I often go to Hakata, and as a meat lover, Melon Sheet said, "I want to eat delicious yakiniku today," so we came here! They have a partnership with Ozaki Ranch in Kagoshima and buy delicious beef in bulk! So, it's like a bulk purchase, I guess. The atmosphere is very casual, with many young staff members, but they are all very attentive. You can feel comfortable here. In addition to beef, they also serve chicken from Nichiran, black pork kalbi, Unzen ham, etc., focusing on "Kagoshima meat" centered around Ozaki Ranch! On this day, we ordered lean meat, loin, lean yakiniku, as well as my favorite sukiyaki, beef intestines, salad, kimchi, and rice! The meat that arrived was all colorful. And if you look closely, each one has finely cut decorations to make it soft, easy to eat, and have a smooth texture, showing the meticulous work that has been done! There are two types of sauces provided, both delicious! Not too sweet, just the right thickness. The meat is fresh, so we quickly grill and eat it. Because it has a proper thickness, you can feel the delicate and smooth texture of the meat. Also, the lean sukiyaki is exquisite! The staff grilled it just right and dipped it in beaten egg! This is a luxurious way to eat... I wrapped it in rice as it is, haha. For those who like alcohol, I recommend starting with the vinegar intestines for a toast! The slightly sour sauce blends well, and when you chew on it, the flavor comes out strongly, making it perfect as a side dish. Finally, a bite of ice cream, Pino, to refresh your mouth!
