Fukuoka Trip 8th Stop The remaining 3 stores in the second half of the journey are high priority in terms of personal travel goals, and I wanted to visit them to eat the specific seafood bowl. I waited for about an hour and was the first in line to enter the store. In conclusion, it is worth waiting in line, and if you can enter the store right at opening time on weekdays, there is a high chance of being able to eat. A food enthusiast from Fukushima traveled all the way to Fukuoka to eat the seafood bowl he wanted, the Explosive Seafood Bowl! The showdown between the food enthusiast and the seafood enthusiast has begun. The Poseidon Bowl, with its impressive appearance and impact, is truly remarkable. Hidden behind the crab's head is a rolled omelet with a gentle sweetness and a fluffy texture, delicious! The variety of seafood (including daily specials) such as bonito tataki, kanpachi, sea bream, turban shell, salmon, squid, salmon roe, shrimp, and crab, are all fresh and delicious. Especially the kanpachi, sea bream, turban shell, and bonito tataki were delightful. Despite having tried various seafood dishes, the quality and satisfaction of the generous portions at such an unbelievably affordable price were outstanding. Moreover, the luxurious way of picking out crab meat and combining it with other seafood for a delicious meal was amazing! The rice, which I thought was vinegared rice, went beyond my imagination. The chirashi sushi was generously topped with seafood, with a total weight well over 1 kilogram! Furthermore, the smoked soy sauce with its distinctive flavor was delicious. There was a mist spray type of soy sauce to prevent over-pouring, which was perfect! With this appearance and volume, doesn't it look like it would cost over 3000 yen? When told it was 1280 yen, the food enthusiast was full and delighted with the high quality of the seafood bowl, which he gladly paid for... Isn't it too good to be true for only 10 people! In addition, part of the revenue seems to be donated to Ukraine. Unbelievable, I'm speechless. I won the match by finishing the meal, but I lost in terms of content. It was a restaurant that the food enthusiast would definitely visit if it were nearby. And what's surprising is that it's not just the seafood bowl. The dish I was eating had a large portion, so it took a little time to finish, and other customers who were using the regular menu were ordering dessert after their meal. Seeing the pudding that caught my eye, I thought to myself, "Wait, it looks perfect" ↓↓ I hurriedly looked at the menu again. ↓↓ In my mind, "Oh no... I have to add the pudding!!" You can tell it's delicious just by looking at it, and the price was mind-blowing. The Modern Pudding has a salty cream topping on top of the traditional pudding. When you actually taste it, it's extremely high quality! The bitter taste of caramel and the slightly firm and rich pudding harmonize well. Mixing it with the salty cream on top creates a complex but addictive taste that is incredibly delicious! This pudding costs 100 yen. Seriously, are you sure it's okay? Eggs are expensive these days, you know? Without any consideration, I felt that the quality was at a level where I would be satisfied even if I paid over 500 yen. Other desserts are also 100 yen, I heard... I lost again... I was completely defeated. Thank you for the meal. It's been a while since I've had such an overwhelmingly repeatable experience. I truly realized that there are still many restaurants in Fukuoka that offer high-quality taste at a great cost performance.
