Nambori-cho store is the first review on Retty♪(๑ᴖ◡ᴖ๑)♪ A famous restaurant from the Taisho era! Yakiniku Tatsumi, a hidden gem in Juso! Yakiniku Musashi, etc., where thickly sliced tongue with leeks stuffed inside has been gaining popularity recently in the Sannomiya area. I had been seeing it on Instagram since 2018, so I bookmarked it, and I decided to visit with my family. It is located a 5-minute walk from exit 6 of Yotsubashi Station on the Yotsubashi Line. We ordered the following: Thickly sliced negi-wrapped tongue x2... A visually stunning dish with grated ginger and leeks stuffed inside, which has been a hot topic on Instagram! It lacks a bit of saltiness as it is, so we sprinkle rock salt and eat it with lemon. The harmony of the tender and juicy tongue and the texture of the leeks is amazing. Kinpa with top-grade yukke... A hidden menu item that you can order if you follow them on Instagram! Another visually stunning dish with a fragrant sesame oil flavor, a crunchy texture of namul and kimchi, and a crisp pickled radish accent, which is juicy, light, and incredibly delicious! Yuzu pepper grilled shoulder... The balance of lean and marbled meat is lovely. The yuzu pepper is spread out and grilled on one side, then a sauce of sesame oil, salt, and pepper is added and grilled. It has a light and elegant taste, and we ended up ordering it again. White beef tripe... It is more refreshing and delicious with a crunchy and chewy texture compared to regular raw tripe! Shabu-shabu with sliced leeks... Grill for 30 seconds on one side and eat it wrapped in leeks. The sweet, tender, and fluffy melt-in-your-mouth texture with a rich taste is so soothing! Wagyu harami... It has a moderate volume and a rich meaty flavor! It's so juicy that you can't help but have it with rice. Of course, we had to order it again. Rice... Well-cooked rice is a staple of a good yakiniku restaurant. World's finest! Angel shrimp... You can eat the whole shrimp from head to tail with the shell on! The transparent blue appearance is mysterious! It's more juicy and refreshing than firm, and it's delicious. Wagyu seared sushi... This time, the wagyu is said to be from the rib loin core, with a fine texture and a soft mouthfeel that is shocking! You can eat it in a flash. Togarashi... It's called "tonbi" in the Kanto region. A rare cut that can only be obtained about 2kg from the shoulder to the arm, with a meat quality similar to the thigh! The refreshing sweetness and the delicious taste that spreads out when you chew on this exquisite lean meat is truly delicious. Akasen... With a perfect sweet fat and a unique elastic texture, the pleasant sweetness spreads with every bite. The young staff's smiling and welcoming service is fantastic, and the atmosphere is excellent!
