A "Michelin ☆ 3 Years Consecutive Award Winning Restaurant" has opened in the office district in front of Hakata Station and is gaining popularity. The exterior is on the 1st floor of a mixed-use building! Inside, there is a Japanese modern space with an L-shaped counter seat and private table seats! There is a calm and sophisticated atmosphere! This time, we had the "Chef's Special Premium Nigiri Course". First, we started with a platter of 5 appetizers - candied kinkan, pumpkin tofu, tender octopus, cheese sandwich, squid shinjo. Each dish showcases the skills of Japanese cuisine and is delicious. The first nigiri sushi served was "Chutoro" - a signature dish of this place! The delicate fat of the chutoro spreads the umami in the mouth, surprising with its exquisite taste. Today's "Yamaguchi Prefecture Sensaki / Honmaguro" was served! The finely crafted knife work and delicate fat of the chutoro create an amazing flavor. Next, the standout Edomae nigiri "Halibut" and "Japanese flying squid" were served! The halibut has an elegant deliciousness, while the squid has a sticky texture enhanced by the sudachi citrus. The next dish, "Kue sashimi," is visually beautiful and has a deep flavor, truly the king of white fish! The scene for social media! The beginning of "Bonito smoked" - the smoky aroma spreads gently in the restaurant! Smoked bonito is a delicacy that bonito lovers cannot resist! The mid-course "Golden Eye Snapper," "Horse Mackerel," "Scallop" highlight the quality of the ingredients with their vibrant colors and shine, stimulating artistic sensibilities! The perfect match with vinegared rice is superb. The marinated tuna! A traditional technique unique to Edomae sushi - but to have such delicious lean tuna! The discerning eye for tuna, as well as the craftsmanship, are wonderful! The side dish "Amberjack teriyaki" is perfect for sake! The moderate fat of the amberjack pairs well with junmai ginjo sake. Next, two gunkan sushi - "Caviar Gunkan" and "Sea Urchin Gunkan" are served! Both gunkan sushi are superb! The rarely eaten "Caviar" was exquisite! As expected of Michelin! And the "Toro-taku topped with ikura" is undeniably delicious - a combination of delicious ingredients! The queen of shrimp, "Botan shrimp," is also superb! The moist and tender texture of the botan shrimp with a mild warmth and richness is outstanding. The "Crab Chawanmushi" is a luxurious dish with snow crab and ikura, comforting and delicious. Two sisters visited the restaurant. The sushi was very delicious, and the chef was friendly, providing just the right level of customer service. However, there was one minor drawback. While the overall experience was not bad, the voice of the lady in charge of the dining area was quite loud. It was so loud that we could clearly hear the names of the staff members she was talking to in the kitchen. Due to this, I cannot give a perfect score of 5 out of 5. I believe that a restaurant's rating is determined by the taste, atmosphere, and customer service. I hope this feedback is helpful.

I visited because I wanted to try eating torotaku. I chose a course and the portion was satisfying. The torotaku was delicious and I wanted to eat more. I recommend it if you want to eat delicious sushi, but it gives off a strong formal impression. Personally, I didn't feel like continuing to go because it didn't have the atmosphere for going with family or friends. The service at the restaurant was good.

I suddenly went shopping in Hakata. Since I came all the way to Hakata, I decided to have sushi. It was difficult to make a reservation at a famous restaurant on short notice. However, I found a Michelin-starred restaurant from Ginza, Tokyo that opened in Hakata last year. I had the lunch omakase sushi course for 7,800 yen. The meal included various dishes such as cream cheese and Iburi Gakko, soft-boiled spinach, vinegar seaweed, corn tofu, Renko sea bream, squid, flounder, sakura shrimp chawanmushi, scallop, isaki, medium fatty tuna, raw shrimp, marinated tuna, conger eel, and Aosa kelp broth. The tuna and sea urchin were sourced from Tokyo, while the rest of the fish were local. It was nice to be able to enjoy a meal at a restaurant that is usually difficult to make a reservation at. Thank you for the delicious meal.

I visited for lunch on a weekday and had the course lunch for 10,000 yen at the counter. The appetizers were luxurious and each dish was carefully prepared. There was an international customer who was attended to in English, making it a comfortable place for foreigners. The grilled dishes were cooked perfectly, with delicious flavors and a gentle broth in the chawanmushi. There was also a smoked performance that was enjoyable, with a chance to capture it on video. The smoked bonito had a wonderful aroma that spread in the mouth. The atmosphere in the restaurant was calm and recommended for entertaining, dates, or casual conversations. The counter was spacious and relaxing. There were also many private rooms available for a leisurely experience. The dessert was a surprise and a must-try. I celebrated my birthday and treated myself to a fantastic sushi restaurant near the station. I have been to many sushi restaurants before, but this one was my favorite by far. In fact, it was the best! The timing of each dish was perfect, the conversation was just right, and the sushi was incredibly delicious. The atmosphere was also lovely. Among all the dishes, the cuttlefish was the most delicious. Thank you for the wonderful meal. Next time, I will bring my friends with me.

