Located in the Ramen Street of Hakata Station. Since the main store is in Nagahama Ramen, it's easy to stop by at the station. I ordered the Nagahama Ramen for 750 yen and requested the noodles to be firm. The soup was as delicious as ever, rich and sweet with a high sugar content. The thin straight noodles had a good firmness and slid smoothly into my mouth. It was so delicious! Thank you for the meal! (^~^)

I came to Fukuoka after a long time, so of course I had to go for tonkotsu ramen, and I chose "Nagahama Number One." The interior of the restaurant had a nice, not overpowering smell. I quickly ordered the Nagahama ramen. When I tried it, it was delicious! It's really delicious! I'm glad I also bought a ticket for an extra serving. It's a ramen that is typical of Hakata, and it's really good.

The soup was satisfying with a rich saltiness while keeping the greasiness and pork bone smell subdued. I visited around 11 o'clock and it was relatively empty on Ramen Street in Deitos, so I was able to get in quickly. The taste was as mentioned, refreshing yet satisfying. However, the soup was a bit lukewarm which was disappointing.

After 9:00 p.m., I visited the Hakata Ramen Street near the Chikushi exit of Hakata Station. Despite the late hour, there were long lines at popular ramen shops. Among the many options, I chose "Nagahama Number One Hakata Deitos Store," which I had never been to before. I lined up at the end of the line and purchased a meal ticket from the vending machine, then waited in line for my turn. Some of the other popular shops had unbelievably long lines, but I didn't feel like waiting that long. I ordered the "Soft-Boiled Egg Ramen for 850 yen." I chose the firm noodle option and the soup was a standard tonkotsu broth. The soup was incredibly delicious, and I was amazed at how good it was. The noodles were firm, giving a strong wheat flavor, and had a nice chewy texture. The rich soup coated the ultra-thin noodles perfectly. It had been a while since I had authentic Hakata tonkotsu ramen, and it was really delicious!

I visited Nagahama Ramen Number One in Fukuoka as it was recommended to me. The restaurant is located in "Hakata Menkaido" near the escalator at the Shinkansen exit of Hakata Station. I ordered the Nagahama Ramen for 750 yen, which had a light and slightly salty soup with thin straight noodles. It is different from other ramen shops with "Nagahama" in their name. The noodles had a wheat fragrance when cooked firm. It was very delicious!

I want to go back to the ramen shop in the Ramen Street at Daimaru in Hakata Station. It is a popular place with long lines forming even before lunchtime. Lately, I've been thinking that Hakata ramen is expensive, but here, even with extra green onions, it's less than 900 yen. That is the most satisfying part. I don't have enough knowledge to evaluate tonkotsu ramen, but I can say that it is just as good as other shops. You can even get an extra serving for under 1000 yen. Isn't this the appeal of tonkotsu ramen?

Chouhama Legendary Ramen for 1050 yen, with two extra noodle refills for 300 yen. Topped with boiled egg, pickled mustard greens, and chashu pork. It was expected to be richer or have some changes compared to regular Chouhama Ramen, but it was a bit too much influenced by the "legendary" label. If you're getting extra noodles, it might be better to just stick with the simple Chouhama Ramen.

At the end of my business trip, I had lunch at Hakata Station. I remembered a taxi driver once telling me about a really delicious Hakata ramen shop called Nagahama Number One. I visited around 11 o'clock and there was a wait of 2-3 people. I ordered the mentaiko rice set with extra firm noodles. Hakata ramen tends to be surprisingly light, but I was satisfied with the flavor. However, I personally prefer a stronger tonkotsu ramen.

The replacement bowl of noodles also comes out in about 2 minutes, it's really fast. As expected of a chain with a rapid expansion, the taste is top-notch. Although I had the impression that Nagahama ramen would be a bit richer, it seems like they have made it more accessible to the general public. As you may know, the second floor of Hakata Deitos is known as Ramen Street, with many signs inside the store that are quite appealing. There are various ramen shops towards the back, so I recommend taking a stroll around and checking them out.

I had a bento for lunch at work, but today was not good! I really wanted to eat ramen ^_^ Ate the bento in 3 minutes and dashed to Hakata Ramen Street! Any place is fine! Tried Mohican... it was expensive (^_^;) Sorry, I'll come back again m(__)m Today's... number one. At first, I was writing good comments... me! Recent comments are... (even though it's over a year ago (^_^;)) My ratings have dropped... maybe because of the tourists? That can't be it, right? m(__)m I don't really like the thick soup and the strong salty taste m(__)m But I like the noodles (^^) They are firm! Maybe because I ordered them extra firm? (lol) But overall, I think it's just delicious (^q^) Well, the place is quite busy (^_-) The only thing is the cost performance... it's getting more expensive (;´Д`) But honestly, it's understandable... the restaurants must be going through a tough time (;_;) Especially for those with multiple branches, they may make good profits at times, but it could be a matter of life and death in tough times (・_・;) Let's support them without complaining ( ̄ー ̄)bグッ! Thank you for the meal.

