Overall, I had been going to Bakuro Meat all the time, but I finally went to Bakuro-san after a long time. The Daikyo store has free parking, which makes it easy to visit even when the parking lot is full. However, Bakuro Meat is still the most convenient. I believe that grilling meat on a grill is the best way to enjoy it. And the key to good yakiniku is the salt. The meat is delicious, of course, but the rice afterwards is incredibly tasty. The rare cut set changes each time, and the smaller cuts are more delicious here. This set costs 2000 yen, which is much cheaper than all-you-can-eat yakiniku. Some may think the portion is small, but you can enjoy it twice as much by cutting it with scissors. I had a great time doing this during my solo yakiniku experience. The lean meat set here is mainly lean meat, which I also think is a rare cut. It's incredibly delicious. Salt and wasabi are the best combination. By the way, rice refills are free. I usually eat half with the meat, leave the rest, then mix it with salt and wasabi at the end. When you put it back in the rice bowl, the meat juices mix in and it becomes a divine salt onigiri. This is extremely delicious. Rice is truly essential for us Japanese. Thank you for the meal.

I visited Ohashi Bakuro for lunch, which I used to enjoy a long time ago. I wondered if it would still be delicious. The Bakuro near the canal used to be a place I visited for dinner as well, but lunch is definitely more affordable. I was curious about the quality of the meat, but look at this beautiful marbling! This is part of the great value lunch set. And it's definitely delicious. I will definitely be going back soon!

I visited during the day. It was a bit surprising that there were few people on a Saturday afternoon. But I was happy that I could enter smoothly. I ordered the hormone set meal. It came with two types of sauce, tare and salt, and included items like liver, small intestine, and large intestine. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I visited this restaurant for the first time for lunch. There are only 2 parking spaces in front of the store, but I arrived before opening so I was able to park. For lunch, I ordered the Bakuro set and the Hormone set! The Bakuro set includes 7 rare cuts of meat. Instead of loin or kalbi, there are unfamiliar cuts like kainomi, rib core, and kameno, all of which are thick and tender. The Hormone set was my request, and it includes various types of offal like intestines, tripe, and heart, allowing you to enjoy different flavors and textures at once. This time we went to Bakuro in Fukuoka City, Minami-ku, Ohashi 4-13-32 for lunch. The parking lot is right in front of the store, but we parked at a nearby parking lot. The meat is Kagoshima Oozaki Ranch's black wagyu. When you enter the store, you can smell the unique aroma of a yakiniku restaurant. We sat at a table with a counter and a hori-gotatsu. We ordered the lean meat set for 1700 yen, which includes three types of lean meat (120g each): Uchihira, Kamenoko, and Sotohira. The lean meat set mainly consists of cuts from the thigh area, with a slightly firm texture that is refreshing. The rice served with miso sauce goes well with the meat. We also added Sagari, which has a distinctive taste from internal organs. Each cut of meat has a different taste and texture. The Sagari was tender and delicious, especially when eaten with wasabi and salt. It was a great meal.

I have visited this place several times at night, but this was my first visit for lunch. I was undecided on what to order, but ended up choosing the standard Kalbi lunch set, which includes thick-cut Kalbi and marinated Kalbi. The rice and soup are free refills, which is great for men. I visited the Daikyo store after the state of emergency was lifted. It was a busy weekend right after the lifting, so I went to the Ohashi store. I was happy to see the lively atmosphere at the store again and I hope they continue to do well. The grilled sukiyaki was as delicious as always. I visited the restaurant again during an emergency situation, and lunch was back on the menu, so I decided to stop by. Since I arrived late, the Kalbi set for 1000 yen was sold out, so I opted for the Lean Meat set for 1700 yen, while my partner chose the Bakuro Feast set for 1900 yen. The Lean Meat set included Komomo, Makura, and Kameno cuts, each with 2 pieces, while the Bakuro Feast set had even more rare cuts that were delicious. The white rice was refillable, but the meat portions were so refined and elegant that there was no need for seconds. The wakame soup was a bit light, and I wished it had a bit more flavor. Sometimes during this time of year, I crave meat, so I will definitely visit again.

If you have a small group, I recommend going for the course menu! The food is just delicious! It's a bit pricey and has a nice atmosphere. However, it's also kid-friendly, which is rare for a good yakiniku restaurant. Good yakiniku places can be unwelcoming to families with young children, but this place was very accommodating and welcoming. This was my first time trying the course menu after multiple visits, and I was very satisfied. With a small group, you can't order a lot, so being able to try a variety of dishes in small portions was great. I think they were considerate of my child by reducing the amount of hormone meat and increasing the amount of easy-to-eat meat. The photo is just of the all-you-can-drink menu, haha.

I met up with a colleague for dinner in Ohashi area and decided to go to Bakuro-san, which I haven't been to in a while. I still remember the impressive Mega Roast I had before, but this time our main dish was the grilled shabu-shabu! The thinly sliced sirloin is grilled by the staff to your preferred doneness - I chose rare, while my companion chose medium. The medium might be the way to go, but it was delicious! The meat and fat melted together in my mouth and went down my throat into my stomach. These days, it seems like fatty meat is being avoided more and more, but I personally think that the fat, texture, and umami of this Wagyu beef are a luxurious ingredient like no other. However, as I get older, I find that I can't eat as much as I used to. We also ordered the zabuton, premium tongue, and intestines, and all of them were delicious without any disappointments. It seems like there's a birthday celebration in October with deals on beer and the grilled shabu-shabu we had today. If only the restaurant wasn't so far from home...

Bakuro-san, a yakiniku restaurant located about a 5-minute walk from Ohashi Station West Exit. I went there with two colleagues of my partner, after being invited. We arrived right at the opening time of 5 pm, and before we knew it, the two-hour time limit had passed in a flash. The thick-cut tongue and yakiniku are famous here, so we ordered the premium tongue and yakiniku. The premium tongue, while not very thick, was delicious. The yakiniku was a large piece of meat that spread out from one end of the grill to the other. A young and cute waitress (resembling Hina Hayata?) cooked it for us. The recommended doneness was rare, so we quickly seared the surface, dipped it in the yolk, and savored it. A storm of happiness blew through our mouths. This definitely calls for some white rice. The staff frequently checked on us during the meal to see if we needed more meat or drinks. Their attention to detail was impressive. We helped ourselves to some medium-rare yakiniku for seconds. Personally, I prefer whole egg over just the yolk.

We made a reservation for 3 people at 8:30 pm on a regular day. The restaurant was quite busy, so we were glad we made a reservation. We ordered the following: assorted kimchi, tongue salt, harami, mushroom yukhoe, and jjang soup. We also ordered some cuts of red meat, although I can't remember the names. But all the red meat dishes were delicious! They were refreshing and very tender, making it easy to keep eating. The kimchi assortment even had tomato kimchi, which was a nice surprise. The tongue salt was just okay. Overall, this restaurant is recommended for their red meat dishes.
