I usually order café lattes, but this time I was interested in the Eco Espresso, so I ordered the Espresso in a cookie cup, which had espresso in it. I debated ordering a dessert, but decided against it since the cup of the Eco Espresso was edible. Instead, I got a cute animal (bear or rabbit) financier to go with the Eco Espresso. I chose the rabbit this time. After a short wait, the Eco Espresso arrived along with a note advising to drink it quickly as it can get soggy if left too long, and to eat the cup after finishing the drink. I followed the instructions and tried the Eco Espresso. The espresso was strong and bitter, but had a rich and deep flavor. Even after finishing the drink, there was some left in the cup which paired well with the sweetness of the cookie. As for the Eco Espresso cup, it was surprisingly delicious! I usually prefer cookies that are more crispy than hard, but this cookie was very easy to eat, with a great flavor and sweetness. It wasn't too hard, with a slightly crispy texture that was enjoyable. It had a deep sweetness and a very sophisticated taste. The animal financier was soft and fluffy, with a delicate sweetness and a fragrant aroma that filled the mouth with each bite. It came separately, but when dipped in the espresso for a photo, it added a nice bitterness to enhance the flavor. While they are known for their Instagram-worthy photos, what's really worth noting is the high quality of the food. The Eco Espresso, edible cup, and financier all exceeded expectations in terms of taste! I only tried the Eco Espresso and financier this time, but I definitely want to come back and try other items on the menu. I can't wait to go back!

Fruit Punch in the summer time 850 yen. After a short wait, the fruit punch arrived. Yep, they nailed it in terms of presentation. The bear was wearing sunglasses, giving off a Beach Boys vibe. It was loaded with cherries, strawberries, pineapples, mangoes, and more fruits. There was also jelly in it. I ordered the pasta lunch set, which came with a salad and a drink. I opted for an iced R&J Cafe Mocha. The pasta was a seasonal Sakura pasta, with thick bacon and zucchini cooked with a hint of cherry blossom fragrance. The pink fettuccine had a chewy texture and was very satisfying. The salad was generous and dressed with a tangy dressing that I really enjoyed.