I usually entered the restaurant around 18:30. The counter seats were mostly empty. When I travel to Fukuoka, I usually go to a different restaurant, but this time I decided to try this one since there was a line. As expected of a famous restaurant, both the soup and noodles were delicious. I would like to come back again. Thank you for the meal.

After about a year, I went to Number One while visiting my hometown. Today, I felt the saltiness a bit strong, but it was delicious. I grew up in an apartment next to the food stalls in Nagahama when I was a child, so when it comes to Nagahama ramen, it's like the stalls or the original Nagahama-ya. Recently, there are more delicious Hakata ramen, so Nagahama ramen (especially the original one) seems to have a tough competition. But I hope the Nagahama essence remains. Maybe it's because of my age, but I was full with just one extra serving of noodles.

I went to Fukuoka for a trip and wanted to try some ramen. Every place was crowded, and I regret not choosing the place with the shortest wait time, but after waiting for about 20 minutes, we finally got in. The ramen was delicious, and so were the fried rice and dumplings! We shared one fried rice between two people, and without even asking, they brought us a separate plate and spoons. The staff's kindness and attentiveness, even in the midst of a busy crowd, made me feel like I want to come back again.

I had brunch at Hakata Station. There is a legendary food stall that used to have the longest line in Nagahama called "Nagahama Number One." I think many people have heard of it before, but this was my first time trying it. This trip has been great with good timing, as I was able to sit down without waiting to eat whenever I wanted, and it was the same here. Thank you for the meal! 🍜👌

I'm at Hakata Station and I'm not sure where to go on the Ramen Street, but I think I'll go for the classic tonkotsu ramen. It's always delicious. Ramen as a snack around 4 o'clock is great. Whenever I go to Fukuoka, I want to try different types of ramen. Ainosuke's rating meaning: 5 - Excellent! 4 - Definitely recommend to others. 3 - A place you want to visit again and again. 2 - Not the first choice to recommend, but still delicious. 1 - Not really... 0 - Won't go back.

During the Obon holiday, I happened to avoid waiting in line at a ramen shop where about 20 people were lined up even though it was late. I skipped the first bowl knowing I would get a refill, and started with a classic pork bone ramen. After eating about half, I ordered a refill of noodles. I'm the type who leaves the meat behind. I added pepper and sesame, then poured in the ramen sauce and finished it. It would have been nice if there was pickled ginger.

What a surprise! I didn't get an extra noodle refill at Isshokusha because I was saving room for my second bowl! After leaving Isshokusha, I headed straight to Nagahama Number One instead of going to Hakata Daruma. The Nagahama ramen features a creamy and rich soup with thin noodles, topped with green onions and firm chashu. When I was in Fukuoka, I didn't find the Number One at Deitos particularly delicious, but now that I'm away from Fukuoka and trying it again, I find it surprisingly tasty.

Personally, this is a restaurant I won't visit again. The food is not extremely delicious, and the cost performance is not great either. The taste is more strong than salty, which is a positive point, but I prefer places like Shinshin or Ichiran.

During my 3-day stay in Hakata, I realized I hadn't eaten ramen yet, so I hurried to the ramen street in Hakata Station. Every shop had a long line, but I chose one that seemed like a classic. Without any prior knowledge, I ordered thin noodles with chashu, seasoned egg, and pickled mustard greens. It was amazing.

Today, I visited a ramen shop in Nagahama. I decided to try it out since I was nearby. The interior had counter seats and tables, with a decent number of seats available. They had a system where you buy food tickets first. There were many signs displayed on the walls. Customers ranged from individuals to groups, and there was a variety of people, mostly tourists. I ordered the "Nagahama Legendary Ramen" because it was ranked 1st in the Ramen Walker Grand Prix Fukuoka/Kyushu 2019. The taste was good, with a strong soup base for Nagahama ramen. It wasn't too heavy, yet the flavor was rich. The boiled egg was average. Extra noodles were served on a separate plate. For those who prefer rich pork bone ramen, some may find Nagahama ramen shops to have a lighter soup, but this shop's flavor was robust. I enjoyed it. Thank you for the meal.

Thank you for the delicious Nagahama Legend Ramen and Gyoza! The restaurant is located on the 2nd floor of Hakata Deitos, directly connected from Hakata Station. I visited around 8:30 PM on a weekday. The ramen had thin noodles and small gyoza, both with a delicious taste reminiscent of Hakata's street food. I enjoyed it very much.
