I went to Torikizoku for the first time in a while. I always order the Tori Kamameshi here. The kamameshi cooked on the table is hot and delicious. The Kizoku Yaki is also tasty, and the desserts too. It's nice that everything is only 327 yen each.

The first place was a Korean restaurant that I had made a reservation for. The second place was a random Korean restaurant I walked into. The third place, I started to crave a Japanese-style taste. It's been a while since I ended up at Toriki. The fixed price is surprisingly cheap. You can drink as much as you want without worrying about the cost.

The food is average. The chicken tenderloin is tough.

In the evening until around 10 pm, there is an image of lining up. On this day, it was past midnight so I thought it might be getting less crowded and when I peeked in, the counter was empty. When I sat down, it seemed like a few table seats had become available, but they were all taken by the time I left just before the last train. The chairs were hard and the background music was Japanese rock style. The customers were mostly young, almost all Japanese. The rice cooked in a pot was served with a small pot on the table, and we were instructed to let it steam for about ten minutes after the solid fuel was lit and naturally extinguished. For appetizers, there were cold dishes, salted steamed chicken, and potato salad. The skewers included beef kalbi and spicy chicken thigh. The salted sauce and vegetables were delicious. The beef kalbi was fatty and I wanted to order more, but I refrained. The fire for the rice was still burning, so I ordered wonton noodles. The soup was light but tasty. When the rice was ready, I scooped it into a bowl and the burnt rice was well-done. I was impressed by the efficient and well-prepared menu system. The upcoming price increase is understandable, but all items for 280 yen is amazing. I thought it was interesting that alcoholic drinks and soft drinks were priced the same. Overall, I was very satisfied. I wished the seats were more comfortable with cushions, but perhaps this is part of the system to maintain low prices and prevent long stays. Everything made me think, "Ah, I see."

This is Torikizoku☆Shin-Okubo store. It's the second bar of the night. We stopped by a little on the way back from a live show. This is my third visit to Torikizoku. It's great that we could have beer at the live venue too (laughs). Torikizoku charges 280 yen before tax. It's cheap, right? The yakitori is big and the karaage is also reasonably priced. Actually, once you order, you can have unlimited refills of cabbage (laughs). I ended up drinking four beers thinking I would stop at one for a thousand calories, since it's already the third place. I'm feeling a bit tipsy now. Thank you for the meal.

The restaurant is popular for its large skewers despite being cheap. I visited several branches, and there were subtle differences between them. 1) The store had many foreign staff members. 2) The skewers were smaller compared to other stores. 3) The store had few customers and the food took a long time to arrive. This store was average. The quality of the meat was the same as other stores. The skewers were thin but long, so they were decent. The speed of service was neither fast nor slow. Overall, I had a decent experience. However, the small amount of shochu served was disappointing. The drinks were a bit expensive compared to the food.

This place is located on the underground floor of the street in Shin-Okubo Korean Town. I visited with a friend. The interior of the restaurant has a casual izakaya-like atmosphere, with all wooden furnishings. The cost performance is excellent! All drinks, skewers, and dishes are priced at 280 yen each, making it a budget-friendly option. Despite the low prices, the quality of the food is not bad at all. The chicken wrapped in shiso leaves was my favorite this time, and it was delicious when dipped in plum sauce. The skewers were also of good quality for this price. If you're looking to enjoy some crispy yakitori without breaking the bank, this place is worth a visit.

I went to Torikizoku with my classmates for a fourth round after-party. We originally planned to go to Sekai no Yamachan, but it had been replaced by Torikizoku, so we went in there instead. It seemed like all the staff were foreigners, which made ordering a bit difficult. We also received three mixed juices that we didn't order, which was a bit unsettling. I don't remember eating or drinking much, but we ended up paying 13,000 yen for three people in just over an hour... I'm sure some other table's bill got mixed in, but since everyone around us was young and it was the end of the year, we decided to just pay and let it go.

I finally visited Torikizoku, which opened in the place where Tebasaki Yamachan used to be. I had been meaning to go but was hesitant to go down the stairs. I went on a weekday before 7 pm and the place was about half full. I was seated at the counter with my friend, and the staff kindly moved two chairs for us to sit comfortably. The menu had a price cap of 280 yen per item, but I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices and satisfying menu options. The beer options were either Premium Malt's or Kin-Mugi, both priced the same as soft drinks. The Hatsu skewers had 3 pieces instead of the advertised 4, which felt a bit lacking, but the Seseri skewers were generous. The Honey Mustard skewers from the seasonal menu had a fast-food-like deliciousness and were fun to eat sandwiched between bread. The Warm Egg Cold Soba I ordered as a finale exceeded my expectations with a slightly sweet broth that I enjoyed. The Cold Grilled Chicken Thigh skewers with Wasabi Soy Sauce were also delicious. While the uniform pricing may seem unfair on an individual basis, overall the cost performance was good. Torikizoku is now an option for when I want to casually drink and eat without overthinking it. The cozy and relatively quiet atmosphere of the small restaurant made for a pleasant dining experience.

