On Sunday night, to gear up for another week of work, I went to my favorite teppanyaki restaurant in Shiodome, at Mangetsu in Caretta Shiodome. I was seated by the window, which had a great view and it was still bright since we started early. We ordered the course menu for the day. The jun-sai cold chawanmushi was elegant and refreshing. The sea bass wrapped in Yanaka ginger and marinated horse mackerel were perfect with drinks. The uni and abalone in strawberry sauce had a luxurious combination. The marinated tuna sushi was flavorful. The summer cold dish with Direct Seven jelly was refreshing. The grilled conger eel and grilled white abalone were a delight. The tomato and lemon salt granita was a palate cleanser. The Fukushima beef steak with zucchini was tender and full of flavor. The young ayu fish in vinegar after the meat was refreshing. We ended with orange juice and a beautiful night view. The fried rice with crab and lettuce was delicious. The crème brûlée with warm tea was a perfect dessert. It was a delightful weekend night enjoying the course menu with a beautiful view, suitable for dates, girls' night out, or business entertainment. I saw a parent and child dining together, so I would like to visit with my mom next time.

Visited at 11:20. Waited for about 30 minutes before entering. Ordered omurice hamburger. The view from the top of Caretta is also wonderful. It costs 2,000 yen and comes with salad, omurice hamburger, curry, rice, and clam soup. Rice refills are free. Great value for money. The creamy omurice is visually appealing and delicious, with a very good match with the truffle sauce. Very satisfied.

I finally went to a restaurant I've been wanting to visit for a long time! I arrived a little before 11:00 on the weekend and was second in line. I waited for about 40 minutes, but was able to sit by the window after the people with last-minute reservations were seated! I was so happy! I ordered the limited edition hamburger with maitake mushrooms. The view, the rich cheese sauce, the free rice refills, and the curry that came with it all for 2,000 yen felt like a great deal! I don't remember much about the hamburger itself because it was covered in cheese... haha

I had been intrigued by this restaurant for a while after seeing it on Instagram. I made a reservation for Saturday afternoon and it went smoothly. There were about 20 people waiting in line as well. We ordered the lunch course, which included appetizers, sashimi, hamburg steak, curry, dessert, and more. The hamburg steak had various toppings to choose from, such as avocado, fried egg, cheese, etc. I love sweet potatoes, so I chose the red sweet potato topping. They also added cheese on top, creating a delicious sweet and salty combination. I would love to try other toppings next time, so I definitely want to go back.

Manten, a restaurant on the 46th floor of Caretta Shiodome, offers teppanyaki-style Japanese cuisine and wine with an amazing view! You can see everything from Tokyo Skytree in the east to Toranomon Hills in the west, as well as Shinjuku and Ikebukuro. You can request a window seat when making a reservation, which is great for enjoying the view. The restaurant serves Japanese cuisine and although it may not be a traditional teppanyaki restaurant, the food is still good. The steak was a bit disappointing as it was made from thigh meat, but overall, the food was tasty. The view, especially during sunset, is truly beautiful.

There is a restaurant on the 46th floor of Caretta Shiodome, and the view was amazing on this sunny day. I reserved a seat at the counter, where I could watch the chef cooking hot and delicious hamburg steaks. The aroma was enticing. I ordered the Bonding Course with the hamburger steak topped with Arrabbiata cheese sauce. The steak was thick and juicy, and when the cheese sauce was poured over it on the hot plate, it felt luxurious. The set also came with tongue curry, and the clam soup with clam broth was delicious. I had to get a second serving of rice.

I wanted to eat delicious meat and chose this restaurant because it was a special occasion! The view was great, and they welcomed us in a lovely way, which got me excited. I ordered the popular cheese hamburger. The yuba and sashimi were also great. When I finally tried the hamburger, it was delicious! The meat was really good. However, to be honest, I thought the hamburger without cheese would have been better. The cheese kind of overpowered the delicious meat, and I felt like it would have been better with wasabi soy sauce or ponzu. But since I shared it, I was still very satisfied. The dessert ice cream was refreshing, and I highly recommend this course. The only downside was that if you make a reservation for 1:30 PM, the food comes out in just one hour. We had to eat quickly, and I wanted to enjoy the meal leisurely. Also, the seating arrangement to see the outside view was not ideal. But because the food was delicious, I would like to go back again!

This time, I didn't have a seat by the window, so I couldn't enjoy the view, but I could see it from a distance. You can choose your seat when making a reservation, so if you want to see the view, it's a good idea to make a reservation. This time, I only had the hamburger menu for lunch, which was all priced from 1500 yen, but it was delicious. I recommend going with friends, a partner, etc.

I arrived around 11 am to secure a seat as the restaurant opens at 11:30 am. There was only one group ahead of us on a weekday, so we were seated quickly. However, the window seats were already taken by reserved customers. We ordered the lunch course at the counter, which was reasonably priced, and enjoyed the food. The only disappointment was when the cheese sauce for the hamburger was served. It was heated enough to splatter when served to the next table, but ours was cold. Apart from that, the atmosphere was great, and the staff's service was excellent. Overall, I am very satisfied and would love to visit again. I recommend making a reservation if you prefer a window seat.

