Visited on a Saturday in September 2021 at 15:50. Saw the sign for a dagashiya (traditional Japanese candy store) and decided to go in. PayPay is running a campaign until the end of September offering up to 30% cashback in Nakano Ward. The store had a limited space filled with various dagashi (traditional Japanese sweets), many of which brought back nostalgic memories. It felt like stepping back in time. In the middle of the store, children were playing games, making it a relaxing place for them. While there are dagashi shops in shopping malls, it had been a while since I made a purchase.
