After finishing a full afternoon of training, I found myself at Iidabashi Station again for a transfer. From the Tokyo Metro to JR... it can be confusing if you're not used to it. At one point, I couldn't even tell if I was inside or outside the ticket gates, feeling disoriented. In the midst of this, I stumbled upon a small Starbucks tucked away by the stairs with few people around. It was the Iidabashi Metropia store. I recently tried "The Melon of Melon Frappuccino" at a Starbucks in Funabashi Station and loved it! Here, I had it for the second time. The drink was served in a regular plastic cup for in-store consumption. Mixing the syrup, melon smoothie, and melon whipped cream layers together, I enjoyed the sweetness and chill of the melon. It was a pleasant moment. I might end up trying the limited-time item for the third time at another Starbucks soon. Thank you for the meal. By the way, where am I right now? It turns out I was still inside Iidabashi Station on the Tokyo Metro, wandering around to find JR.

Last year, as soon as it was released, it went viral, and when I visited, the melon whip was sold out, and Starbucks asked, "Would you like a regular whip instead?" This year, I made an early visit determined to try the melon melon-flavored Frappuccino that I had heard so much about. I was able to successfully enjoy it. The melon whip had a gentle taste of melon. The melon sauce was rich, and the melon chunks were quite large, almost too big to drink through the paper straw. It was a bit frustrating, similar to the feeling of not being able to chew and drink the corn soup grains. Even though it was a Frappuccino, using a paper straw felt a bit odd, and the straw end got soggy, making it difficult to eat the melon chunks that sank to the bottom. Despite the slight stress, the drink itself was delicious, full of melon fruitiness. I wonder how many more times I can enjoy it before it's sold out, or before it becomes a regular whip again...

In Tokyo, there are several Starbucks stores located within metro and Toei subway stations, making it a challenge to conquer all of them in the city. Visited at 9:25 on Monday. Today, I went to see a live show in Ariake and stopped by here on my way back because I missed dinner. This shop has only a few seats for eating in, and mainly focuses on takeout. It is located on the platform of the Namboku Line. I ordered a tall hot Honey Oolong Tea Latte to go, which served as my dinner substitute.

Visit to the hospital in Iidabashi on Wednesday at 12:10 pm. Located inside the Tokyo Metro ticket gate, on the stairs of the Tozai Line. The store is very small with only a few seats for eating in, so it's mostly for takeout. I ordered a Starbucks latte, hot, tall, with almond milk.

Today, I came here with the purpose of trying the "Strawberry Frappuccino Chocolate Ver." I secured a seat before ordering. This Starbucks at Sakura Terrace is smaller than the one at Kagurazaka Saka, but it is not crowded. I ordered the Strawberry Frappuccino Chocolate Ver for 715 yen. Despite there being only one person in line behind me, the service was sloppy. The cream was unevenly distributed, and when the drink was handed to me, the container was sticky with cream. I wonder if this Starbucks is always empty even during lunchtime due to such sloppiness. However, the taste was delicious. The combination of strawberry and chocolate is excellent. The sweetness of the strawberry and the chocolate blend together in your mouth, creating a tasty drink. Although it is a bit pricey. The Banana Banana Frappuccino and Choco Banana Banana Frappuccino were being sold from April 13, 2022! Since they were only available until May 31, I hurried to visit the store in the subway near Iidabashi Station, which is a small Starbucks store. The Banana Banana Frappuccino is made with non-fat milk and light whip, while the Choco Banana Banana Frappuccino has a fun texture with chocolate bits. I also discovered that the Strawberry Frappuccino was available until July, so I can enjoy it for a longer period. Even though I ordered them with non-fat milk and light whip, they were still quite sweet, perfect for when you crave something sweet. The PayPay payment option is available at this store.

There is a Starbucks inside Iidabashi Station with only about 5 counter seats and one small table for two, making it a tiny store. Despite its size, some people still linger with their laptops, so it seems like it's mostly for takeout. I ordered the Chocolate Banana Banana Frappuccino Tall (690 yen). It had chunks of banana and marble chocolate topping, providing a nice texture. This new drink didn't really impress me, and I was satisfied after just one sip.

Tokyo Metro Namboku Line, Iidabashi Station... I arrived a little early for my appointment! I'll just hang out at the Starbucks inside the station until it's time to go. The Iidabashi Metropia store is long and narrow, with seating for four at one table and two at another. Unfortunately, the seats at the back are reserved for the barista's use, so they are not available for customers. The standing counter is also not available for use. I managed to secure a seat that was open and ordered a small iced coffee, paying with PayPay. Wow, that was refreshing! It was surprising to see people working on their laptops in this cramped Starbucks!

I ordered the Earl Grey Affogato Frappuccino and Earl Grey Milk Cream Donut (220 yen). The staff asked me if I like tea again (^^;) I wanted to take a picture of the set, so... I tried the Earl Grey Affogato Frappuccino for the first time, and it was delicious!! The taste of the tea leaves was prominent and matched well with the right amount of sweetness! I drizzled honey over it. It was so delicious and I liked it, so I ended up having it three more times! It's a shame that it's only available for a limited time... The Earl Grey Milk Cream Donut was not too sweet and easy to eat. These two items had completely different flavors, so I enjoyed them without getting tired of them! It was a delicious set! At a key location in the transportation hub, inside the Tokyo Metro gates of Iidabashi Station, there is a very small Starbucks. I bought a Yogurt & Granola Banana and an Americano coffee for dining in. There are about 5 seats at the counter. Beyond the glass, you can see people coming and going in the subway station. It's a nice place to take a quick break and recharge your energy.

Located at the ticket gate of the North-South Line, this shop inside the station is not very spacious. I visited with my sister. I added chocolate chips to my vanilla cream frappe.

Iced coffee (Short) for 313 yen. There are only 7 seats available, and it is mainly for takeout as it is located inside the subway station. Tables and chairs used to be placed in the aisle before, but they have been removed quite some time ago.
