Bar Meguro along the Meguro River has a dimly lit atmosphere with cool background music, which I really love! It seems like there are a lot of foreign customers and regulars because the owner is a foreigner. He speaks fluent Japanese! Cocktails are around 1,400 to 1,800 yen each. I had about two drinks! The cocktails were delicious, but the owner, Slivan, was really funny (lol). It seems to get lively late at night, so I'll try to go there a bit later next time!

Alcohol prices range from 1500 yen to 2000 yen per glass. The atmosphere is like being overseas! It was fun chatting with other customers. I will definitely visit again!
