A Taiwanese restaurant opened on the second floor of a mixed-use building next to the pedestrian crossing at the north exit of Okubo Station. The interior has counter seats by the window for 10 people and 5 tables for 2-4 people. They offer a variety of dishes, including dim sum, appetizers, fried foods, seafood, and rice dishes. I tried the "Lu Rou Mian" for 800 yen, which came with seaweed soup and Taiwanese dessert Douhua. The noodles were soft and mixed well with the slightly sweet minced meat sauce, creating a delicious taste. The portion size was decent, and the Lu Rou Fan ordered by my companion also had a satisfying amount. The dessert Douhua was sweet and plentiful, leaving us feeling full. It's a convenient location right by the station, and they accept payment via PayPay.
