Visited a second party with colleagues. The seats were full. We split into two groups upon entering. You can choose between red and green. Red is sweet, while green is refreshing with a hint of spiciness. It is definitely a bit spicy, but the sauce enhances the flavor, making it incredibly delicious. It's like a refreshing tonkotsu flavor, a new taste. I will definitely go back!

I stopped by a ramen shop on my way home after having a few drinks. The Hakata ramen I had was relatively light with less of a strong smell, making it appealing to everyone. My only request would be for them to accept cashless payments.

I went on a business trip to Fukuoka and visited "Hakata Ramen Ittenmon" located near Canal City. When I arrived at the restaurant around 1 pm, there were only two other customers, so I went in and ordered the "Half-Boiled Egg Ramen" with double the amount of spicy red sauce. The ramen was served in about 5 minutes, and when I tried the soup, it had a light and savory taste with a nice kick from the red sauce. The thin straight noodles paired well with the soup and toppings like chashu and half-boiled egg were delicious. Although I didn't have it that day, they also offer rice dishes as part of their lunch set, which would be great for a hearty meal. Thank you for the delicious meal.

One of my recommended restaurants. I have been there many times at night, but this is my first post. I happened to discover that they were serving lunch, so I decided to visit. Did they always serve lunch? I ordered ramen with triple the spiciness of green chili peppers, along with chicken rice and dumplings. To be honest, it's been a few years since I last came, but it's still delicious. It has a kind of Japanese-style tonkotsu flavor, gentle and tasty! It's always busy at night, but it's also bustling during lunchtime! Thank you for the meal. ⭐

I visited "Hakata Ramen Ittenmon" located right near Kushida-jinja Shrine Station, which I had been curious about for a while. Ramen (Red Sauce): You can choose between red (sweet) or blue (light) special sauce for the ramen! First, I tried the soup. It's sweet and light! This ramen is a blend of tonkotsu pork bone broth and Japanese-style soup, creating a light and gentle flavor. It might be just right for those who are not a fan of heavy pork bone ramen. It was delicious, but personally, I felt it was a bit lacking in richness. Thank you for the meal. *Cash only!

First visit. Ordered ramen and mentaiko rice. The ramen comes with a spicy sauce, you can choose between red sauce made from red chili peppers or green sauce made from green chili peppers (or no sauce). I like spicy ramen, so I chose the green sauce, thinking it would be based on green chili peppers. After ordering, I realized that the sauce could be doubled or quadrupled, which surprised me a bit. Starting with the soup, it was different from Fukuoka-style tonkotsu soup, with a clear and refreshing taste. Delicious. The spiciness of the sauce was not very strong, maybe because it was the default level. I should have gone for 3 times the spiciness. The noodles were typical of tonkotsu ramen, thin and straight, with thinly sliced chashu that melted in your mouth. This place has unique soup characteristics, so I'd like to come back to try the spiciness again.

Red chili peppers and green chili peppers are available in the ramen (*`・ω・)ゞ It's rare and the taste is also gentle. This time, I chose the green chili peppers (*´~`*)ŧ‹"ŧ‹"ŧ‹" The restaurant is close to the bustling area and there were many customers. I will visit again m(_ _)m ===========

As the hotel I stayed at was close by, I visited Tenjinmon for the first time. The soup was very elegant and the thin noodles were good. The ramen was so easy to eat that I think I should have ordered a large serving. I will definitely visit again when staying near Canal City.

This ramen shop near Canal City is a relatively hidden gem with not many tourists. It was around 12 pm on a Sunday and we were able to walk in without waiting in line. The ramen costs 700 yen and you can choose between red and green chili peppers. I opted for half of the red chili pepper. I'm not a fan of spicy food, but it wasn't too bad once mixed with the soup. It was a tonkotsu (pork bone) broth with a Japanese twist, not too heavy but still flavorful. I enjoyed it so much that I finished the whole bowl of soup. It was delicious, easy to access without long lines, so I will definitely go back again!

I came here right after the newly opened Kushida Shrine-mae Station. I had ramen, and I chose the green sauce. The soup is a combination of pork bone and Japanese dashi, but it doesn't taste like pork bone at all. It's quite sweet. I was surprised.

I entered the restaurant around 10 p.m. and there was no wait, but the inside was almost full. I ordered the ramen with soft-boiled egg and chose to add red chili. It's hard to find soy sauce ramen in Fukuoka, so I was curious to try it. However, it turned out to be very sweet, which was unexpected for ramen. It didn't suit my taste at all. It was so sweet that I even suspected there was honey in the soup. It's all a matter of personal preference, but I realized that I don't like sweet soy sauce ramen. It was kind of disappointing. That's all!

I arrived in Fukuoka with an empty stomach, but I couldn't resist having a pork cutlet sandwich at Haneda Airport. Feeling disappointed in myself, I considered various food options and settled on ramen. So, I headed to Ittenmon. They serve Hakata-style tonkotsu ramen blended with a Japanese-style broth, which is not too strong in pork flavor and has a hint of sweetness. The straight noodles were so good that I had to go for a second helping. The highlight of the meal was the delicious gyoza! I ended up having two beers, but at 580 yen each, they were a bit pricey. Overall, it was a bit challenging, but satisfying.

I heard that the ramen with green sauce is recommended, so I ordered the Half-Boiled Egg Ramen with green sauce and the Chicken Rice Bowl. The refreshing pork bone broth is truly unique! It has a light taste, so it's also good for finishing off a meal with ramen. The restaurant is quite busy and they sometimes sell out, so be careful!

