I moved from Umeda to Juso on a Saturday evening and used it as a second party. A friend who frequents the place recommended it, saying it's definitely delicious! It was my first time there. Juso itself is deep and I was slightly surprised, but I love this kind of town and atmosphere, and my body is happy. The food is mainly yakitori, and the menu is limited to that. The yakitori had many unusual parts, but they were all delicious! The sauce was also excellent, and the slightly burnt surface and softness inside each skewer were all delicious. I especially enjoyed the back liver and bypass parts. The seats were at the counter in front of the grill, so it was a bit hot, but enjoying yakitori while feeling the Showa-era atmosphere of the restaurant was just great.

I came across this place on Tabelog, opposite of Shonben Yokocho, and decided to check it out. The small skewers for the appetizer were a hit! It took a bit long to come out, maybe because they were busy, but it wasn't a big deal as we were chatting with friends. The prices were reasonable and felt like a good deal. It's just right for a casual drink and the grilled beef tongue and segi mochi were delicious!

I was turned away twice before due to it being fully booked, but on my third try, I finally got in. The first floor counter was already full, so I climbed the narrow and steep stairs to the second floor where there was a retro Showa-era atmosphere. I ordered using a touch panel, and the staff were not constantly on the floor, giving it a local shop vibe. The yakitori was a bit bland in both the sauce and salt flavors, I wished it had more flavor. However, you can add more salt since it's available on the table. At 130 yen per skewer, it's a good deal, typical of Juso's fair prices. There's no all-you-can-drink option, but they have delicious drinks. It's a good place to have a few drinks while enjoying some yakitori.

Today, I visited the famous yakitori restaurant Nanashi in Juso. The appetizer was a small duck liver! At that moment, my heart was captured! Then there was duck oil hormone, a part of the gizzard (I forgot which part), earlobe, back liver, and something else (I also forgot). But what I can say is that it is cheap and delicious, and being able to taste parts I've never had before is the best, isn't it? A restaurant I want to visit again!

Located a 3-5 minute walk from Juso Station is the yakitori restaurant "Torikushiya Nanashi." Situated in the backstreets of Juso, this yakitori restaurant has a deep atmosphere. Offering reasonably priced yakitori and drinks, it gets quite crowded on weekends. The interior is quite small, with only enough space for one person to pass through, making it a suitable place for a small group to enjoy a casual drink. We tried the shinzo, maki, kashiwa negima, seseri, furisode, tebasaki, and chicken karaage. You can order yakitori skewers starting from 2 pieces, and despite the generous portion, the bill came out to be less than 4,000 yen, making it a great value. The yakitori has a strong, savory sauce and a well-charred flavor, making it a perfect match for drinks. The crispy texture and juicy meat juice of the karaage were impressive, with the acidity of the mayonnaise enhancing the flavor of the chicken. If you're looking for an izakaya in Juso, this is a convenient spot to visit. Enjoyed the meal!

I went around 4:00 pm. Two skewers were served first, with cabbage as a side. The mini grilled duck and leek skewers were delicious, with a slightly tangy sauce on the cabbage. I tried the "shiratama," which was quail egg served with the shell on, and the "Muroran yaki," which was a unique cut called "earlobe." The grilling process was slow, and there was a mix-up with my order, making the service a bit slow. The quail egg with the shell on was a unique experience, and the "earlobe" was tender and tasty. I also tried the "half-cooked kinkan," which was a rare delicacy that is hard to find and cook at home. It was served quickly and had a burst of flavor when I bit into it. I paired it with a brand sake served on the rocks. The prices for drinks were reasonable, and the atmosphere was lively, although the constant movement of staff made it hard to relax. Overall, it was a bustling restaurant with many reservations. On my second visit, I tried more dishes and enjoyed different types of sake.

After drinking at a place recommended by Michael, I checked into a hotel! I thought about going to Nishi-Naka district, but ended up in Juso♪ I visited this place. Nanashi, a specialty chicken skewer shop in Yodogawa-ku, Osaka. I was taken care of during my business trip in Osaka♪ On this day, I had grilled hara-mi (liver) from Shinzou, Muroran-style (with spicy sauce) quail eggs, and half-ripe kinkan (kumquat) with fragrant chicken sashimi. The taste was consistent and delicious! Looking forward to visiting again the next day! Unfortunately, I won't be able to make it to the 7th-anniversary celebration, but I hope to continue enjoying your food in the future.

