The interior was a bit dirty and the service was poor. We ordered beef tongue, harami, loin, and tripe, but were told we could only order one serving per person. When we tried to order tripe sashimi and tongue with tripe, we were told we could only choose one. The taste was not impressive and the service was intimidating and unfriendly, so we will not be returning.

On Sunday, my friend and I wanted to have yakiniku in Tsuruhashi. We called around 6 o'clock and managed to make a reservation as there was a sudden opening. When we entered, we were asked for our drink orders right away. However, the food took quite a while to come out. The place was almost full and seemed busy, so I thought it was understandable. When we placed our order, we were told in a somewhat unfriendly manner, "Please order at least one serving per person." Later, when we tried to order harami after already ordering harami, we were told that we couldn't order it because we had already ordered harami. They seemed to be talking to other customers about "supply issues," so I think that was the reason why we could only order one serving. However, it would have been nice to receive some explanation, especially since it was our first time there. After that, some of the items we ordered never arrived, and when we asked about them, we were told, "We don't have them anymore." Even though nothing was mentioned when we placed the order. The taste was average, nothing special. The female staff's service was quite intimidating, and we felt like we wanted to leave the restaurant quickly while eating yakiniku. We visited with four people, but since we could only order one serving per person, we didn't get full, so we ended up going to another place for the second round. It was quite disappointing, especially since it had been a while since we had yakiniku.

At Okura in Tsuruhashi, a yakiniku restaurant I had been wanting to try. I made a same-day reservation and visited. The famous female owner recommended various dishes, so we followed her suggestions and ordered: - Harami sashimi (1,650 yen): Highly recommended. Light with a pleasant amount of fat, very delicious. - Wasabi kalbi (2,310 yen): Limited today, made with specially selected Japanese beef. The wasabi balances the fat of the kalbi, making it delicious. Be careful not to overcook as it cooks quickly. Despite the high fat content, it is light like fish. - Tan (1,210 yen): Soft, flavorful, and lightly fatty. Tastes like eating fatty fish cake. Delicious! - Harami (1,870 yen): Soft and fresh, like eating fish. The more you chew, the more flavorful and delicious it becomes. - Hakusai (385 yen): A must-have. Quite fatty, so essential for those in their late 30s. Despite the fat, it can be easily enjoyed like fish. It was delicious.

Located 3-5 minutes walk from Tsuruhashi Station, is the yakiniku restaurant "Okura". This place truly embodies the essence of Tsuruhashi's yakiniku restaurants and was selected as one of the top 100 yakiniku restaurants in 2020 by Yakiniku West. The friendly and casual service from the staff, combined with the cozy atmosphere, allows you to enjoy high-quality yakiniku. We ordered popular items such as Harami, Sangakukarubi, and Shio Tan. Each dish was priced accordingly, but the meat quality was excellent with just the right amount of marbling. Especially the Sangakukarubi had a melt-in-your-mouth tenderness and a juicy flavor from the marbling that was truly delightful! When you want to eat yakiniku in Tsuruhashi, this is a must-visit spot, so be sure to check it out. Thank you for the meal!

Located close to Tsuruhashi Station, "Okura" is a popular restaurant that has been featured in 1990s barbecue magazines. I visited this place to complete my barbecue blog "Yakiniku Zukan." While the meat at Okura was of good quality, I personally did not enjoy it as much because I believe that barbecue should be seasoned with sauce and cooked on a grill to enhance the flavor. The salt-only seasoning at Okura left the meat tasting too fatty towards the end. They also offered wasabi to eat with the barbecue, but I question the combination of meat and wasabi. The prices at Okura are on the higher side for Tsuruhashi, but the quality of the barbecue is top-notch. They have a limited quantity of bone-in kalbi, which is a must-try, so it's best to inquire about it when making a reservation.

It's been a while since I had yakiniku at Tsuruhashi. The rustic atmosphere in front of the station is the best. Yakiniku always gets me excited the most. We ordered kimchi, salted tongue, harami, kalbi, and loin, all thinly sliced but still delicious. The salt is tasty, but personally, I prefer the kalbi. The heavy-handed service from the lady is also good. The smoky atmosphere adds to the experience. It's a restaurant that makes you want to come back. Thank you for the meal.

