The restaurant had a cozy atmosphere like a hidden gem, and it was bustling with male customers in their 20s to 50s. The counter was filled with men who seemed to be regulars, enjoying wine and conversation. The private rooms were spacious, and the overall ambiance of the restaurant was great, but the noise from the next table was too loud, and I could hear conversations I didn't need to hear, so I wished the background music was louder to drown it out. The dishes were all distinct in taste, with differences in flavor for each cut of meat. I particularly enjoyed the recommended tongue platter, which had a fantastic texture and flavor, unlike anything I've had elsewhere. The meat platter with lean cuts was also delicious, especially the tenderloin, camenoko, and uchihira. Since preferences may vary, I suggest ordering a platter first and adding more of your favorites later. For dessert, I added tail soup for an extra 100 yen to make it into a rice dish, which was a great value. The only downside was the long wait time between ordering and receiving the food, which I hope they can improve on. Next time, I want to try the cream puffs that are only available at the restaurant. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

This is my third visit. Every time I go, I am amazed by how delicious the food is! This time, I had the meat recommended by the staff, cooked and served with egg. It was delicious, tender, and amazing! Thank you to the staff for the recommendation. We also ordered the Chateaubriand, Filet, and a platter of thickly sliced tongue. Everything was top-notch delicious! It was a special meal with a special person, and I was happy to see him enjoy and eat to his heart's content. Also, the owner's brother looks just like him! I will definitely come back again.

This is my second visit. A place where you can enjoy delicious lean meat. I came back again because it was so delicious when I tried it for the first time! It's even more delicious than before, with a great balance of tenderness and flavor! It's a bit far from the station, but it's a place where my feet naturally take me without hesitation. I used it for my birthday. I chose the 13,000 yen course, which was just the right amount for even someone with a small appetite like me. The taste was delicious. However, this time I was having a meal in a private room, but the staff couldn't close the door properly when coming in and out, and the door was left half open about four times, so I wished they would pay a little more attention since it was a private room.

I got to know the owner the night before and visited for lunch. I used it for a meal with a friend who had transferred from Kanagawa to Fukuoka. The red meat is the perfect ingredient for someone like me at my age. I ordered the carefully selected red meat lunch. Three types of meat, three types of hormone, rice, side dishes, and soup. The quality of the meat is outstanding. We also had additional orders of tongue, rump, and others, all of which were ★5! I am happy that a restaurant with high expectations has opened! Thank you very much, owner, for providing such delicious food! *I forgot to take a good photo.

I was looking for a restaurant where I could eat red meat with my gym members, and I was recommended to visit this place by an acquaintance. They had a wide variety of red meat dishes such as yukke and heart that were absolutely delicious. The whole restaurant had a calming black theme, and I thought the private rooms would be perfect for important business dinners, so I will definitely make a reservation again when I visit Fukuoka on business.

Visited with a friend. It took about 15 minutes to walk from Hakata Station, so it feels a bit far. We sat at the counter. There were about 4 private table seats in the back. We ordered the course meal. The staff cooked the yakiniku for us. Every dish was delicious, but personally, the beef sukiyaki was outstanding.

I used it for a birthday celebration within the family. I made a reservation for the USHIO's omakase course for 13,000 yen. The food was excellent, and the staff's service was also good! At the end, they brought out a birthday plate as a surprise, which surprised and delighted the person celebrating their birthday! I would like to use this restaurant again in the future.

I used a 13,000 yen course in a private room. The service was pleasant from the moment of greeting to the end! Especially the attendant was young but very polite and made the meal enjoyable. The course content was very satisfying. I forgot to take a picture of the finale. I shared curry and cold noodles, and ordered three more dishes at the end (laughs). The pizza seems to be mainly for takeout and frozen, so it depends on the stock and the situation of the restaurant if you can have it there. It was also excellent! I will visit again.