I found this restaurant on Tabelog while looking for a place to eat at thirteen. The first floor was narrow with a counter, but the second floor had spacious table seating. You can order dishes using a tablet without having to call a waiter. The grilled chicken tataki was delicious.

On the weekend, the restaurant was quite busy with customers. When two girls were drinking, a lively group of four came in, so the staff kindly suggested moving to the second floor to avoid the noise. It was a bit noisy with the sound echoing, but the gesture was appreciated. The grilled chicken skewers, especially the hormone ones, were delicious, and the duck oil was recommended. Good restaurants are always bustling!

I was lazy about writing reviews, so my memory is not very clear, but I remember that I decided to have a drink in Juso before 5:00 PM. I searched on Tabelog and found a yakitori restaurant that I wanted to try. I arrived a little before 5:00 PM and asked if it was okay to enter. They said it was fine, but the grilling would start at 5:00 PM. I quickly got my drink, a draft beer, and made a toast. I ordered using a tablet, and most of the menu items were yakitori for 130 yen each. We were served cabbage and duck fat as a starter. I don't remember it well because it was small. I didn't write the order down immediately, so I can't remember what we ordered even when looking at the photos. I remember we ordered hearts because my husband likes them! Everything was delicious. I may have had too high expectations for the duck fat, but it was not as amazing as I thought. I always get excited to go to a yakitori restaurant, but then realize it's all chicken. So, I was satisfied with a casual meal. It's a good value, so I recommend it when you want to enjoy yakitori. Thank you for the meal.

The complimentary starter is cabbage with ponzu dressing, and refills are free. The yakitori starter (cheek meat with green onions) is quite small, but packs a lot of flavor. When ordering individual skewers, you need to order a minimum of 2. The duck oil (offal) has a chewy texture with a sweet fatty taste. The popular item, chicken with green onions, is slightly dry. The liver is a personal favorite, with a moist fat and concentrated bitter flavor. The heart is cooked well, with a soft texture and rich taste. The chicken tenderloin and quail are also reasonably priced and enjoyable with drinks. However, the restroom is extremely dirty and has only squat toilets, so female customers should be cautious. The taste was excellent! However, there were many items sold out as soon as the store opened... I feel a bit disappointed. It was my first visit in a long time to Ramen Boss Kimuyan & Nyanco Sukeban 13 "Nanashi". Order: - Boss: Sapporo Red Star Beer - Sukeban: Oolong Tea - Duck leg with green onion skewer for 350 yen - 2 quail skewers - 2 chicken gizzards skewers - 2 chicken neck skewers - 2 shiso leaf meatballs Although I should have been able to order the duck, for some reason, the staff came right away and said it was sold out as soon as the store opened. There were also various items marked as sold out on the menu board even though it had just opened. So, I decided to leave. The taste was delicious, but I couldn't order what I wanted for some reason. I kind of miss the old "Nanashi" where everything was available. It was disappointing. I hope next time I visit when they open, there won't be any sold-out items.

I went with a colleague who loves yakitori, and we ate a lot until we were full. We also had about 4 drinks each, but it was less than 3,000 yen per person. With this quality at this price, I feel like coming back again. The restaurant is a bit small, so it might be more relaxing to come with a small group. The stairs to the second floor are steep, and there is only a restroom downstairs, so I tended to hold it in.

You can enjoy rare hormone yakitori that you can't find anywhere else. The tataki I ordered first already captured my heart, but every skewer was so delicious when ordered with salt. The interior of the restaurant has a Showa retro atmosphere, but the ordering system is the latest technology with tablets. The fact that they have Hoppy available is also highly praised.

I had grilled liver for 130 yen and sake at a stand seat. 2022 has been great with various fun events at this place! The service is excellent with plenty of alcohol to create alcohol zombies. Here is an anonymous review! Nanashi's yakitori is delicious but on the smaller side. The atmosphere is youthful and popular. It's a good place for a quick bite, but more suited for a younger crowd. Both the staff and customers are youthful. That's what I thought, so there you have it!

I was able to visit the popular restaurant Nanashi-san at just the right time. They had quail with shells on the menu, but unfortunately it was sold out. I wonder if it's similar to the quail with shells from Muroran Yakitori? I definitely want to try it. They also have Hoppy and the yakitori is delicious, so I will definitely visit again.