The first Tsuruhashi yakiniku street. I was taken here by a friend who lives in Osaka. There are many restaurants that cater to tourists and some are quite expensive. I was unsure where to go but decided on this place because it didn't promote celebrity visits and had a more casual atmosphere. They only use fresh meat, not frozen, which was a plus. We tried kimchi, tongue, hormone, and harami. The bone-in kalbi, priced based on size, was outstanding. Unlike the usual way of cutting the bone to eat, here they shave around the bone to create a long piece of kalbi, which is unique. You grill it all around on the grill. The prices are average for a yakiniku restaurant, but considering the quality, I think it's good value. It would have been nice if they could have given more guidance on how to cook the meat, especially since it was close to closing time.

It's an average yakiniku restaurant. - Kirin Classic Lager beer was tasty. I was satisfied. My beer preference is Asahi Super Dry, Kirin Classic Lager, Kirin Lager. - The Salted Loin for 2,200 yen was thinly sliced. It tends to break when flipping while grilling. I prefer thicker cuts of meat. - Both the Salted Loin and Salted Harami lacked juiciness. The quality was neither good nor bad for the price. - Overall, there is no need to specifically dine in Tsuruhashi. It's just an average yakiniku restaurant. I had to suddenly go to Nara, so I took a break in Tsuruhashi on the way. I decided to have lunch with yakiniku. When I arrived, there was an old lady I had seen on TV before. She was eating staff meal during her break and it looked delicious. I wanted to try the rice cooked with offal. I tried a variety of dishes starting from the tongue and then headed to Nara. In Tsuruhashi, the best yakiniku restaurant that I think is like Neko Kojiro is Oogura-san, especially their variety of harami is excellent. Today, I just told the landlady about my stomach condition and left it up to her. The tongue and wasabi yaki with just salt is delicious! Switching on the meat-eating mode! The raw meat topped with half-cooked egg is also delicious! The combination of the sweetness of the meat and the egg is too good! The harami with sauce, followed by the harami with salt - is this really harami? It's incredibly delicious! The texture is just right, not too soft, and you can chew it well - delicious!!! I forgot the name, but they brought out a cut that is hard to come by. It was delicious. I will visit again!

The local businesses in Tsuruhashi are seriously thinking about how to drive out the Chinese businesses and return the area to its former state. Today, I visited Okura, a place known for serving delicious meat with a wide variety of rare and delicious cuts. They provided me with a cut of meat I had never heard of before, which was described as a high-quality and delicious part. It was incredibly tasty. If you want to enjoy delicious meat in Tsuruhashi, I recommend this restaurant.

Okura. A long-established yakiniku restaurant in Tsuruhashi. It's located about a 3-minute walk from Shitennoji-mae Yuhigaoka Station, heading towards the loop line guard area. You'll easily spot it thanks to the large sign. I like the unpretentious, authentic Tsuruhashi vibe of this yakiniku restaurant. The lean meat was the most delicious.

I was surprised by how flavorful the meat was. The juiciness of the meat juices and fat made it so delicious, and I usually get heartburn the next day, but I didn't experience any heartburn after eating at Okura. I truly got to savor the essence of raw meat, enjoying the rich taste of the meat. The hormone dishes had no unpleasant smell, and I had never tasted hormone dishes like these before. Eating different parts of meat and hormones in succession allowed me to experience an even greater depth of flavor. When I left the menu up to the chef, they served a well-balanced meal. Finally, I was completely satisfied with the bibimbap made by the landlady. Her casual conversation was also enjoyable. I was deeply impressed by the chef's passion for meat. Among all the yakiniku restaurants I have been to, this was without a doubt the best.

The harami sashimi, premium beef intestine, kalbi, and harami were all delicious with a freshness that stood out. Especially the premium beef intestine was so tasty that two of us ate six servings. The manager was a really nice person and talking with customers was enjoyable for him. He is a kind person who cares about his employees and loves working at a yakiniku restaurant. It seems that this restaurant is considered high-end in the Tsuruhashi area, with many regular customers being high-ranking officials from companies.
