This is a restaurant located in the Keio Crown Town Sasazuka, under the elevated tracks of Sasazuka Station on the Keio Line. If you exit the ticket gate at Sasazuka Station and walk straight through the Crown Town, you will come out onto a street in front of the station. Once you cross that street, you will see this restaurant right in front of you. The block where this restaurant is located is called East, and it is a zone with several other dining establishments. As I was looking for a place to have lunch, I entered this dining zone and noticed a signboard at the entrance of this restaurant that caught my attention. It mentioned a Tower Cheeseburger (5 layers) for 500 yen, which I had read about in a previous review but had never seen in person due to it being a limited-time item. However, on this particular day, it was available as a special, so I decided to give it a try. Although I wasn't planning on having a hamburger for lunch, my curiosity got the best of me, and I walked into the restaurant. This establishment has been in operation at this location for many years, even though it has been renovated after construction. I have visited it multiple times before, but this was my first visit since the renovation. The layout of the counter has changed, and the seating arrangement is completely different from what it used to be. However, the counter is still located right in front as you enter the restaurant. I approached the counter and ordered the 5-layer cheeseburger as soon as the staff asked for my order. The menu indicated that it was available as a set for 600 yen, which included a small drink, so I chose that option and ordered a cola. After paying at the register, the female staff member asked me to wait for a moment. It seemed that the 5-layer burger could be prepared quickly. After a short wait of about 2 minutes, the burger and drink were placed on a tray and handed to me. The paper bag labeled "Delicious Cheeseburger" seemed smaller than I had expected. Unwrapping the paper carefully, I revealed the 5-layer burger with alternating layers of cheese and meat. I noticed that there were two different colored slices of cheese stacked together. It was quite a sight to behold, and I couldn't help but exclaim in amazement. Although the burger was tall, it was not as huge as some gourmet burgers. The diameter of the buns also seemed smaller compared to fast-food chain burgers. The overall color scheme of the paper bag was yellow, which was different from the typical gourmet burger packaging. After admiring the burger, I finally took a bite. The paper wrapping had kept the juices contained, and the burger did not fall apart. I ate it while still using the paper as support. It was impossible to fit the entire burger in my mouth at once, so I took small bites from the center. The taste of the cheeseburger was delightful, with the meat juices adding to the flavor. However, after a few bites, the predominant flavor became the cheese rather than the meat. The meat appeared to be coarsely ground, and it was juicy and flavorful. Overall, it was a unique and satisfying dining experience.