This restaurant also has counter seats facing outside by the window, so you can enjoy the view while eating. If you want to enjoy the scenery, it's recommended to reserve a window-side counter seat and go. I ordered the Manchetsu Meat Juice Hamburg with Quattro Formaggi Sauce and the Arrabbiata Formaggi Sauce. The hamburger set comes with rice, salad, miso soup with clams, and beef tendon curry. The miso soup with clams has a rich clam flavor and is very comforting. It's always nice to have a little curry that comes with it at times like this. You can get refills for rice and miso soup. When the hamburger is brought to you, they pour the Formaggi sauce in front of you. The cheese flowing onto the hot plate is like lava and looks very impressive. With Quattro, honey is also served like on pizza. When you pour it on, the sweetness enhances the saltiness of the cheese, bringing out the deliciousness of the cheese. The hamburger has a great elasticity, meatiness, and plenty of meat juice, which is my favorite texture. The Arrabbiata also had a nice spiciness. The staff also provided a very pleasant time with their hotel-level hospitality. Thank you for the meal.

On Sunday for lunch, I made a reservation for seats only. I arrived early and was seated right away. I was surprised by the wonderful view from the 46th floor. A salad, curry, rice, and clam soup were served. You can have seconds of rice and soup. A sizzling hot plate with hamburger arrived at each table. The Truffle Fromage with half-cooked egg for 2000 yen was a performance where the cheese sauce was poured in front of you. The egg was cut in front of you. The other person had the basic juicy hamburger for 1500 yen, and they were also very satisfied. I want to go again.

I visited for the second time and had the lunch course again, just like last time. I enjoyed everything from the appetizers to the desserts and left feeling satisfied. Even if you don't opt for the course, the set meals with hamburger steak come with rice and salad, so you can get full at a more reasonable price. The view is nice, but you can only see it if you sit at the counter. If you want to enjoy the view, I recommend making a reservation for the counter seats by the window.

You can enjoy a meal while overlooking the view from 200m above ground on the 46th floor. There is no teppanyaki counter, instead each table has a heated iron plate. The famous dish is the hamburger steak for lunch, and there can be a wait of about an hour on weekends. The taste is decent, and considering the location and atmosphere, the lunch for around 2,000 yen is good value for money.

Sometimes it's nice to have lunch in a place with a beautiful view. I chose a hamburger with four types of cheese, topped with honey. I was a bit skeptical about the combination of hamburger, rice, and honey, but it turned out to be delicious with a subtle sweetness. The dish also came with a side of beef tendon curry, which was also tasty. The soup and rice were refillable, and both were delicious. The only downside was that the salad wasn't very fresh.

I went for the first time since before the pandemic. I chose the Shunko course with all-you-can-drink option. I sat at the counter with a view of the night scenery. The dishes were all delicious and the portion sizes were just right. In this type of restaurant, the drinks can be a bit pricey, but with the all-you-can-drink option, I was able to enjoy without worrying about the cost. You can also choose from a variety of wines, so it's a good deal for those who enjoy drinking. I highly recommend it for special occasions like anniversaries.

I had a course lunch with a friend. We enjoyed three kinds of appetizers, salmon sashimi, teppanyaki hamburger (with cheese), rice and clam soup, beef tendon curry, and gelato until we were full. The hamburger was very juicy and delicious. Each appetizer was tasty, and there was not a single mediocre dish. I would like to go again.

Even on holidays, there was a long line outside the restaurant during lunchtime, which surprised me. The view from the window seats is breathtaking. Reservations are a must when sitting here. The food was delicious, and I definitely want to visit again. It was a very satisfying experience with both the service and the taste of the dishes.

I have used this place many times on weekdays, but visited on a Saturday afternoon without a reservation. I arrived around 12:30 and found a line of about 15 people outside. I had to wait for about an hour before getting inside. The lunch menu was the same as on weekdays, so I chose the half-cooked egg with truffle fromage sauce. I also ordered some bacon on the side. The hamburgers here are not the trendy slightly rare type or the juicy type that oozes with juices, but rather a solid, meaty type. I enjoyed it with the cheese-based sauce. Personally, I prefer the juicy type of hamburgers, but the sauce here is really delicious and fantastic. The sauce is addictive. The toppings include bacon, Parmesan, avocado, cheddar cheese, and more. It seems like there are endless combinations to try. The lunch comes with clam soup, salad, and rice. The salad and onion dressing whet the appetite, and the clam soup is surprisingly delicious (you can have seconds). The price is high, as expected for a special location on the 46th floor overlooking the city. However, overall, it is worth becoming a repeat customer.

We visited for lunch on a regular day with two people. Since we didn't have a reservation, we lined up after two groups. Those with reservations were seated quickly, and we finally got in around 12:30. We were lucky to be seated on the window side facing northwest with a fantastic view. Today, we had the Truffle Fromage Sauce with soft-boiled egg (¥2,000). The truffle sauce was delicious and went perfectly with the omelette and hamburger. We enjoyed our meal today as well.

We went with 4 people. The access was great, as it is directly connected from Shiodome Station. The weather was clear and the view from dusk to night was amazing. The restaurant was clean and the tables were spacious. The staff were friendly and provided great service. The course meal was delicious. However, for adult men who eat a lot, the portion size might be a bit small.

Around 12:15 on a weekday, there were 7 people waiting ahead of me. I waited for about 40 minutes before getting a table. It seems like some people had reservations. If you don't want to wait, it's better to make a reservation. However, once inside, there were a few empty tables. They only had one person grilling the hamburgers, maybe they should consider adding one more person. I ordered the "Man Tetsu Meat Juice Hamburger and Black Wagyu Cut Steak Combo" which came with rice and clam soup (all-you-can-eat) for 2500 yen (tax included). The hamburger was thick and juicy, while the steak was lean. I personally prefer a bit more fat on my steak. The portion size was generous. The salad portion was also generous, which was nice. The rice was slightly firm and tasty. The option to have unlimited refills of clam soup and rice was a nice touch. The curry was spicy and delicious. Overall, I think this restaurant offers good value for money, with lunch sets around 2000 yen, including all-you-can-eat rice. I'm curious about the Quattro Formaggi sauce.
