I revisited the area near Nakasu on a weekend off after a long time. After meeting with acquaintances, I headed to this restaurant. Last year, I had many business trips and didn't have the opportunity to visit, so it's really been exactly a year since my last visit. On this day last year, the results of a qualification exam were announced. It's an auspicious day for me. I arrived at the restaurant around 22:25. The sign was still there, indicating that the original store was still in operation. I felt relieved. The restaurant only had counter seats, and there were about 6 customers there. I was seated at an empty counter seat and checked the menu. I was happy to see that the garlic fried rice was back on the menu. It's a dish I really wanted to try last time. I ordered the tonkotsu black ramen and garlic fried rice. I asked for the noodles to be cooked very firm. I waited for my order. The server who took my order didn't seem to be Japanese. Their Japanese was good, so I didn't notice at first. In about 5 minutes, the tonkotsu black ramen and then the garlic fried rice were brought to me. The aroma of the garlic oil filled the air. I took a sip of the tonkotsu black ramen soup. It was delicious as I remembered. There was no strong pork bone smell. The rich and slightly salty tonkotsu soup was mild and flavorful. The garlic oil did a great job. The soup was rich but surprisingly had a clean aftertaste. The noodles were straight and thin. They were slightly thicker than the standard thin noodles in Hakata. They were delicious with the soup. The homemade noodles are made with spring water from the Naka River. The soft-boiled egg had a rich and creamy yolk. There was a large, thin slice of chashu. It was delicious. The toppings included seaweed, wood ear mushrooms, green onions, and fried shallots. I took a bite of the garlic fried rice. It was tasty. It was a moist fried rice. It had a relatively generous amount of oil but a clean aftertaste. It was slightly bland. The garlic chives were not very spicy. The ingredients included pork, egg, green onions, and sesame seeds. The fried rice was of high quality, but I felt that regular white rice would go better with the tonkotsu black ramen at this restaurant. That's just my opinion. I also received complimentary spicy pickled mustard greens. The spiciness kicked in later on... I quickly finished my meal. The rich soup at this restaurant would go well with plain white rice. I wish they had regular white rice on the menu. It's a ramen that was developed as a late-night meal after drinking, but I think it's delicious even when you're not drunk. I want to eat it every time I come to Nakasu, but unfortunately, that's not possible. For me, this restaurant is currently the number one ramen shop in Fukuoka. I think it's suitable for those who like rich and hearty ramen. Next time I visit, I might try the tonkotsu black ramen and chashu bowl. This time, the total bill was 1600 yen. It was for two individual dishes, which is why it was this price. Considering the location in the bustling area of Nakasu, I think it's reasonably priced. It was delicious. I will come back again.

The pork shoulder soup may not be satisfying for those who like strong flavors and lots of fat. Half of the imagined pork shoulder soup is diluted with delicious broth. It has a light and elegant taste that makes you want to have more. The ramen was so delicious that the fried rice and dumplings felt average. However, considering the price, there is no dissatisfaction at all. Despite being a busy restaurant, the staff, including the part-timers, are efficient, clear, and polite, which may be rare for a ramen shop.

I visited this place again after two years since I stopped by for a meal after drinking and it was incredibly delicious. This time I was sober, but it was still amazing. While Ichiran is more famous in Hakata, I personally prefer Ichiza by far. (Ichiran serves delicious traditional tonkotsu ramen) The restaurant only opens at night and caters mainly to drinkers, but I highly recommend those who haven't tried it yet to visit Ichiza. I believe it's worth going to Nakasu just for that.

The location is on the first floor of a building in an alley? It's hard to describe, but I ordered the classic ramen without high expectations. When I tried it, it was surprisingly delicious and a place I can recommend to others! The taste is a bit on the rich side, but it's easy to finish and you'll find yourself slurping the soup multiple times. I definitely want to visit this place again.

I really love the crunchy texture of wood ear mushrooms that can even be enjoyed in rich Hakata ramen. Adding spicy toppings also tasted delicious. Compared to Yamachan's ramen, Hakata ramen is much richer, but it was really tasty.

It had been a while since I visited Nakasu, and I wanted to go to my favorite ramen shop "Kinn" but it seems like they now close early due to the current trend of early closing. I used to go there even after 1 am, so it's quite disappointing. But I decided to search for another place. I visited Ichishi based on a recommendation from my drinking buddies. They also serve alcohol, and I had a couple of drinks before getting to the main point. The ramen had garlic oil, semi-hard boiled egg, and wood ear mushrooms, giving it the appearance of Kumamoto ramen, but the noodles were actually thin Fukuoka-style noodles. The taste was still delicious like Kumamoto ramen, but as someone originally from Kumamoto, I prefer thicker noodles. It's just a matter of personal preference.

