I strolled around Heiwajima Station for lunch today. I exited the ticket gate of Keikyu Line Heiwajima Station, turned left towards the east exit, and walked towards Daiichi Keihin in front of me. Before the traffic light on Daiichi Keihin, I turned left towards Omori, walked for a while, crossed the signal at the T-junction of Heiwajima-guchi, crossed the signal on the back (towards Omori), continued straight towards Heiwajima Boat Racecourse, turned left at the first signal of Heiwajima Ichome, walked a little towards BIGFUN Heiwajima direction, crossed the pedestrian crossing towards DON QUIJOTE BIGFUN Heiwajima, turned left, and found BIGFUN Heiwajima on the right after a short walk. I went up the stairs, entered BIGFUN Heiwajima, and visited "Kitchen Roma," a Western food and pasta restaurant located in the center of the first-floor food court (3 stores). At 12:25 on Saturday, there were mainly male customers and families in the food court. There was a ticket machine on the left side of the store, where I checked the menu. The menu included various dishes such as beef curry, beef stroganoff spaghetti, thick pork loin set meal, ginger pork set meal, cheese-in tonkatsu set meal, golden sirloin steak set meal, daily lunch special, and more. I decided to try the spaghetti Napolitan, which was the top item on the menu, and ordered it from the ticket machine. I received a buzzer and waited for my order. After about 5 minutes, the spaghetti Napolitan was served with salad and soup. The spaghetti was cooked al dente and had a good mix of sweetness, acidity, and richness from the ketchup. The onions, mushrooms, bell peppers, and sausage in the dish provided a variety of textures and flavors. It reminded me of the nostalgic taste of Napolitan I had in a cafe long ago. I enjoyed the meal and finished it with the salad and soup. It was a satisfying experience, and I was glad to have tried the classic Napolitan dish at Kitchen Roma.
