A long-established teppanyaki restaurant located on the 2nd floor of Nishi Gas Terrace Ville. I also like fish, but I also like meat. I made a reservation by phone the day before and decided to visit this old-fashioned restaurant so that I wouldn't be disappointed when I'm in the mood for meat. The restaurant has a calm atmosphere with teppanyaki counter seats and table seats. They are not only maintaining social distance at the counter seats, but also placing partition boards for each customer to ensure proper infection control measures. Although weekday lunch is a good deal, I heard that they offer "momoiro" meat, but I chose the "minced steak lunch (2800 yen including tax)" where you can choose your meat. You can choose from "100g of miso", "150g of cream", and "130g of sagari sirloin steak", so I chose "miso". ◆ Appetizer with Japanese beef and colorful vegetables salad... The roast beef was tender and flavorful, very delicious. The vegetables are mainly leafy, but there are plenty of them. ◆ Toppings include "salt", "yuzu pepper", and "wasabi". * "Ponzu sauce", "grated onion sauce", "soy sauce sauce", etc. Ponzu sauce is not very acidic, and the grated onion sauce has a sweet onion flavor that I liked. ◆ The miso arrives... Looks delicious at first sight. ◆ The meat is served in two parts, so you can enjoy it warm without getting cold. The miso has some sinew in the center, but it is not tough, and the marbled part melts in your mouth, very delicious. ◆ The second time with grilled vegetables. ◆ The meat was tender and delicious, and 100g was just right for me. ◆ Grilled vegetables... The potatoes are crispy like fried and well-seasoned, very tasty. ◆ The rice is shiny. Men were getting free refills, so I wonder if refills are free. ◆ Red miso soup and pickles ◆ You can choose coffee or tea, so I chose coffee. The meat was more delicious than I expected, and my craving for meat was satisfied.♪
