Actually, family restaurants like "Denny's" and "Gusto" have a bad reputation at home. Due to a bad experience with their service many years ago, my partner has a negative opinion that has persisted for decades. In our household, except for "Saizeriya," other family restaurants are off-limits, but the bad reputation of "Gusto" has been gradually improving. However, "Denny's" is still not accepted. The bad service we received was at the Denny's Asakusa Kokusai Dori store and the Denny's Higashi Asakusa store. It was painful to be banned from the local stores (due to my partner's strong dislike). However, today I am alone. Furthermore, I have QUO cards. We were given two 500 yen QUO cards as all employees reached their sales target at work. With the Bon holiday starting today, I need to be careful with my money. So, after many years, I visited the Denny's Higashi Asakusa store. This store is located on Bado Street, which connects Asakusa Station and Minowa. Across the street is King's Table, known for its pork cutlet sandwich. As you come to this area, Bado Street is also known as "Dote Street." My partner dislikes the aforementioned two stores of Denny's because they are two-story stores. This is also due to difficulty in climbing stairs as my partner has leg problems. However, the stairs here have a gentle slope, so it shouldn't be too bothersome for the elderly. So, I decided to go there. It was a somewhat awkward time (around 1:30 p.m.), and there were fewer cars and bicycles in the parking lot than expected. To use the QUO card, I didn't want to leave any balance. Therefore, the absolute condition is to spend over 1,000 yen including tax, but I didn't want to pay extra cash. So, today, rather than choosing what I wanted to eat, I chose based on the price. I ended up ordering the grated hamburger and oyster fry set, which was just under 1,000 yen before tax and just over 1,000 yen after tax. This set comes with a choice of three side dishes: tofu salad, potato salad, and eggplant and cabbage with grated radish. I chose eggplant and cabbage. The set is served in a Japanese style with a rice bowl and miso soup. Chopsticks were also provided. When I took a bite of the hamburger with chopsticks, I thought, "This is salty!" Oh, this is quite a solid hamburger. So, I cut it with a knife and ate it with a fork, and realized that the soy sauce flavor was emphasized. It's not bad. The oyster fry was overcooked, so it lacked juiciness and only had a crispy texture. You can eat it without any condiments. It's an average taste that you would expect from a family restaurant. The fact that you can enjoy this kind of taste anywhere in the country is more significant, and the convenience of being able to enjoy both a meal and dessert without moving to another restaurant. I think this is invaluable. The slight discomfort of dining alone. If that could be eliminated, family restaurants would become the ultimate dining destination. Today, I was saved by the QUO card, so I wrote a review outside of my usual routine. When I checked my page, it said "Went / Want to go" ===========
