[Take-out contents] I tried the 600 yen strawberry tart, 495 yen rare cheesecake, and a raspberry and pistachio mousse for around 600 yen. [Take-out impressions] The strawberry tart is a seasonal item with plenty of strawberries on top of a nutty tart base, but the strawberry jam on top tasted a bit ordinary. The rare cheesecake had a mild cheese flavor and a refreshing taste with blueberry puree inside. It also had a somewhat ordinary taste, similar to store-bought jam. The raspberry cake was heart-shaped, perhaps for Valentine's Day, with raspberry mousse and pistachio paste inside, but the flavor was not as strong as expected. I purchased: - "Shortcake (¥475)" 3.0★★★ - "Salted Caramel Tart (¥560)" 4.0★★★★ - "Rich Cream Puff (¥260)" 3.5★★★☆ The "Shortcake" had a 3-layer sponge with a modest amount of strawberry topping. The sponge was fine and light, and the low-fat cream made it easy to finish. The "Salted Caramel" had a strong salted caramel mousse on top and a smooth, bitter chocolate tart on the bottom, creating a nice balance of flavors. The "Rich Cream Puff" had a light pastry with a slightly burnt surface for a crunchy texture. The custard was smooth and creamy with a strong egg flavor, resembling a pudding. Overall, there was a comforting sense of reliability as a long-established shop, with flavors that didn't feel outdated. Although it's a bit hard to get to, I enjoyed it and would like to visit again.

The rich and delicious cream puffs are the most popular item, but I always end up choosing a cake. This time, I went for the chocolate cake. The cream inside is custard, rich and flavorful. The fruit tart has a tart base with a generous amount of custard cream and colorful fruits on top. It has a good volume and you can taste the sweetness of the tart firmly. Sea berry dome is a rare sweet using sea berries. The small orange sea berries have a slight acidity but are easy to eat without being too sour. Surprisingly, it's a long-standing establishment. (The original shop was even named by none other than Okuma!)
