【Reason for visiting】Feeling lonely and needing to have lunch alone, I was forced to buy a bento and have a meal at home like a single person, due to the looming threat of a state of emergency being declared because of the recent "Wuhan Coronavirus: David Maxwell (Washington conservative think tank)" situation.【Atmosphere】The store is located a 4-minute walk from the station. The store's name on the ceiling is the landmark. Inside the store, it looks like a normal supermarket.【Taste】● Addictive Chicken Tamago Donburi 429 yen It's a pre-made bento, so I didn't have high expectations, just hoping to fill my stomach, so I bought it and heated it in the microwave at home. It's a dish with fried chicken and half-cooked egg on top of rice. The small pieces of fried chicken are a few, not crispy, with a sweet and savory taste that is generally well-received. When you mix it with the tamago, it becomes a milder taste, but is this way of eating also okay? Rating: 2.8 out of 5 points (average 3 points)【Overall】As long as my stomach is full, it's okay for now.

[Visit on October 14, 2018] Location: Located about a 2-minute walk from Ishigami Park Station. Visited around 3:30 pm on a Sunday. As expected for a Sunday, the supermarket was crowded. Since it was a tricky time and many eateries were closed, I visited this place by process of elimination. Purchased a seaweed salmon fried chicken bento for 398 yen, teriyaki chicken skewers for 115 yen, and green onion skewers for 115 yen. There was a wide variety of bento options available. There always seemed to be a line of about 3 groups at the checkout. Thank you for the meal.

Life is located a short distance from Shakuji Park Station. Surprisingly, there are quite a few supermarkets around Shakuji Park Station. I found it a bit sad that even though there were only two sets, they had set up an eat-in space near the entrance. I tried the Kagoshima-raised young chicken yakitori skin skewer (118 yen + tax). The deli items at Life seem a bit more expensive than other supermarkets. I decided to try the yakitori skin, and although the price was a bit high, there were more skins than usual, giving it a voluminous appearance. The skin was well coated with sauce and even when heated, it had a soft texture, truly giving off the impression of being just skin (laughs). It was just your average deliciousness.
