I was originally planning to go to the izakaya in the same building, but I changed my mind and decided to visit this restaurant instead. I love yakitori and eat it often, so I had high hopes for this place. When I arrived around 5:30 pm, there were quite a few customers, and they explained that there was a 2-hour time limit. So we quickly ordered the Amaou Sour and my friend ordered the Grapefruit Sour in a mega size. Honestly, when I ordered, I thought, "Even though it's called Amaou Sour, it's probably just a regular strawberry sour." But it was amazing. The sweet and sour deliciousness of the Amaou spread throughout my mouth... it was such a delicious drink. If I had to describe it in words, it was like the taste of strawberry jam made with plenty of Amaou (I apologize for my lack of vocabulary). And the price wasn't that high either. The drink menu had many other delicious-looking options like Shine Muscat Sour that I had never seen before. It's a paradise for those who love alcohol. We ordered using a tablet, and it was very smooth because all we had to do was touch the same screen as the menu, so we didn't have to search again. There were also options like "current bill" and "split the bill among ◯ people" like at Torikizoku, so the payment process was very smooth as well. Now, onto the food. I love bonjiri, so I ordered the Yakitori Omakase 5-piece (Tare), as well as the bonjiri (Salt) and tsukune. I also couldn't resist ordering the limited 10 servings of amazing Tamago Kake Gohan and Chicken Nanban that I had been curious about. The Yakitori 5-piece included skin, heart, liver, negima (I forgot one), and they were all extremely delicious. I usually prefer salt, but even the liver, which tends to have a strong smell, had no smell at all. The liver was delicious, and I personally think that if the liver is good, other parts will be good too, so I was truly impressed by the deliciousness. The heart and liver had a good texture, and the skin was cooked just right with a nice chewiness. While the yakitori at a certain chain restaurant is also delicious, the ones at this kind of place are different... I truly felt that again. After finishing my Amaou Sour, I ordered the early-picked young peach sour that I had been curious about. After a while, two green young peaches on a skewer arrived with the sour. I thought, "This type usually just tastes like shochu," but when I took a sip, it was sweet. It had a delicious sweet and sour taste that was reminiscent of plum or peach. However, when I took a bite of the young peach on the skewer, I could taste the peach flavor. Even though I'm not a gourmet, I could tell they were using good ingredients. For the second round, I ordered the bonjiri nori salt fry and ramen made with chicken broth. The bonjiri fry was slightly oily and okay in taste, but the ramen was absolutely delicious. The broth was rich, and it was much tastier than ramen from other places. It was a ramen that made me want to eat it again...