Today's lunch was near the canal! It's been a while since I visited this place! It's been 2 years and 4 months since my last visit, quite a long time... The restaurant serves a unique style of ramen, combining Japanese-style pork bone broth. The interior has about 9 counter seats and one table, making it a small establishment. After looking at the menu, I decided to order the following: - Ramen (700 yen) + Large size (130 yen) + Soft-boiled egg (120 yen) I love the soup so I went for the large size... The soup has the option of red or blue spicy sauce. I chose the blue sauce this time, which has a refreshing taste of green chili pepper. As I waited, I watched the cooking process, where a clear soy sauce base with a slightly cloudy pork bone broth was used. The soup had a Japanese-style flavor, slightly sweet and refreshing. It was so delicious, I could drink it endlessly... The blue sauce had a mild spiciness, just right for me. The noodles were thin and straight, with a firm texture. The toppings included chashu pork, chopped green onions, and an additional soft-boiled egg. The chashu pork was tender with a good balance of fat, and the soft-boiled egg had a creamy yolk. Despite ordering a large size, I finished all the soup without any guilt... Since it's close to Nakasu, it would be a great place for a refreshing finish after drinking. I will definitely revisit when I'm in the area again! Thank you for the meal!

I visited the restaurant just before noon, anticipating the lunchtime crowds, and soon there was a waiting list as it became full. I ordered the "Half-boiled Egg Ramen" for 820 yen including tax. You can specify the firmness of the noodles from 'very firm' to 'soft'. There are two types of sauces available, one based on green chili peppers and the other on red chili peppers, and you can also specify the amount of sauce from none to four times the normal amount, with no extra charge. I requested firm noodles and double the amount of red chili pepper sauce. Last time I ordered the basic version so it wasn't very spicy, but this time with double the amount, it was quite spicy. The spicy accent added to the light pork bone soup was very delicious. I ended up finishing all the soup, which was unexpected. The excellent noodles had a fragrant wheat aroma, and the firmness was just to my liking. The portion of noodles wasn't large, but even as a light eater, I felt like getting an extra serving. The lunch set with ramen and rice is 750 yen, with an additional 120 yen for a half-boiled egg topping. Maybe I should consider ordering like this next time.

[Visit Date] December 20, 2022 (11:00 PM) [Restaurant] A shop located next to the famous "Karon Udon" shop. It is located along a road near a large intersection, and I have been curious about it as I often pass by. This was my first visit. [Menu] For the ramen, you can choose between red sauce (sweet red chili pepper) or blue sauce (light blue chili pepper). For those who don't like spicy food, it's okay to have it without sauce, and for those who like spicy food, you can choose up to 4 times the spiciness. I ordered the red sauce with 1 times the spiciness. [Food] I was expecting a rich tonkotsu soup since the shop's name includes Hakata ramen, but the soup was not that rich and was rather light. However, I found the taste to be unique and different from a light tonkotsu ramen. When I looked at the menu again, I noticed a comment at the top right saying, "A special soup that combines tonkotsu soup with Japanese-style soup." I then understood the true identity of the soup's taste. It was a taste that combined tonkotsu and Japanese-style soup, with the Japanese-style soup being more dominant. It was more of a Japanese-style soup with a generous amount of soy sauce rather than a tonkotsu soup. My overall impression is that it was more of a creative ramen than a delicious one. Also, the chili sauce was not necessary in my opinion.

Ramen for 700 yen with normal noodle firmness and a choice of red or blue special sauce, I chose the blue special sauce at normal level. The gyoza for 450 yen was light but delicious, with a unique type of tonkotsu ramen soup that is hard to describe but different from other tonkotsu ramen. The pan-fried dumplings were small but very tasty.

During my trip to Fukuoka, I visited three Hakata ramen shops: Shinshin, Danboku-ya, and Ittenmon. Among them, my favorite was Shinshin. It had a light and flavorful broth with a hint of Japanese-style seasoning, and it packed a punch without any strong pork odor. It was a tonkotsu ramen that I haven't really tried in the Tokyo area. I liked it more than the famous chain ramen shops in Tokyo.

I was curious about the unique Hakata ramen called "Wafu Tonkotsu Ramen" and decided to visit for the first time because it was close to the hotel I was staying at. At first, I thought it might have a strong soy sauce flavor, but that wasn't the case. The tonkotsu broth was solid, but the presence of the Japanese-style broth was even stronger. While the balance was not off, personally, I prefer ramen with a stronger tonkotsu flavor or more punch. It was tasty, but in a city filled with delicious ramen options, there was nothing that made me want to revisit this place.

Mihorin (STU48's Miho Tanaka) recommended a restaurant called Ittenmon on Twitter. Being from Fukuoka, she knows her local cuisine well. I had a business trip to Hakata, so I decided to have dinner there. Even though it was still before 6 pm, it was quite crowded. I sat at the counter and chose the ramen with blue miso topping. I noticed many autographs displayed inside the restaurant. When I looked around, I saw Mihorin taking a selfie at the counter! Of course, I took a photo from the same angle. This is true fan activity! Now, the ramen served had a clear soup with a slightly brownish hue. The blue miso added a spicy kick. It started off mild but gradually became spicier, making it challenging to drink the soup. The chashu wasn't too thin or thick, so I finished it in no time. It's impressive that they only provide black pepper as a topping.
