I had passed by this place a few times while walking and always wanted to try it. After work, I finally decided to come here with a colleague. The restaurant is run by a woman and has a main counter. The dishes, such as Nagano-style grilled dishes with plenty of delicious sauce, and sautéed mountain vegetables and chicken gizzards, were all delicious. It's a casual place where you can easily stop by alone. It's actually more suitable for small groups.

I was full, so my friend and I each had one skewer of yakitori and just drinks. The liver was rare, had no smell, and was delicious. My friend said the salt on the tsukune was refreshing and tasty. The terrace seating on a fall evening was pleasant. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I want to go back next time with an empty stomach.

I visited a newly opened restaurant in Kagurazaka for the first time. Kagurazaka is a neighborhood that seems to change its face every time I visit, with a completely different atmosphere. It was a bit difficult to find the restaurant, but I managed to get there with the help of the congratulatory flowers at the entrance. I asked for the chef's choice and enjoyed dishes such as yakitori, tsukune simmered in sauce, and fried chicken wings. When I saw the menu, there were strange items like avocado pizza and tacos, which seemed like a puzzle at first, but they turned out to be part of the actual menu. This sense of strangeness was incredibly enjoyable. As I was leaving, I peeked at the second floor and saw a well-equipped drink server, creating a cozy atmosphere that would be perfect for private parties if it weren't for the current situation with COVID-19. The prices are reasonable, so I think it's a restaurant that is easy to visit regularly.

The shop with one-cup sake is very attractive. There are various types available, and they will suggest options based on your preferences! The food is delicious, and I would like to visit again. Next time, I would like to try sitting at the counter with a small group!

The cheese fondue restaurant has been renovated into a yakitori shop. It must be really tough to open a new shop amidst the ongoing difficulty of the pandemic. The building's original triangular shape makes the counter seats a bit cramped. There were three young female staff members and the owner. The owner was the one grilling all the yakitori, but it seemed like he was teaching the girls, so they might start grilling too in the future. The female staff members were cheerful and attentive to the owner's guidance, which was impressive. Besides me, there was another male customer at the counter. The shop offers a variety of izakaya dishes in addition to yakitori, without any particular specialty or focus, providing a wide range of options for affordable drinking. It's a casual spot where you can drop by without much fuss. In that sense, it differentiates itself from the upscale and rare cuts-focused Toridama and the group-friendly, eat-a-lot style of Kushihacchin.
