[Menu] Ramen, Rice Set 950 yenExtra Noodles 150 yenI heard good things about this ramen shop located a 3-minute walk from Hakata Station! I visited around 8:00 PM on a Sunday. There were no other customers, so it felt like a private dining experience. The ramen arrived in about 2 minutes after ordering, followed by the mentaiko rice set. The ramen was not particularly rich or flavorful, just a simple and typical Hakata ramen. The mentaiko rice had a bit less mentaiko than expected. Feeling hungry, I ordered an extra serving of noodles and some pickled ginger, which were not available on the table. Overall, it was an average dining experience for me.

This was the first restaurant I chose for my first trip to Hakata! I felt really good about choosing this place. It's simple compared to other popular restaurants, but that simplicity is really great! It's delicious!! There was pickled ginger on the table and it came out quickly. I went to the restaurant when it opened at 11:00 on Saturday and it was empty, but when I passed by around 13:00, there was a line!

The ramen in Hakata was exceptional. I thought about going back to the inn after eating yakitori, but I suddenly felt like having ramen again. I walked from Hakata Station to Nyanbo Hakata, where I wanted to eat the Hakata set. However, my stomach was already full, so I reluctantly ordered ramen. When it arrived, I was glad I came to eat. The soup was so satisfying and the noodles were delicious. As I ate, I felt truly happy. Thank you for the meal. Check out my daily blog here: http://oishiishashin.com/ I also started a tonkatsu specialty site: https://ton-katsu.com/

Today, I visited a Hakata ramen restaurant. The interior had counter seats and table seats, but the seating was limited. Depending on the time, it might get crowded. Customers ranged from individuals to groups. There were many signs on the walls, indicating that there are several branch locations. They use a system where you buy a food ticket first. I ordered the "Nitamago Chashu Ramen" with all toppings. The soup wasn't as heavy as it looked and didn't have a strange pork bone smell. However, I personally wished it had a bit more depth of flavor. The seasoned egg had a nice strong taste, while the chashu was average. Extra noodles are served in a separate bowl. Overall, it was a tasty meal. Thank you for the meal.

There were many ramen shops to choose from, but I was craving mentaiko donburi, so I decided to dine at this restaurant. I visited a few places during my business trip to Fukuoka, but this ramen had the richest and most delicious flavor. Overall, I feel like Hakata ramen tends to have a light taste, but is this the real deal when it comes to tonkotsu ramen?

Visited Ramen Jiro at the Ramen Street in Hakata Station! The clear tonkotsu soup with firm noodles was delicious and easy to eat. One bowl of ramen costs 720 yen, and the flavored egg is 870 yen, so cheap! They also have set meals available. PayPay payment is accepted!

There was a lunchtime queue, which caught my attention and led me to visit the restaurant. I bought a meal ticket and was guided to my seat. The taste was unexpectedly not too strong. I ordered the recommended meat bowl, but honestly, I felt the meat was a bit lacking. If I have the chance, I would like to visit again. Thank you for the meal.

After a long Golden Week break, I went straight for ramen. I found this place near Hakata Station without really knowing much about it. It's called "Futanobo" instead of "Ninobo." The soup was thick and gooey, which I personally like. However, the flavor somehow felt a bit weak. It sounds nice to say it has a mild saltiness, but I think it could use a bit more seasoning. Well, maybe it's just right after drinking it. Before I knew it, I had ramen for both lunch and dinner...

After attending the Evangelion Exhibition at Hakata Station, we stopped by here before heading home. We ordered the ramen (700 yen) and were the only customers since it was early. We sat at a table and placed our order for a firm noodle texture. Surprisingly, all the staff were women. Our ramen arrived in just 5 minutes. The pork bone soup was delicious and not too strong in flavor. It paired well with the thin noodles. We even ordered an extra serving. They had pickled vegetables, so next time I want to try having rice with my meal for lunch.

The Hakata tonkotsu ramen in front of the station is definitely authentic in taste because the location is in Hakata. Both the noodles and the soup are perfectly done. I ordered the gyoza set with a seasoned egg topping. The gyoza was small but crispy and deliciously cooked. It may not be a famous shop, but the taste is truly authentic.

After a meeting ended, I couldn't resist trying the authentic tonkotsu ramen. I wonder how many minutes I waited in the midnight queue? I ordered a set of tonkotsu ramen and gyoza, along with a bottle of beer. I must have been quite drunk. There aren't many photos, but you can probably get the idea of the atmosphere. I must have enjoyed the meal. Thank you for the meal.

