We made a reservation online about a week ago to guide a friend's family who came to play from overseas with children. This was my first time visiting this branch of Hanamidori, which I have visited other branches before. All seats are private rooms, and the atmosphere is luxurious. We made a reservation for 6 people, including 4 adults and 2 children, but we were guided to an 8-seater table, and there was plenty of room in the room, so we could enter with the stroller without folding it. The staff cook the Mizutaki and teach you the best timing, making it easy. In addition to the course, there are also a la carte dishes such as fried chicken and omelette, and even though it was not on the menu, they gladly prepared rice balls for the children. During the meal, there was an accident where a child touched the hot pot with their hand and started crying, but when we asked for ice, the staff quickly understood the situation and said, "I will put the ice in a plastic bag and wrap it in a towel for you!" They responded flexibly and when we were leaving, they asked, "Is your child's hand okay?" and continued to be considerate until the end, which was very moving. Several staff members took turns cooking the Mizutaki, but all of them had excellent customer service attitudes, so we were able to relax and enjoy our time. (Thanks to the staff's quick response, the child's injury did not become serious.) Completely satisfied, we settled the bill and took turns taking commemorative photos outside the restaurant, and a staff member noticed and ran out to take a group photo for us (tears). Our friends were also pleased, and we were really glad to spend such an important night of our overseas trip here. I searched for a place to eat Mizutaki in Hakata and found this restaurant. They have multiple Mizutaki stores mainly in Fukuoka. Thanks to the reservation, we were escorted to a private room and were able to enjoy Mizutaki at a leisurely pace. First, I tried the soup. Delicious. Next, I cooked the chicken and vegetables and enjoyed the Mizutaki. Of course, I finished with zosui. It was delicious. We had the 4000 yen course! There were 3 courses, and I think it was the one in the middle in terms of price. It was quite authentic and the hot pot was delicious. We had chicken ham, chicken meatballs in the hot pot, chicken thigh, and finished with noodles in the concentrated chicken broth. It was a delicate and elegant way to enjoy chicken to the fullest!

When I came to Hakata, I felt like eating Mizutaki, so I visited this restaurant right before closing time and had a meal. It's called Hanamidori. It seems they have branches in Hiroshima, Kansai, Kanto, and even in China. I chose the Taste Course. It included two small dishes - prosciutto and Tataki, as well as Mizutaki and pickles. First, I had the broth soup, and then I added the ingredients one by one into the pot. The staff took care of putting the ingredients in the pot, so I could just focus on eating. It was delicious, with a refreshing taste of the soup and the firm texture of the chicken meat. The vegetables were just lightly cooked, which was perfect. One small disappointment was that I forgot about the presence of prosciutto and Tataki despite choosing the Taste Course. When I pointed it out later, they brought it to me. I also finished the Zosui (rice porridge) at the end. Thank you for the meal.

It seemed like they didn't want their average table spending to decrease. I was a bit disappointed, so I walked a bit further to Hanamidori, which was recommended by a friend. They welcomed me with a smile even though I was dining alone. I ordered the Hanacourse for 4,700 yen and while waiting for the hot pot to be ready, I ordered chicken skin with ponzu sauce. I enjoyed three appetizers, prosciutto (chicken prosciutto was sold out), fried chicken, and a highball while waiting for the hot pot. When the hot pot was ready, the waitress poured the soup into a small cup for me to taste. The creamy white soup had a delicious chicken flavor and was piping hot. I quickly drank it all and felt my body warming up. The bone-in meat and liver had a rich flavor, different from the Mizutaki I had in Osaka and Tokyo. I ordered additional bone-in meat and enjoyed it with a highball. For the finishing touch, I was given the choice between zosui (rice porridge) and champon, and upon the waitress's recommendation, I chose zosui. It was incredibly delicious, making me forget how full I was. The restaurant had a great atmosphere, excellent hospitality, and good value for money. I had a wonderful night there.

We couldn't get a reservation at Mizutaki Nagano tonight, so we ended up here. The restaurant is clean and has a chain store-like atmosphere, but the staff are all fantastic! I often eat Mizutaki in Kokura and Hakata, but this is the first time I've been to a place with such great value for money and service. There are curtains that give a private room feel for groups of 2 or more, and of course, there are actual private rooms as well. Most of the photos after eating are of horse sashimi, which was a first for me, but it was incredibly delicious! I will definitely be coming back here♪♪

Just like last year, we planned to have Mizutaki (chicken hot pot) on our last night. We entered the restaurant as soon as it opened. A kimono-clad lady guided us to a private room. The kids were so excited! They really love this special feeling. We ordered the most affordable course (3,000 yen) which we had reserved in advance. Since it's our last night, everyone had one soft drink each, and I chose a non-alcoholic beer. "Thank you for planning everything, it means a lot!" my wife said as she poured me a drink. I felt genuinely happy. Every dish was delicious, and we chatted and laughed together. It was unbelievably blissful. I tried not to think about being alone tomorrow as much as possible. We left the restaurant completely satisfied. I wish this moment could last forever. The next day at 10:00 AM, we said goodbye to our family at the airport. It was tough to part ways after spending so much time together. Let's all stay healthy until we meet again!

I was running late for my reservation, so I contacted them and they kindly told me to take my time and not to worry. Very grateful for that. I ordered the 3000 yen course of Mizutaki (chicken hot pot) and added tsukune (chicken meatballs) and karaage (fried chicken) on the side. I ordered drinks separately. The tsukune and karaage arrived first. The tsukune had a great texture as always, and the yolk added a mild flavor. The karaage was juicy and very filling. The staff took care of the Mizutaki for us. They were attentive and polite, not ignoring the older gentlemen's conversations. We finished with Champon noodles. The 3000 yen course was so much food, we couldn't finish it all.
