It is located a bit away from Izumi's shopping street, but it seems to be part of the Okinawa shopping district. The atmosphere is dimly lit and has a tavern-like feel. The interior and furnishings are very tasteful, with a Western design but with Okinawan motifs like Minser patterns carved as decorations. The menu includes a variety of dishes with ingredients that may seem unique or exotic, listed under Italian, French, and Western names. I started with a "Freshly Squeezed Tangerine Sparkling Cocktail" for 580 yen, which was visually appealing with its vibrant orange color. Next, I tried the "Bagna Cauda" appetizer for 350 yen, which consisted of grilled Okinawan vegetables in a garlic sauce, including unique vegetables like beets and green papaya. The "Pig's Face Skin Jelly" for 640 yen was a collagen-rich dish with a mustard sauce. The "Homemade Bacon from Moromi Pork Belly" for 830 yen was flavorful and paired well with drinks. The "Island Vegetable Pickles" for 350 yen were tangy and sweet, featuring local Okinawan vegetables. I also tried the "Ootaniwatari Butter Saute" for 550 yen, which had a unique texture and taste. I went to the restaurant with my former workplace boss and friends, a total of 6 people. I didn't make the reservation, so I only had limited information like "Okinawa" and "bar", and I was wondering how they would make Goya Champuru like a bar. When we arrived at the restaurant, it looked very stylish from the outside. The interior was also stylish with a relaxed space, making it easy to forget about time and relax. The drinks and dishes had a bar-like feel while using ingredients from Okinawa. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was delicious! The timing of the dishes being served was just right, with detailed explanations and the perfect amount for our group. The pasta was made with fresh noodles, and every dish had that extra touch that made it delicious. The staff, who were also friendly and beautiful, made the experience even better. Thank you for the wonderful meal. I will definitely visit again.