The location of the restaurant is a bit hard to find. It's actually my second time here, but I managed to find it inside the building with the help of Google Maps. The staff were friendly. I chose the black option because I'm not a fan of spicy food. The ramen had a Kumamoto-style feel to it, with a rich broth and firm noodles. I finished it all in one go.

Hello! It's Ramen Walking here. Today, I had the "Tonkotsu Black Ramen" at Menya Issa in Nakasu. I was on a Fukuoka expedition and decided to have some tonkotsu ramen for dinner. I found a highly rated famous shop nearby my accommodation and visited it. The neon lights in Nakasu were dazzling, and there were many people even at this hour. It felt like the night was just beginning. I arrived at 22:30 and luckily there were some customers already there, but I was able to be seated immediately. [Order] Tonkotsu Black Ramen - 800 yen Ryota's Chicken Wings - 150 yen The Tonkotsu Black Ramen had a creamy tonkotsu soup with a black original burnt onion oil floating on top. The onion oil had a fragrant aroma, complementing the tonkotsu soup perfectly. The noodles were the extremely thin type typical of Hakata tonkotsu ramen. These noodles never disappoint, with a great texture and excellent lift. The toppings included chashu pork, wood ear mushrooms, green onions, flavored egg, seaweed, and were quite generous. The price was a bit on the higher side for tonkotsu ramen in Fukuoka, but considering the amount of toppings, it was reasonable. As for the crispy fried chicken wings I ordered out of curiosity for the award-winning dish, they were delicious but tasted pretty standard. The tempura bits topping was okay, nothing special. Menya Issa, thank you for the meal! Today's step count: 14,683 steps. Calories burned: 461 kcal.

The balance of the soup and seasoning is perfect for me, it's currently my favorite! There are also many dishes that go well with alcohol, so it seems like you could have ramen as a closing dish while drinking, but it's usually crowded, so I guess I have to stick with ramen as the main dish.

I had dinner in Nakasu, Fukuoka, and casually stopped by a restaurant located deep inside a building. I ordered black ramen for 800 yen and a draft beer for 500 yen. This restaurant is located near the Nakasu Police Box, but it's a bit hard to find because it's hidden in the back of a building. However, once you enter, it's just like a regular ramen shop. The draft beer was actually a malt beer. In about 3 minutes, a bowl of ramen appeared from somewhere. The smell of pork bone wasn't too strong, and the ramen was easy to eat and delicious.

Ichi and Kairi were recommended a delicious ramen shop by locals. Ichi found it in a mixed-use building in the bustling area. They arrived around 11 am and there was a line, but the turnover was quick so they didn't have to wait long. You can choose between sitting at the counter or at tables in the neighboring store. Groups of up to 6 people can dine together. The tonkotsu ramen was classic and delicious, with no surprises, and the noodles were perfectly cooked. The overall atmosphere makes it a perfect spot for a trip to Hakata.

I really love Ichii-san's ramen shop in Nakasu. I like both the black and red ramen, but this time I chose the black ramen! It's very popular, so sometimes you have to wait, but I don't mind waiting because I really want to eat it! I added some spicy takana halfway through to change the flavor - it was amazing! If you're in Nakasu, you should definitely try this ramen shop ^^ Thank you for the meal ^^

After walking about 100 meters from Nakasu Dori, I visited Issha for the first time, located inside Nakasu Market. It was past dinner time, so I was able to enter without any wait. I ordered the black ramen and chicken rice. The ramen was tonkotsu-based but didn't have any strong smell. Even for those who don't like tonkotsu, it might be easy to eat.

I stopped by a ramen shop in Nakasu, Fukuoka because I was feeling a little hungry. I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen Black Ramen for 800 yen. It was just before 10 pm on a weekday, and there was one group of customers who seemed to be enjoying drinks and a staff member or someone related to the shop sitting at the counter. The shop is located on the first floor of a building a bit off the main street in Nakasu, making it a bit difficult for passersby to notice. The ramen arrived in about 2 minutes after ordering. It was delicious with a rich tonkotsu soup topped with plenty of pickled ginger.