I went to Torikizoku in front of the station because I felt like having a drink. It's been getting quite popular lately, but it was my first time there. The interior of the restaurant was just like a regular izakaya. And the menu items were all priced at 280 yen. It takes some courage to price everything at 280 yen, including drinks like oolong tea and Yamazaki highball (laughs). One thing you can't go wrong with at an izakaya is the Tantakatan shochu. So I had that on the rocks. The yakitori and karaage were delicious. Even though it's a chain izakaya, they are doing a good job. I would be even happier if the restaurant was a bit cleaner though.【Torikizoku Okubo Store】Tokyo, Shinjuku-ku, Hyakunincho 2-1-4 B1F Phone: 03-6273-8966. Website: http://www.torikizoku.co.jp/

A restaurant that is always crowded in the late hours of Sunday night. The first time I went, it was so full that I was turned away. The following week, I managed to get in, but every table was almost full, creating a lively atmosphere. The menu was amazing, with everything priced at 280 yen. The food was pretty tasty and the portions were great. Beer was also only 280 yen, which was fantastic. I now visit about once a week. The staff's smiles are lovely, and I find myself staying longer than planned.

I went to a restaurant with my colleagues. We arrived around 1:30 am and it was almost full. The chicken rice pot and internal organs were sold out, which was disappointing. The yakitori was only 280 yen for two large and delicious skewers. They also had unique yakitori options. When we ordered cabbage, it was free refill. We also had spicy cucumber pickles, curry ramen, and had a great time eating and drinking together. The prices were cheap and we all want to go back. The atmosphere is perfect for a group gathering. I want to try the rice pot, sand liver, and internal organs next time. The restaurant is quite small, so it's better to make a reservation for dinner time.

The other day, I went to Torikizoku, a place I had heard about before. The first thing I noticed when I entered was the lively atmosphere. The energetic greetings from the young staff like "Welcome" and "Thank you for your hard work" were really pleasant. The food was great, especially the famous Torikizoku-yaki which was huge, and the cabbage was free for seconds. The rice dish was delicious and came in a generous portion. And all of this for only 280 yen each! I'm not a big drinker, so I ordered a mixed juice which was surprisingly tasty! It was a unique juice that I couldn't find in other restaurants, and I ended up getting a refill. Even though I added quite a lot to my meal, I only spent around 2000 yen. The prices and portion sizes are really great for students. Lastly, the staff's cheerful farewell made me leave in a good mood.

Ever since it was featured on TV, I've been wanting to go to Torikizoku. I finally went to the Shin-Okubo branch, which is the closest to my company. The interior of the restaurant is clean, although a bit small for an izakaya. It's a yakitori place that even women would feel comfortable entering. I arrived a little after 7pm and the place was almost full, so I was seated at the counter. It was a bit cramped at the counter, so I asked if I could move to a table when one became available, and they kindly agreed! Despite the busy staff, they made sure to accommodate my request. All dishes and drinks are priced at 280 yen each. Usually, at cheap izakayas, the portions can be small, but not here. The portion sizes are generous and the flavors are satisfying. As expected from a yakitori place, there is a wide variety of skewers to choose from. While the overall menu selection may not be extensive, it's a great place for a casual drink after work or for students. The staff is energetic, attentive, and provides good service! I will definitely go back!

Today, I was in the mood for yakitori rather than samgyeopsal, so I decided to visit Torikizoku for the first time. I had seen it on TV as a super cheap izakaya and had always wanted to try it. Everything on the menu is only 280 yen each. <Order> Edamame Yakitori Tare Salt Tsukune Ume Sasami Salad Karaage Kama Meshi I forgot to order a drink, but I ended up eating a lot more. It came out to around 2000 yen per person. The service was friendly and attentive. The interior was clean and beautiful. The restroom was also well-maintained.

It seems that a Torikizoku has opened in Okubo. I've been to the one in Roppongi a few times before and I knew it was a budget-friendly place. It's good for younger crowds looking for a place to drink that won't break the bank. However, cheap alcohol isn't the best tasting, and it can make you feel strange when you drink too much. Ordering a few drinks and snacks after work will cost around 1500 yen, which is reasonable. The place is often crowded and sometimes people even line up outside, so it must be popular. It's probably a good idea to make a reservation before going, just in case.

Visited the popular Torikizoku for the first time. Made a reservation in advance, which made entering the restaurant smooth, although there were a few people waiting outside. This time, we opted for the 2-hour all-you-can-eat and drink option for 2800 yen (including tax) for our party of 8. I was curious about the idea of all-you-can-eat and drink for 2800 yen, but decided to give it a try. The basic grilled chicken set, salad, and snacks were served, and we were able to add individual dishes after about 30 minutes. We ordered the chicken rice pot, which took a while to arrive. The grilled chicken skewers were all satisfyingly generous for 280 yen for 2 skewers. Not sure what was up with the super dark fried chicken though. The chicken rice pot was decent for 280 yen. Overall, the dishes were acceptable for the price of 280 yen each. I left with a feeling that I might visit again in the future.