This month, a local gourmet magazine featured a restaurant in the area around Hakata Station. "Shinmura Livestock" in Kagoshima Prefecture offers delicious dishes made with black wagyu beef, known for its moist, sweet, and rich flavor. They only serve lunch on weekends from 11:30 to 14:00. I barely made it in at 13:45 after being initially turned away, but was eventually welcomed in. The restaurant has counter seats facing an open kitchen, with private rooms in the back. I was directed to a counter seat with a roaster. I ordered the "USHIO Set" for 1500 yen. The chef cut a large piece of meat in front of me, and the meal was served on one plate, including the main meat dish, grilled vegetables, rice, salad, and miso soup. There was also a sauce with condiments and kimchi. The sweet miso went well with the rice. The main meat dish had various cuts, including sirloin and offal, and the grilled vegetables were delicious. I grilled the meat myself on the roaster, and the flavor was amazing. They accept GOTO EAT tickets. I am grateful for being able to enjoy such delicious meat by being allowed to enter towards the end of lunchtime.

This time we visited Akami Yakiniku USHIO located at 2-11-13 Hakata Station South, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City. It's a bit away from Hakata Station Chikushi Exit but easily accessible by taxi. The exterior is simple and eye-catching. When you enter, you'll see a counter area separated for COVID-19 measures, and further inside, there are private rooms available. The interior, predominantly black, creates a nice and calming atmosphere. The Wagyu beef here is from Kagoshima Kuroge Wagyu, directly delivered from Shinmura Livestock. We started with a toast with draft beer (Master's Dream). The first dish served was the Akami (lean meat) Carpaccio, featuring fresh pink meat with a delicious Yukke-style sauce. Then we had Niku-shari, which included Ichibo Tataki, Hatsu, Senmai, Basashi Hile, each with different sauces like soy sauce, sesame oil, and vinegar miso. The Sirloin Sukiyaki was quickly seared and enjoyed with a raw egg yolk. The staff kindly cooked it for us. Next was a refreshing salad, followed by a meat platter with various cuts like Lamp, Uchihira, Tomosankaku, Marushin, Harami, Ichibo, Ramsin, each highlighting the unique flavor of the meat. We also had a selection of four types of horumon (offal), grilled vegetables, salt-grilled tail (though it might have been better served earlier), beef tendon curry as the finishing dish, and a crispy cream-filled choux pastry. Overall, it was a hearty meal with the option to sit at the counter and learn more about the different cuts of meat while enjoying the experience. Thank you for the meal.

I went to a yakiniku restaurant for lunch alone. I found a nice-looking restaurant near where I currently live. It is located about a 10-minute walk from Hakata Station Chikushi Exit on a quiet street. The restaurant has a very modern and stylish appearance that doesn't look like a typical yakiniku place without a sign. I entered around 1 pm. The interior was just as clean and stylish as the exterior, creating a very nice atmosphere. You can use this place for anything from a date to a business dinner. The first floor has 3 counter seats for 2 people each. In front of the counter, there was a kitchen with numerous wine glasses hanging above. It was very clean and well-organized, which raised the sophistication level. I ordered the carefully selected lean meat set, 1.5 times the amount for ¥3,450 (¥2,300 for the regular amount). When I placed my order, the meat was carefully sliced from a chunk right in front of me and plated. I was so intrigued by this process as I hadn't seen it done like this before. When the dishes were ready, they were brought to the table. On the tray, there were plates of meat, rice, soup, salad, salt, wasabi, and sauce. It looked delicious and visually appealing. I started with the salt-seasoned meat, which had a clean taste. I quickly cooked it and enjoyed it with salt and wasabi. It was tender with a good melt-in-your-mouth texture, very delicious. The lamb sirloin was like the meat from the rump area. It was also seasoned with salt. Despite being thick cuts, it was tender and not too fatty, very tasty. The thick-cut harami was marinated, and it was great to eat with rice. It was tender with a good bite. I also tried a few different types of hormone, each piece was fresh and delicious. As a bonus, they served salted kelp, which added depth to the flavor when eaten with the meat seasoned with salt. I learned that this restaurant has been in this location for about 5 years. I enjoyed the lunch so much that I look forward to coming back for dinner. I definitely want to visit again during my long business trip.

