back to try the Croquette Bread next time.