I visited several clubs in Nakasu and ended up at "Menya Ichiya". It was getting late and my memory was starting to blur. I had mentioned that I like spicy ramen, so I was taken to this ramen shop. I ordered the spicy noodles for my last dish. I also ordered the red spicy ramen and chicken rice. It was the perfect dish for after drinking, with a tonkotsu base and a good kick of spiciness that really stimulated my appetite. It was a beautiful and amazing bowl of ramen. Thank you. #RedSpicyRamen #MenyaIchiya #TonkotsuRedSpicyRamen #NakasuRamen #NakasuGourmet #NakasuDinner

Late-night meal at midnight... Drinking alcohol and eating ramen. A classic guilty pleasure... Today's choice is Isshiya, a ramen shop. Despite the late hour, it was very crowded. Luckily, we found a seat. I ordered the Kuro Ramen, which is a Kumamoto-style ramen. The aroma of lard and garlic is tantalizing. As a side dish, I got the super spicy takana, which added an extra kick to the late-night meal. The ramen was rich yet light, delicious! I'm hooked. To have such delicious food in the middle of the night... Thank you for the meal. I'll definitely come back.

I went for a solo ramen meal to wrap up my night. It was around 11pm on a Saturday. When I arrived at the restaurant, there was a seat available so I was able to sit down right away. I ordered the spicy red ramen. The soup had a cloudy sweetness and a rich pork bone flavor, with a layer of chili oil floating on top, giving it a taste similar to Kumamoto ramen. The noodles were straight and slightly thicker than Hakata-style noodles. It was a ramen that combined the best of Kumamoto and Hakata ramen.

Thank you for always viewing✨ If you like it, please try bookmarking the shop with the "Save Shop" button♪ This is a shop in Nakasu, Fukuoka. There are two places in the back alley on the first floor of the building, and I went with a friend. We ordered: - Tonkotsu Black Ramen 800 yen They explained that the table's spicy pickled mustard greens are very spicy, so be careful with the amount. It looks like Kumamoto ramen♪ It was unusual with tempura bits, and the soup was rich and delicious, the chashu, wood ear mushrooms, and noodles were all delicious! When I tried adding a little spicy pickled mustard greens to the soup with a ladle and drank it, it was indeed very spicy! I didn't put it in the bowl (laughs). The shop is clean and if this taste is consistent, I would give it a 5.0 rating~♪ The taste is highly recommended (*^▽^*)_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/Thank you very much for reading until the end✨ If you leave a comment, I will reply♪ I hope that even a little bit of everyone's gourmet information can be helpful.▽I also update Instagram. After the lounge ended, I decided to go for an "after" and ended up visiting a ramen shop because I was craving ramen. Unlike the light tonkotsu ramen that is common in Honshu, the ramen from Fukuoka is rich and has a certain umami that is not completely masked by aromatic vegetables. I thought that the slight hint of umami actually deepened the flavor. I wanted to get an extra serving of noodles, but I felt too guilty so I decided against it (lol).

I came to Fukuoka on a business trip and finally had a day off. On Sunday night, I went to a ramen shop that I had been curious about for a while. I visited the shop at 8:24 pm as a party of one. I sat at the counter and placed my order. I requested the noodles to be firm and the ramen was served in about 7 minutes. There were 2 customers before me and 6 customers after me. I ordered the popular black ramen for 800 yen, a noodle refill for 100 yen, one order of Torimeshi (chicken rice) for 200 yen, and two pieces of Ryota's chicken wings for 150 yen each. The total bill was 1400 yen including tax. The black ramen, which is the most popular item, had a strong aroma of chili oil and the homemade thin noodles were delicious. The toppings included chashu pork, flavored egg, wood ear mushrooms, seaweed, green onions, and fried garlic, with the addition of fried garlic being a first for me in ramen. The generous amount of toppings made it delicious, and I quickly ordered a noodle refill. I enjoyed changing the flavor with the condiments provided with the noodle refill such as spicy mustard greens, pickled ginger, and garlic. The flavor was punchy and I enjoyed it until the end. The specialty chicken rice and Ryota's chicken wings, which won the highest gold award at the Karaage Grand Prix, were also delicious with a crispy exterior and juicy interior. Next time, I would like to try the spicy red ramen that caught my eye. Thank you for the meal.

I enjoyed a bowl of black ramen with firm noodles. The orange-colored soup was rich with ma-yu but not too heavy, and it tasted delicious. The black sesame added a nice touch. The spicy pickled mustard greens were great, but they warned me about the spiciness, which I appreciated. Having bean sprouts in the ramen made it even better. It was my first time trying tempura crumbs in ramen, and the crispy chicken wings were delicious. The red spicy ramen looked very spicy. When I went after 9 pm, there were still customers inside, which was a relief.