Hakata Station Front Ninnanbo Main Store has been thriving with delicious food every time I visited. However, when I visited recently, I was surprised to see that it wasn't crowded or busy. I ordered the gyoza set and a beer. It seems like the popular taste of the restaurant has changed. The gyoza was soggy and the ramen soup was lukewarm and not very flavorful. I hope they can make a comeback soon.

Good evening. I am Choco Artist. The restaurant I am reviewing this time is Ramen Ninobou. I felt like I had never eaten here before, but the tonkotsu soup was surprisingly light and smooth! Even though it's the same tonkotsu ramen, you can taste a unique flavor here that you can't find elsewhere. One of my friends who went with me said that the soup and noodles didn't mix well, but personally, I didn't feel that way! This is a highly recommended restaurant! I definitely want to visit again.

I ordered the boiled egg ramen with firm noodles on my first visit. First, I took a sip of the soup. Hmm, it's a bit too sweet for my taste. Personally, I prefer a stronger salty flavor. I also tried the sauce on the table in its original form to confirm the taste, and indeed it was a quite sweet sauce. The soup is somewhat on the refreshing side, but I think it's okay. The noodles were delicious, like a classic style. Thank you for the meal.

It's right across the road from Hakata Station, and there's Asakiken Gyoza nearby. You can try both places at once. You buy ramen from a ticket machine. Chashu, boiled egg, and extra firm noodles are classic choices. They go well with the soup. It was delicious. D Works uniform.

I tried the ramen at a ramen shop near my accommodation called "Shime no Ramen." I ordered the Hakata tonkotsu ramen and the black ramen. The soup was slightly rich and full of collagen, and I asked for the noodles to be firm. The noodles had a chewy texture typical of Hakata tonkotsu ramen, and I also ordered toppings of pickled ginger and mustard greens. It was incredibly delicious, and I left feeling very satisfied.

Ramen Tsuyoshi, Hakata Honten
Around 2 PM on a weekday, I thought there was a line, but it turned out to be just tourists gathering before buying their meal tickets. Once inside, it was empty. I almost left, but I'm glad I waited. Ramen Tsuyoshi had that Hakata tonkotsu vibe. It would be nice if they could improve their operations. #ramen #noodles #Hakata #tonkotsu

I tried the ramen at Ramen Nibou Hakata Honten, located a 2-minute walk from JR Hakata Station, because the ramen in the photo looked delicious. It was around 12 o'clock on a Saturday and there were only about 10 people in line, so it wasn't as crowded as other places maybe? We waited for about 30 minutes and were able to get inside. I ordered the Hakata set, which came with ramen, 4 gyoza, mentaiko rice, and burnt garlic soy sauce marinated egg ramen. Since I wanted to try a variety of dishes, I shared with my friend. The soup was sweet and rich in flavor. The aroma of burnt garlic was really nice. My friend prefers regular ramen, but I liked the burnt garlic one better. The mentaiko rice was quite sweet with a unique flavor, which I enjoyed as it was my first time trying a sweet version. The gyoza was small but tasty. I wanted to eat more, but had to resist because of our food tour. (laughs)

On Monday during lunchtime, there was only one person waiting to enter the restaurant, which is less crowded than usual. I was able to enter without waiting for more than 5 minutes. I purchased a ramen ticket from the ticket machine for 700 yen including tax. You can choose the firmness of the noodles from firm to soft. The soup is thick with a mild pork bone smell, making it easy to eat even for customers not accustomed to pork bone soup from outside Kyushu. There were two women with carry-on suitcases and also foreign customers speaking Korean on the same day. The ramen came with low hydration straight thin noodles, a large thin slice of char siu, wood ear mushrooms, and chopped green onions as toppings. Various ingredients have become more expensive, as well as utilities like electricity. Considering the location near Hakata Station, it's understandable that the basic ramen costs 700 yen including tax.

I used my youth 18 ticket to go back home for New Year's from Kanto, and on the way back to Kyushu, I stopped by Fukuoka to have the tonkotsu ramen that wasn't there before. It was a nostalgic feeling being near the school I used to attend, and I was excited to be able to come with my family. Finally, onto the main topic, it was lunchtime but since it was a Saturday, there were no office workers and we only had to wait for about 15 minutes to get a table. I ordered the normal tonkotsu ramen with an extra serving of noodles. The noodles were just right and were quickly brought to our table. I sprinkled some pickled vegetables and ground sesame on top and enjoyed the creamy yet refreshing taste. It didn't have any unpleasant smell and the richness of the broth complemented the noodles well, making it a nostalgic and satisfying meal that I finished in just 10 minutes. This ramen is not available in Tokyo. While writing this, I already feel like having another bowl of this blissful ramen.