I enjoyed my meal in a private room. I felt that the timing of the dishes coming out was a bit slow. It was nice that the sushi came in batches of 3-4 rolls at once, so I could eat my favorite pieces first. However, I couldn't help but think that it would be better to eat freshly made sushi across the counter. Still, I think it's better to be in a private room when dining with three or more people.

Located near Hakata Station, this sushi restaurant is very clean and has a sense of openness. The rice is lightly flavored and mild, slightly larger than usual. The fish is fresh and delicious. The restaurant has a unique touch, such as using smoke for presentation and offering homemade desserts. I usually prefer sushi with stronger red vinegar rice, but sometimes it's nice to enjoy this lighter style of sushi. The last tamago (egg) had a pudding-like texture and was delicious. Thank you for the meal. Lightly flavored rice and Edomae sushi at Yamashiro.

Although it is stated as an outpost of the 3-year consecutive Michelin restaurant in Ginza, it is actually supervised by them. I felt a bit uneasy, but I ordered the 10,000 yen "omakase nigiri course (upper)". The restaurant opened at 12 o'clock and quite a few people entered at the same time. Apart from the counter, there were many partitioned table seats. ***Omakase*** ◆Appetizer ◇Nigiri ◇Medina ◇Chutoro Salt Kettle ◇Aori Ika ◆Flounder Sashimi ◆Bonito Instant Smoked ◇Shimesaba ◇Scallop ◇Ikura ◆Mackerel Saikyo Yaki ◆Chawanmushi ◇Red meat pickled in Kyushu soy sauce ◇Anago ◇Dried gourd roll red soup ◆Steamed egg matcha mousse ***Impressions*** The quality of the appetizers was low, so I would have preferred just the nigiri. The instant smoked bonito was unnecessary, with a performance of smoking right in front of you. The shari was a blend of rice vinegar and red vinegar, with a mild acidity and a hint of sweetness. The content of the nigiri was quite ordinary, but the red meat pickled in sweet Kyushu soy sauce was a nice touch of local flavor. I think the 3,500 yen lunch nigiri set would have been sufficient instead of the 10,000 yen course. The set seemed popular, as they were quickly serving large plates of nigiri at the start. The tempo at the counter was slow as a result. However, I had a good impression of the sushi chef, but not so much of the restaurant itself. Thank you for the meal♪

This time, I had the omakase special course. The atmosphere is calm and very nice, and it's great that private rooms are free. The smoked saury and sashimi were delicious, but the other dishes were just average or felt like they matched the price. The rice was large and not too flavorful, but it had a strong presence, so it would have been better if the rice portion was smaller. I probably won't visit again.

The interior of the restaurant is beautiful, and considering the quality, both the alcohol and the food are too cheap - in other words, the cost performance is excellent. If you were to eat this level of fish dishes in the Kanto region, it would probably cost double... or maybe Kanto is just too expensive. From the perspective of a Fukuoka resident, this level of quality might just be the norm. Regardless, it was delicious! The atmosphere created by the head chef was also great, making it a very comfortable place to be in. The best!

The white wooden counter exudes a sense of luxury. While the portion size was sufficient, I found the amount of sushi rice to be quite large for me. The egg had a taste and texture similar to pudding, and the staff even mentioned that it was intentionally not called tamagoyaki. When topped with caramel, the tamagoyaki tasted like a pudding and was delicious. The dried gourd roll was very tasty.

The tuna was elegantly flavored yet had a rich, powerful taste - truly impressive. The moment when the bluefish, Japanese flying squid, and Spanish mackerel from Nagasaki are lightly smoked is delightful! The smoked Spanish mackerel with its smoky aroma and crispy sear is delicious. The golden eye snapper, horse mackerel, scallop adductor, soy-marinated tuna, caviar roll, sea urchin, fatty tuna, shrimp, conger eel, and eel were all fantastic! The grilled dish, chawanmushi, dried gourd roll, tamagoyaki, miso soup, and dessert made for a satisfying course meal. "Michelin-starred Ginza restaurant "Shiorian Yamashiro" is known for its exquisite sushi crafted by a chef who trained in Kyoto. Using only carefully selected ingredients, they have earned a Michelin star for three consecutive years! I had the opportunity to visit "Sushi Shiorian Yamashiro" (Hakata branch) with high expectations. I ordered the 9000 yen lunch course, and even though I had already mentioned my dislikes when making the reservation, they promptly accommodated my additional requests during the meal, replacing ingredients I didn't like with others. Everything was delicious! I enjoyed a leisurely time chatting with the chef at the counter seat. I will definitely visit again."