I was looking for a yakiniku restaurant near Hakata Station and happened to come across this one, so I made a reservation and went on a weekday night. Lately, I've been enjoying lean cuts like kameno ko over marbled ones, so this restaurant specializes in red meat centered around unprocessed female black wagyu from Kagoshima and Miyazaki, which is perfect for me. I ordered two servings of the special meat platter with red wine, as well as some tongue and other cuts. The meat platter included cuts like ribeye and kameno ko, which I was very happy about. Despite being lean, the meat was tender and full of flavor. If I have the chance to visit the Hakata Station area again, I would like to go back to this restaurant.

We entered the restaurant at 6:00 PM and ordered two servings of the Ushio special assorted platter for 3000 yen each. In addition, we also ordered two servings of the sirloin sukiyaki for 950 yen each, as well as some appetizers. The assorted platter was served based on the chef's choice as we couldn't specify the cuts. The staff were very polite and provided detailed explanations on how to eat each dish. The sirloin sukiyaki was so delicious that we wanted to order more. It was a fantastic experience with amazing staff and delicious meat!

Fukuoka Ushio Yakiniku in Hakata, Fukuoka, was recommended by a friend. It is a hidden gem about a 10-minute walk from Hakata Station. The restaurant has a counter and private rooms, giving off a luxurious and cozy atmosphere. The staff provided excellent service. Summer. I visited because I wanted to eat meat. I was drawn to the lean meat. Beautiful cuts. Even the offal had no odor. Being able to enjoy rare cuts with just salt is a sign of great quality and confidence. They change the hot plate frequently. The explanation of the meat is detailed and easy to understand. The dessert choux was delicious ⭐️ However, as someone who was craving a hearty yakiniku, I felt like every course was like an appetizer. As I am starting to prefer lean meat, I wondered if the presence of a piece that is like "Oh, it's fatty!" (creating a feeling of fullness) is necessary? There are private rooms available, and there is no doubt that it is a high-quality space. For those with a strong appetite, the doggy bag for yakiniku might be necessary ⭐️

Date of visit: 3/8/2019 for dinner Order: 10,000 yen course, 3 draft beers On the first day of my Fukuoka trip, I had dinner at Sushi Sakai and then went sightseeing in Dazaifu. In the evening, I had made a reservation at a Michelin-starred tempura restaurant, but they canceled last minute due to illness. I was in a bind and turned to the concierge for help, and they recommended this restaurant. It's about a 10-minute walk from Hakata. I sat at the counter, where the manager personally cooks all the meat. I was pleased to hear that they use a lot of Kyushu beef. I usually don't eat lean meat and prefer marbled meat, but it was nice to have some lean meat for a change. I don't usually like offal either, but I enjoyed it that day. The pork loin shabu-shabu was the most delicious. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

Dinner on January 13, 2019 - Visited "Akami Yakiniku USHIO" near Hakata Station. The stylish restaurant has counter seats and private rooms. We chose a private room for a private gathering, but the counter is recommended for the full experience. At the counter, you can leave the meat grilling to the staff. Plus, the counter is manned by handsome brothers as a bonus. The specialty here is the lean red meat, mainly sourced from Kyushu such as Kagoshima black wagyu. They focus on female red meat for its flavor. Each piece is served individually, allowing for a variety of orders. For those familiar with Tokyo's meat scene, the seasoning and cutting style is similar to "Yakiniku Jumbo." The red meat is lean without much fat, allowing you to savor the natural flavor. We tried the fillet, lamb loin, turtle, necktie, and ribeye this time. We also ordered a platter of assorted offal to satisfy the group's offal lovers. The quality of the internal organs was also top-notch. We also enjoyed the Fukuoka yakiniku staple, tail grilling. From start to finish, it was all about the meat. The minced meat on the rice ball at the end was incredibly delicious, especially paired with Korean seaweed. While it's still early to give a full evaluation, this place is sure to become popular soon. Thank you for the meal!
