A yakiniku restaurant that opened last year in Shin-Okubo. Known as Japan's first water aging matured meat specialty store, we were curious and decided to visit! The most shocking thing upon entering was the meat maturing at low temperature...
"What is this!?" Meat swimming in a tank, haha.
The interior of the restaurant is quite clean, with well-spaced seats creating a relaxed atmosphere. Suitable for dates, girls' nights out, or any occasion when you want to have a good time. Perfect for those who want to have fun but don't like noisy places! ❤️
---------꙳◌Impressions of the Food◌꙳---------
- Thick-cut Samgyeopsal: This restaurant is popular for its charcoal-grilled Samgyeopsal! If in doubt, try this dish!! There are many Samgyeopsal restaurants in Shin-Okubo, but this is the only one with charcoal grilling...?? The staff will cook everything for you, so you can relax. The meat, aged at low temperature at the entrance, was very juicy and delicious when grilled over charcoal.
- Zabuton sushi: They sear the beautifully marbled meat in front of you, adding an entertaining element. Don't forget your camera - take a bite and be amazed. The oil melts in your mouth, making you want to eat three more, haha.
- Negi Chijimi: The chijimi is slightly thick and chewy, providing a satisfying texture that is irresistible. I thought the portion was large, but it was so delicious that I couldn't stop eating, haha.
